I stayed here overnight and by the time I walked in, the employees greeted me with their happy faces. Always ready to assist you as well. Their room rate is really cheap but I felt like I just need to add some items below as it won't have any difference even if I pay higher. lol

I gave 4 stars because of the following:
-Telephone shower is messy. The water literally went straight to the side and just 3 or 5 holes where water is flowing. I am petite so it's not a problem (just a bit) for me but I wonder how will it be if there are western people or a few big sized human that will take a shower there. 🚿😜

-No table for laptop if you want to work, although, you have a choice to go downstairs and use the lobby.

-Food is good. But I was dissapointed with the size of their 'bangus'. It's one piece fish fillet part. But it's tasty anyway.

Overall, it's a nice, clean, affordable and modern hotel. Just a bit secluded!

Kudos to their employees, it's good to see smiling faces in the morning and when the lift opens. 😃

I stayed here for 2 nights, got 2 beds, Free Wifi, hot shower and Free Breakfast. The major attractions are only a jeepney ride away for 8 pesos! Nightly rate for my stay is $23 less applicable discounts.

There are several constructions going on around this hotel during my stay. The Osmena Boulevard is only 5 minutes walk away. There are stops for public transport here, BDO Office, Fast Foods restaurants, Fuente Osmena, Rizal Memorial Library, Provincial Capitol, etc.

A block from this hotel are a 7-11 Store and small restaurants where they serve cheap and home made dishes that cost around 40-50 pesos per dish.

Will definitely stay here again next time when I come back to Cebu City.

This is a cheap place, trying to be high end. They have excellent service, clean rooms, but the location can put some a bit off. They do try their best, and despite the noise from the roosters in the morning, I had no complaints.

The hotel has good staff, very welcoming. Easy to check in and out. The room is clean and well kept. However, there is no working table to place your laptop. The food is also good enough to fill you, not so expensive.

Checked in here twice.

Since its new, the rooms are clean and cheap.

Staff are friendly specially the night shift restaurant staff. Lady housekeeper were also polite.

Breakfast was good.

However the location is quite remote that you need to call a taxi as its not along the highway.

Central to the shopping area of Cebu and a nice Irish bar just down the road.

Wifi was good and breakfast was good which is complementary worth booking through Agoda.

The place looks very decent and the staff is kind and professional. Although the size of the room is only enough for my basic needs, the quality of service that I received was great value for my money.
The hotel is around 100meters away from the main road therefore, it is a quiet place and could hardly hear noise from the outside road. Best for people who want to have a good night sleep with a complimentary breakfast when you wake.

Room Tip: choose a room away from the elevator and have a high floor... great for city view.

My stay started off well they only charged me 500 pesos for early check in at 8am after a long international flights. The room was bare minimum soft pillows but very hard bed. Lots of tv channels and a wall ac unit. Where things went south was the shower. All of my travels I have never seen a trickle so small coming out of the shower. The plumbing was leaking and was extremely difficult to get a shampoo out of my hair. When mentioned to the front desk no response.Breakfest next morning was even worse. Cream curled in my coffee and they still pay me pay forward. I will give them a credit for trying but a mindset just not there.

For the price we expected a bit more from this place. The front desk gives the impression of being a professional hotel but the detail didn't back it up. The wi fi didn't work, there was no hot water, no plug adaptors available at front desk for guest use and only one lift for the whole hotel which meant big delays getting up and down to higher floors. The breakfast was served cold and place v understaffed in general.

this hotel is very affordable and the room are clean and facilities are good. price of the stay includes breakfast although the free breakfast is only limited to the list they have on the menu, i think they have 5 choices only. also kudos to the receptionist for being so accommodating printing my airline ticket as my phone broke before checking outcon my last day heading to the airport. they even let me use their desktop computer so i can access my email.
