When I was there together with my churchmates we're staying in D'Leonor Hotel for almost 1 week for our church activities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating who went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and also have a good ambiance. Room with a majestic view, very clean and spacious. Great location which is situated at the heart of Davao. I highly recommend this hotel.

Looking at the hotel from the outside, it's just a regular business hotel, kinda old looking. They have small lobby with restaurant. They're not using key cards as of this review. They don't have elevator. The hotel has 3 floors. At first I had the room 211. I was amazed of the room area, it's like a presidential suite, has Sala, kitchen, 2 toilets and bath, and a master bedroom. The downside is poor cellphone signal, as in zero. Their Wi-Fi is useless. I asked to be transferred to another room. I was relocated to room 304 at the third floor. The room has small floor area compared to room 211, but still have sala, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and 2 toilet and bath. It also has floor to ceiling glass window overlooking the veranda and Jollibee from across the street. The downside of this room is that, the toilets are small and the exhaust fan is so noisy. Other plus of this hotel is that, it's near Victoria Plaza and Abreeza Ayala mall.

This place is good for families with children. We were two grownups visiting, and did not find the park so exciting, but hotel standard was good and service ok. The location is inland, but there is a nice swimming pool available free for hotel stayers, but also open for day visitors to the park. You can choose between different restaurants and bars. Food is quite good in the main restaurant.

Large room in hotel close to Victoria Plaza. Able to use jeepneys to get to ferry terminals so transport easily found. Large breakfast each day with large and tidy room. Free WiFi and airport bus. Hot water only in shower but with high daily temperature this was not a disadvantage.

Went to Davao for a 3-day business trip and stayed at D'Leonor Hotel. The location is very convenient as it is just walking distance from my office. The staff is courteous and accommodating. They do have a nice and free airport service with a polite driver. I arrived hours earlier from my check-in time and they offered and let me checkin without additional fee. Food was great. Rooms were very spacious and comfy (just need a bit of cleaning). Net was better compared to the last hotel but hope it will be improved as it is intermittent at times. On my departure day, they still offered their airport shuttle even though I have checked out at noon and my flight will be at night. To be honest with this reasonable price, I did not expect so much of a good accommodation but then I got it here. Planning to book with them for myself and other company employees on our next Davao business trips.

The price was reasonable, but the accommodations weren't really that good. I stayed there five days and I don,t think they changed the sheets once--and they were dirty from the start. We only got two dirty towels each day and on the last night there were no towels at all. Housekeeping was very unresponsive. Internet connection was intermittent at best and the access code was constantly changing with no warning. My room faced a busy street so I heard traffic noises all night long. About the best thing I can say is that the location was pretty convenient

I stayed here for 3 days last week because of my business meeting and yet the stay was so amazing. the staff are so polite and so accommodating. By the time I arrived they greeted me and assisted me with my luggage's. The Front Desk Officers were so amazing including the housekeeping who assisted me upstairs. the rooms are so big and clean and it really smells good. the food in fact are so delicious and sumptuous. the all in stay in this hotel was totally awesome! I would really recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Just recently attended a company party here, so this review is not based on the rooms or hotel service. The building from outside looks very nice. Once you get in, it's just your average hotel. Most areas are a bit cramped to navigate and a bit confusing. Upon entering the function room our company rented out for the night, I immediately noticed the mediocre decor and ambiance. Seats used in the function room are just your plain old plastic chairs covered in white cloth (A bit hard for prolonged sitting). Food was a bit bland, and for some dishes like the Carbonara the sauce was a bit pasty and heavy. Also, the desert tasted too sweet for most of the people I where with. Staff where mostly okay apart from a very few who slightly slammed the beverages they served on the table (tantrums or what???). If you're on a tight budget and need the location near downtown, this is one of those places you might want to check out. If luxury and comfort is a priority, find some other place.

Our experience was pleasant and was happy with their service. Well trained staff especially those ladies in the reception desk. Affordable rate and delicious complimentary breakfast, we also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. Above all we find our experience satisfactory and will come back in the future, hopefully that time all amenities will be available.
