Detailed Reviews
Room space was just enough for a typical overnight stay or even a 3 day stay. Nothing fancy, very minimalist which is ideal as it was just meant for sleeping over as most of the day time we are out of the hotel and enjoying the beauty of Davao.
The breakfast was done accordingly and was cooked just the way we wanted it, no buffet but freshly cooked choiced meals. Location was ideal as it was in the center of the city, easy access to People's Park, Public Market (Bankerohan) and even to the South or North part of Davao City. Service was not bad at all, there was a room attendant who is ready to assist for the luggage and for whatever you require.
An observation and opportunity to improve are the OJT students who were assigned on the kitchen, we find them lousy in terms of how they dress themselves and how they serve the food on the table. Courtesy was not obvious, they could have been mentored or coach by the kitchen supervisor so they can improve as they represent My Hotel while they are on job training.
Generally, it was an okay hotel.

I booked this hotel on my recent visit to the city, chose it for its location. Many halal restaurants nearby. Very close to Quezon Boulevard Islamic Centre Davao which also boasts of halal entries alongside it.
It's a standard budget hotel. Very cheap & comfy. Housekeeping and fresh towels everyday. Chilling air-con. Good stay overall. The restaurant remained out of stock of seafood for the entire week so we had to eat outside. Although they had fish at breakfast.

The company accommodated us in this hotel for 7 days. My experience is not quite good. The first thing is that staff is not accommodating and approachable, and customer service is poor. I suggest you attend training on how to handle requests and concerns, which means that communication is poor. I notice that you've prioritized foreigners; how about your regular guests, who supposedly will be treated fairly?
This is the first, but probably the last. Anyway, the location is great and accessible to a big bang, and convenient store.

Our stay is worth it and cheap. Room is big and clean. They clean your rooms everyday. Suggest to eat at different restaurants. Also their location is near the people's park, pasalubong center and market place. Easy to ride cabs and jeepneys. Friendly staffs. Recommended to stay here.

This was my 2nd stay in a long while and I must say they have maintained their standard. A little rusty then before, some small wear and tear but the quality of comfort is still there. I changed 2 rooms and each room was dimly lit. Their rooms used to be nicely lit.
These are your basic Budget; bring your own toothbrush & shampoo rooms. You get a nice chilling Air-con. No fridge. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels with two soaps.
Centrally located hotel near city hall, a 7 Eleven right across from you and also good for those looking for some action and cheap pick-ups.

With a promotional rate of 995p (~US$20), I was looking forward to seeing this place. However, as I arrived, I discovered that this is the area where the local “working girls” are out on the streets.
Seen from US standards, this hotel is pretty poor. The structure is old and worn. The first room I was given, 407 if I recall correctly, was poorly lit with a single bare bulb on the wall and, in the first three minutes, I spotted three cockroaches.
The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I was quickly assigned a new room (217). This room did appear to be cockroach-free, but the single light in the ceiling hardly provided enough light to read with. In addition, the room had zero mobile phone signal and I was unable to connect to the wi-fi, although there was a strong signal. The wi-fi might have been my own lack of technical ability.
I ended up checking out and getting my money back. Again, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
I'm sure that for Filipinos, this might be seen as a much better place, but again, I'm seeing it through US eyes.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Accessible in Bangkeruhan 5 minutes walk from the hotel where you can buy different fruits in cheap price and can walk around. Price of the room is really affordable and room is quite good and air conditioning unit is to small for the capacity. Cable are terrible too.
The biggest thing is photographs in the internet are deceitful that is not how it look likes. Wi fi is terrible cannot access.

if you like rude staff, no internet in your room, black and white TV this isn't the place for you.
ok... the rooms are clean i will give them that but thats all i can give them.
the staff would much prefer it if you would stop bothering them with things like checking in, ordering food, or even saying hi.
i'm a value guy and this place is not a value... meaning that although its cheap, it still isn't worth it.

No. We just reserved the room via phone call and we paid the same day we arrived. They'll be asking for a security deposit of P500 on top of your bill.
