We stayed here overnight en-route to Bantayan Island. We found the owner to be very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. All we needed. Thank you for help with getting a taxi for us.

Security personal are always there at the entrance to the subdivision and around the premises. The small kitchen cafe has excellent breakfast and other dishes. The laundry has good machines and people to take care of things for you. Small convenience stores within walking distance. The manager and his staff were always available if you needed something. The WiFi was reasonably working most of the time. Room service & minor maintenance issue were quick and perfect. It was a good choice.

The room was very clean, spacious and budget-friendly. Almost complete amenities. The owner Mr. Mark was very accommodating and hospitable. Good location and near the city proper. Cebuanos are very hospitable. Two thumbs up!!

nice appartment, good seize, good facilities, good location, super nice staff and owner, great decoration feels like home, TV aircon - all in good condition, will definitely stay again, outside shops and eateries, inside quite and relaxed

Pros - Friendly staff - Appartment is really modern, clean and confortable - Facilities: good wifi, fridge, TV, aircon, water dispenser... Cons - I asked for a taxi at 6am and the taxi did not show up but i found one other easily on the main road

Me and my family stayed at this property for one night. The room that we got was really spacious. It has a queen bed and a sofabed. It was also clean and really awesome for families. If you plan to stay long in Cebu, this is definitely recommended. I'm not sure if I can call it a kitchenette but they have complete kitchen utensils. They have a regular sized fridge where you can store food. They also have a water dispenser inside the room so drinking water wasn't a problem, plus it's free. It's pretty much in a good location, not in the middle of the city but it is secured since the place itself have enough security. It is near most of the famous Lechon places and also SM City Cebu. It is also near the North Bus Terminal in case you plan to visit Bantayan Island (which we did the next day).…
