Hotel Tropika is an unexpected hotel experience. Arrived early before check-in, staff helped me settle comfortably in the lobby while waiting for the room. Still in the city but away from its noise and buzzing streets. We've got to experience the relaxation we need: *Amenities/Pool, during our stay it was I think under renovation. * The room was clean with fluffy pillows, my wife loved those pillows. *Complete basic hygiene kit. *Food for our breakfast was delicious. *Hotel staffs were nice and accommodating. All in all, our experience with Hotel Tropika was great.

Bad experience I chose a 1 bed but when we arrive it’s 2 single bed as couple travel, shower are so bad too, noisy they didn’t inform us that beside our room there’s contractions work. Breakfast need to improve there food.

Hotel staff were amazing, from the security officer, to their bell boy, guest relations officers(front desk staff), to the staff in their restaurant areas, to the housekeeping! They were all exceptional! Food was great too! Our experience was great and will be choosing this hotel the next time we come home for a visit.

Well the hotels were quite full so I booked this for the pool that looked great. However what the pictures or the web site did not say is: The pool was closed The Rooms are a walk-up. Bad start. So the good and the bad if the hotel: Good: Super clean spacious room Hotel set back no traffic noise Friendly staff Issues: Walkup Restaurant bar...minimal limited. It could be a lot better easily

Reasons why we keep staying at Hotel Tropika: 1. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with a comfortable king size bed and pillows. 2. Service is alwats prompt. During our recent stay we had concerns in our room, immediately they attended and fixed it. 3. Food is good. 4.Water dispenser is readily available in every floor. 5. The place is quiet and peaceful. 6.Secured parking area. 7. Food is good. Our first stay here was 2011 and up to now 2023 the hotel is well maintained from their furnitures up to their facilities. I just hope they will upgrade some of their amenities such as smart tv , shower and fast internet would be nice Also new aircon and fridge on some rooms would be great as well. Looking forward on the new hotel building and renovated pool.

The food at the hotel is delicious, and the pool is impressively large. However, it was challenging for my elderly companion due to the lack of an elevator, making the stairs difficult for him to navigate.

A place worth to rest for! Staffs are accommodating and friendly, rooms and the whole hotel is just neat and clean, and comfy. The food, the pool, and everything in here is just amazing! This is just one of the great hotels you'll ever spend your days for. Kudos to Hotel Tropika!
