I love staying in this hotel. Stayed here for a week. Staffs are awesome! Spa, swimming pool and gym are excellent. Before using it, they ensure it’s cleaned, sanitized & disinfected. Highly recommended if you’d like to stay relax in the city.

We stayed 2 nights. Really nice and clean, wifi dropped a little during the evening 1 day, hopefully just something temporary. The pool is hidden in between the hotel buildings so there's very little sun, about 3 hours 13-16. If you want to swim go somewhere else as this is nice but cold and no sun. Room was really big and The TV had great picture. The hotel pricing is somewhat expensive compared to other hotels in Davao, however the room size is huge.

I had a wonderful experience at Dusit Davao. This is a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. During our 3 days stay Jade was really accommodating especially with our requests starting from day 1 to 3. She even offered us a complementary cake, since its my Bf’s birthday. Every staff we encountered were delightful and eager to help especially staffs from the front desk Kristine, flor, Imee and sam. This is our second time visiting Dusit Davao and we are looking forward on our next staycation.

I asked a friend of mine to visit Dusit as i really want this hotel to be the venue of my upcoming wedding, prior to her visit i also asked another friend of mine to ask to the sales team for an email for their wedding package rates.. after a week of waiting still no email was sent, i understand that it is only through a person from another-communication but it was quite off that they did not send the proposal so that's the reason why I asked another friend to visit them personally. The staff was nice to show what suite rooms they have and function rooms as well and my friend was promised to send through email for the proposal. What bothers me is that the proposal was sent to me were not accurate, i did not do the math yet by calculating but i am pretty sure the figures were not correct. So I asked my friend to call them just to know all the details of the proposal but no one is answering their phone. After asking someone who knows one of their staff to send them a private message on facebook, and let them know we were trying to contact them only they were able to get hold of someone and confirmed that it was all wrong.
I am an OFW it could have been better if anyone from your sales team are reachable and it wont take so much effort just to know your rates and what facilities you have considering the pandemic situation and safety protocols. It took me having someone physically present in your premises just to know what you have and weeks just to know your rates. Business will not improve if this is how potential guest has to go through just to know what you can offer.

The bad: Bad oder in the room. Like a smell of sweat. Also in the corridor same smell. The view of the room is of a truck parking lot. No bathtub No hot water in the shower Pool is closed Gym is closed Staff is not very helpful I asked them to at least upgrade me to a room with a bath tub because no pool, no gym etc. they asked me to add P3,000 a night for that. Nothing to do in the hotel No alcohol because of the liquor ban They even have a piano but they wouldn’t allow me to play it (I play piano). Just to be fair, I came during mecq so its not really the fault of the hotel but really I didn’t enjoy my stay here. Lastly, I asked to speak to the manager but they said he’s “unavailable” to talk to him…

We had an okay stay. Room was a bit noisy next to some truck parking area. They tried to keep the noise to a minimum at night and early mornings. But its a noisy business. Food was ok It simply felt overall too expensive.

Considering this is a new Hotel in the city. It surpass all the expectations. Last minute booking and yet provided the best and swift check in, thanks to Reuel for making it happen. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a very service-oriented and customer-friendly hotel. The staff is very well trained for this. They will do everything to make you feel at home. In addition, the room is very luxuriously furnished and cleaned every day. This hotel is more than worth its five stars. In the Madayaw restaurant I was welcomed every day by Joy with the most charming smile you can imagine. The very extensive breakfast buffet is of very high quality with an incredibly large choice of dishes. The hotel also offers multiple lunch and dinner facilities. In the Siam launge of the hotel you can relax while enjoying a drink or cocktail. Here too there is a staff of very friendly people who serve you in a pleasant way and are very service-oriented. The pool is truly an oasis of tranquility in the bustle of Davao city. You will find comfortable seats and here too the service by the team that walks around is perfect. I want to thank the management for all personal attention. In the Madayaw restaurant I want to thank Joy, Jade and JM in particular for all the attention and kindness during my stay. In the Siam launge my thanks go out to Cherry, Jessel, Chobe, Kristine, Israel and Patrick who made every day fun. This is a nice little place. Surrounded by a high concrete wall. Very secure. Nice pool, there is a bar in the lobby to relax upon arrival. Easy to get to from the airport. I wanted to stay 2 hours after checkout, they wanted 4,000 P. I thought that was a bit excessive given that an entire day is less than that. They could have a bit better selection in the bar fridge. The facility is modern, updated and very clean. Other than some of my tiny personal preferences, the hotel was top tier on all accounts.

We stayed at this hotel for one night all the staff are friendly, approachable, professional and polite. Check in was so quick and the executive housekeepeer Sir, Peter is accommodating and also to Sir Paolo. The room are very clean the smell is so good the ambiance. The pool is too wide. The view is sooooo great especially at the night. The Housekeeping Department are so attentive especially to our request they delivered to us quickly. You deserved a 5 star rate!!!
