We loved the room, especially the kids. It leas spacious and comfortable. The kkkbathroom is not as sophisticated but it worked for us. We ordered their pancit bihin and misua soup, it was surprisingly yummy. The price of their menu is as expected for a hotel. The place is worth a look when you plan to stay within the center of the action. The staff were courteous and friendly. The only downside was their complimentary k breakfast, which consisted on yogurt, toasted sandwiches, butter, jams and coffee; it was generic. Overall, our experience was very nice and we will consider to stay here again in the future.
This restaurant in a boutique hotel has the most savory menu of Filipino fare. My fave snack/ dessert is the golden crispy banana Turon paired with calamansi juice . The bonus is it’s so cheap. Chef Marge is indeed talented with her creative presentation such as this dainty twisted crispy wrapper.
The place is amazing, not only because of its affordable price, but also with the accomodation. The room is clean and spacious. The staff are accomodating. Bf is good. Such a peaceful place inside the city. It's just 1 ride away from different places to visit in the city.
Let's get one thing straight: it's an inn, period. It does not have a "touch of 5-star hotel" anywhere, as it says in the description. Don't expect anything grand, it really is for budget-conscious travellers. Stayed at a couple room. AC was cold but was located at the foot of the bed facing the opposite wall, so the cool air couldn't reach the bed even with the air swing on. Room smelled old, like it hasn't been used for some time. Had insect bites as soon as we entered the room, which I later found out was due to the open window. At night, you could hear faint music from outside even with windows closed. Cable TV was a joke - working channels were only like 5 out of 50. Bed was noisy and would squeak even with the slightest movement. Bathroom had no bidet or at least a "tabo." There wasn't any kind of divider between the shower and the toilet, so the floor would get soaked. The only good things about this inn: 1. Free breakfast consisting of toast, butter, jam, homemade yogurt, and coffee 2. Location - there was Mercury Drug and Watsons along the street, and walking distance to Museo Dabawenyo, San Pedro cathedral, city hall, some parks, and a handful of restaurants…
The place is a very good location for travelers. You may opt to take a jeepney for your adventure. Near San Pedro Cathedral and other tourist spots.Their free breakfast includes a homemade yummy yogurt. One thing for them to add is a bidet in their toilets.
