This is a cheap bed & breakfast place near city of Davao. Room is very clean. Bed ok
Breakfast included in price for room and price is low. Under 1000 p for single or double room. It's a little more peaceful here than in downtown. I like this hotel and I will absolutely come back here

Staff very friendly and helpful

Good TV and aircon is ok

Should i rate this cheap place, i would give it a rate of lower than 0. The front desk staff is full of B.S! For example, they asked me if i will reextend my stay and i replied with a resounding yes. Then they told me that i can NOT anymore explaining that there is someone who has booked online and that the room i rented out is already blocked. I asked them to show me the reservation on which they were not able to because of blahblahblah. I uphold my rights as a paying guest and i dint get that quality service which they should be providing since they are in the hotel industry. Clearly, they dont know anything about how things should be done in this line of business.

Not a really nice place to stay. Mosquitoes and dilapidated tiles are abundant.
Though quite a nice place for smokers and room comes with free breakfast, the rooms need more than just a quick fix...try renovations next time please.

Once a large residential house turned bed-and-breakfast, with colorful furnitures & decors inside, themed rooms (i took the single-bed room, with tv, study table & chair, large cabinets, private bath). There's a couples room & a family room too. There's a living-room-style seating area and an area with tables for dining. There's an area outside, at the back, with tables for meals too, good for picture taking too because of the cute entertaining murals. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and walk-ins. Reasonable rates for rooms and food. Walking distance to city jeepney transport line.
