The aircon was not turned on during my arrival. Despite lowering the temp, the room is not getting cooler. It is only during the night that I called the attention of the front desk because I was sweating in the room already. Upon checking of the engineering, the switch that turns the fan of aircon was not on. This should be doubled check before the arrival of your guests to prevent discomfort and inconvenience. Aside from this, the room was great.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Aircon was cool and perfect as the weather was hot. Buffet breakfast was passable as they did not have any longanisa. Food was tasty though. I would stay there again. Minor gripe, I asked for a massage. The concierge told me she will confirm and call me. She never did. I had to call back. Room was not too small and very clean.
I really liked the place. It was spacious and conducive for working. The staff is also very friendly especially Nico (housekeeping) and ate Evangeline (guard). There was also another lady who assisted me but I wasn't able to get her name. She substituted for Nico for a day. Kudos to the friendly staff!
Towels are not available in the bathroom. The hotel staff are all helpful and accommodating. They were able to address some of our concerns. I loved my king size bed and the linens are clean and soft.
It is very inconvenience that you need to ask for the towels and blower. Usually the bookings are always minimum of 2. The cabinet can’t close properly. As far as I remember, this hotel was not that long built but the property seems not well maintained. And lastly the bedroom is still bright even if you close the curtains.
Had great stay! The buffet breakfast can be improved by increasing the number of choices instead of different ways of eating an egg. Their personnel were great. Just need to clarify the schedule of the pool as the front desk and the pool attendant gave a different time of pool access.
Overall service is excellent, the staffs were well behave and thoughtful. One of the finest hotel in Davao City. I'm really satisfied the way they handle customers like us. The location is great because it is near in SM Lanang.
Radisson website confirmed 2 adults, 2 children 'Supreme' room. Room was 2 single beds! Manager took days to provide an additional bed, barely satisfactory but not all the fault of the Davao hotel. Nothing supreme about the room.
it was a home-like stay with very good services and facilities. They have very friendly and courteous staff from the entry security personnel to the reception lobby to the room services and anywhere within the hotel perimeter. The hotel is also nearby with other touristic places within the city proper.
Memorably happy and satisfied with the services provided by Park Inn by Radisson Davao. In terms of location, the accessibility to other establishments (business) including other hotels is quite strategic making it an ideal place to stay.
