My wife had a quarantine stay here. I booked this using facebook and was exceptionally well supported by Raymond at the hotel. When there my family (wife, son and baby daughter) liked the room and food and told me how helpful and friendly the staff were. Now quarantines are over maybe we will come back and sing at the KTV when we return to Philippines next.

Very nice hotel, only 10min walk from Overland bus terminal. Friendly, helpful staff. There's an exercise-machine near the lifts. Large, clean room, hot shower, very good wifi, 2 lifts.
Confusingly, they call themselves OYO and Capital O 460 and World Palace.
