I'll never forget how the crew talked to us after asking them politely to clean our room since we've been there for two days already and for the third day, we want it to be clean. We do understand that their job is not easy and we respect that, but the thought of being a shock absorber for all the pain they've been through in their job and their management? Talked to us in a way na para bang kasalanan pa namin na nag check inn kami na dumagdag kami sa pasanin nila? And that feeling na yung parents at nanay mo na may edad na who were asking them politely at pinagsalitaan ng hindi magandang pakinggan as a daughter and a customer? My Oh Myyy... Sa lahat ng hotels and inns na pinasukan ko, ito lang so far ang pinaka di ko malilimutan na pangit na experience. Sounds not good but I'm sorry, it's true.

Bathroom was unusable. Terrible service. Gateway to hell. I hoped it would've been better but no pillows were dusty and couldn’t sleep well. Fix the place up and clean the damn bathrooms it's disgusting.

My second time was the charm. I was fortunately assigned with a balcony room this time. I still find this facility basic and without frills. But my experience this time is more pleasant probably because having a view definitely makes everything way better than the rooms that don't have them. Room service was still non-existent during my four-day stay. But hey, I don't mind. You get what you (or they) paid for and my essentials are taken cared of (fast wifi, good bed, hot and cold shower, and room service) Some tips: buy stuff from nearby grocery stores. Don't buy from their store it is very expensive.

Location: Close to many public offices, parks and Gaisano malls. There are affordable restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, right across it in fact. 7/11 is also nearby. Room: Good sized. Clean. Broken light switches. Broken door locks. No toilet bowl seat so I had a hard time. Dirty hallways. Dusty staircases. Occasionally noisy down the hallways. Walls are quite thin. I could say it's safe. I didn't lose anything. Beddings: Threadbare. Have seen their days. At least the mattress feels comfy. Facilities: No Wi-Fi. Kitchen serves food ranging from 120-160 pesos. The bangus-fried egg-rice tasted good but the dining area looks so messy with all the old TVs stacked on top of each other next to the dining tables. This place could really use a good cleaning and scrubbing! Like I said, there are plenty of restaurants across the street. Price: 300 for fan. 500 for AC. If you factor in facilities and beddings, 500 could seem a bit pricey. I bet there are better inns for this price. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Recommendation: I initially booked for 5 nights but checked out after two nights. It's not that bad, but well I'll check other hotels tomorrow.

If you are on a very tight budget and you want to be near the center of Davao and you don't mind staying at a very simple, cheap, bad maintained and not so clean inn, then this is for you! The rooms have just a bed with old bedsheets, a table with a chair, and an old CRT TV. Some rooms have fan, some Air Condition (more expensive of course). The building has many rooms, and it looks like a prison, you will feel miserable in there, but when you think that you paid too little you'll feel better. :) WiFi works only in the lobby, unfortunately.

The hotel is near tourist attractions of Davao, but their rooms are dirty and the doors can't be locked, the TV isn't working, the breakfast in the hotel is so expensive and there is no WiFi Connection in their rooms.

I was honestly looking for the cheapest place to stay in Davao, and I am quite familiar with this inn. It is cheap. For 500 php, you get a room. But you definitely get what you pay for. The room is old, tiny and the bed is not clean at all.

After dealing with the indifferent and dismissive staff, I found that the TV didnt work, and maybe thats cuz you need a remote... so, went back down to front desk, to give a 500P deposit for a remote, and was told that "There is no signal"... Well maybe you can give me a room that has a signal? " All rooms have no signal"... Then why did you just give a remote to the person in line in front of me? You are lyin to me arent you? " No signal sir" So I dropped it, dont care that much about tv anyway, so went up to my filthy gritty room, with no toilet seat, to get munched hard by bedbugs! Nothing good about this place, it is obvious that staff doesnt care about anything, and are not friendly. Wifi only works in the lobby. DUMP.
