D morvie suites san pedro st davao city is a total disappointment to me as a customer. Back at CDOC i have found the place worth it and reliable but here in davao both dirty and untrusting.
During my stay i have seen trashes (condoms, wrappers) under the bed, hairs that clogged the cr, stained pillowcases, rules thats supposed to be inside the rooms but is needed to be asked because its at the back of the menus, cctvs that they dont have any access of (is it even possible?).. and you'll also find untrustworthy staffs.
I would surely not recommend this place, yes you would find it cheap but in cases you needed their service most they'd show you they just dont care! But if this doesn't bother you at all you can go try it yourself.

When we arrived at D'MORVIE CM Recto branch…we expected the same courtesy and accommodation given to us by D morvie CDO. But they fell short from our expectation. Inattentive staff with poor handling skills of client's queeries. LAGI PANG NAKASIMANGOT. We immediately transferred to a more relaxing and accommodating hotel nearby. D morvie room is small„ if you want a room upgrade they will just give you a bigger bed but of the same room size. D morvie is ideal for backpackers but for those who want a relaxing stay D morvie is not for you baka madagdagan lang ang STRESS ninyo!

New hotel in downtown Davao along the busy CM Recto near the cathedral and Davao Museum offering very cheap accommodation. Unlike most hotels, D' Morvie Suites introduced innovations in hotel accommodation offering various options from short time stay, 12 hours, plus hourly rate and so on which is ideal for couples, back packers, and travelers (especially those taking afternoon and evening flights) who arrive very late beyond the regular check-in time of 2 pm. A guest has to pay only the actual duration of stay in the hotel. The room though was very small with basically the bed, bathroom, and cable tv in it. Air conditioned but no window nor ventilation. No table, chair, cabinet for belongings. Free wi-fi connection has very weak signal and limited connectivity that I wasn't able to make web surfing at all. The hotel concourse was very hot with window-type air conditioning units blowing heat through the narrow hallway. There was no emergency exit plan in case of fire, earthquake or other calamities. Poor service with hotel staff inattentive, attending to many guests at a time while the gay beside her was busy chatting with another gay, unmindful of guests query. I rate this facility very good in innovation and location but poor in room and comfort, terrible in service and safety hence the final rating of average.

It was last night we booked a room, and they gave us the room at building B it so happen meron silang xmas party sa baba. i was so disappointed kasi sobrang ingay ng music. i do understand na they have to celebrate xmqs but sana naman alalahanin nila na may mga Customers silang natutulog and sobrang ingay hangang 3am. take note, hindi ako nakatulog. we booked a room to rest, pero sobrang stress pa ang natanggap ko since wala ko akong tulog. wifi and netflix pa nila napakahina. bad experience.

I left my cell phone and my newly purchased mouse pad in room 178. We return to this place right after we figured out that I left it. Staff are very dishonest!! Even the front desk are liars and untrustworthy!! It is so impossible that the front desk doesn't know about who checked our room since they will be the one who will contact staff to let it check before checking out. I regret staying there. To the staff of D'Morvie Suites, "you guys will pay for it in the future."

Great for backpackers the Room 119, San Pedro Branch is the smallest! but the best! too bad Wifi is weak. includes Flat Screen Tv! if you need a remote go to the lobby and ask one deposit a little amount for it. room service for food is also available menu is hidden below the aircon, intercom is also available. near malls, supermarkets, parks, manang's camote/saging rebosao/ube toron near aswaell located near st.Jude's Church. each sticks cost 5-8Php. near apo view hotel and peoples park.

While on Davao Xity i look for something cheapest like lodge. I find the D' Morvie as the cheapest rate in 12 hours stay. Located in rhe business center of Davao City. A Flat screen cable tv is in the room with a wifi. The frontice are so friendly. Some fast food chain is at the nearest.

For P250, what do you expect?

As we were trying to find a place to stay here in Davao most of the hotels and inns are way beyond the budget that we have set. We haven't planned to stay one night here. So i was scrolling down my fb i found D'Morvie Suites..

Here's my quick review.
Positive Experience:
- Cheap (P250 hello!!)
- Clean bedsheets, rooms and etc..)
- Airconditioning (is working thank God..)
-Water pressure (Its ok.. )
- Location, Location, Location.....

CHallenging Experience:
- the staff are not soooooo welcoming..! (I dont know because its P250 maybe we are not worth the price.. aghhh!!)
- Youre like in a movie ''Maze Runner". (Our room is located 5th floor. As we were trying to climb the steep steps and finally we are in the 4th floor, just we know that the 5th floor can be accessed to the back and told us that there is an elevator Ughhh.. Lost some fats on the process..)

Final verdict: Well for the price of P250, im sure i will be back never mind the challenge as long as its cheap,, anyways what do you expect..

But i hope the management will train their staff to be more warm hehehe

We've been there for a couple of times. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this is the one. It's cheap so it's facilities is not much either. They have approachable staffs but are not really those professional receptionists. The rooms are quite compromised but are decent. Aircons are doing well too. On the other hand, their TVs and Wifi sucks. Hot water is not available. You would choose this suite for the sake that you'd have somewhere to stay for the night.
