Pros: there’s lots of parking, breakfast was ok, sheets and towels smelled nice, aircon was powerful, early check in, strong WiFi available in room Cons: no hot water, pool under construction, aircon was not clean, room had lizard poop, restaurant open only for breakfast rooms were very dated. Maybe best to stay elsewhere.

We recently stayed at this hotel because the pictures online and on Facebook are enticing! But we made the biggest mistake of our life. The hotel is worn-out, the wallpaper has mold everywhere. The xurtain is full of molds too. It seems that it was not changed for 10 years. The room smells bad and it's very dirty! The shower room leaks and the water spread across like there waa flood. The staff are not accommodating at all, they are annoying and noisy. The kitchen is very very dietu too! I cant imagine we were fooled by the reviews and pictures. They belied the customer. I calles the hotel and asked if the pool is open. They said yes but it was full of dust and very dirty. It smells bad! The hotel never ashamed of selling a rotten room. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! I have pictures and videos of the real condituins of the rooms!!!!

Terible hotel! Avoid this at all cost I tried staying here at first in May. Since my preferred hotel is fully book ( Microtel) and it will be just for 1 night I opted to stay in this hotel since it is close to my work place. Impressions: > parking is okay > front desk is just okay > internet is okay > room smells dirty! > Carpet Feel sticky and itchy! > Window type aircon is very very noisy! > Heater does not work! > toilet shower is dirty > Shower area lacks lighting It was a terrible stay! But since it was just one night i just let passed by. On my second travel in July last week since Microtel is again fully booked, I booked for 2 nights and asked if they have a premium room. But they offered only the deluxe room and with bath tub. Impression: > since it was raining parking is flooded. Be sure to have extra shoes or remove your shoe or else it will be soaked in water! > front desk is just okay > internet is okay > room offered still smells dirty! > Carpet Feels still sticky and itchy! > Window type aircon is very very very very very noisy! > Heater does not work again! > toilet shower is dirty! > Shower area lacks lighting > land line does not work. You have to go to lobby just to ask! > there are no tissue upon using the room. > I stayed two nights but you will never See someone clean or vacuum the carpet! Or hear any vacuum. Who knows if they even clean the carpet or when?! Here is the worst part: Upon check out Friday, “SHIELA” in the front desk did my transaction for I paid through my credit card. And she encountered an error (receipt didn’t print). So I left my card to and told her I will be back (I got something from my car) I came back and she said everything was okay. Upon arriving home I just noticed that in my credit card statement there were two (2) transactions done. So I called them back and found out that she made a mistake on swiping the card again after the first attempt. She could have voided the first transaction BUT OBVIOUSLY she wasn’t trained to do so. There was no supervisor or manager to assist her at that time as well. BUT WHY DID SHE NOT TELL ME BEFORE I LEFT!!! Now i kept on chasing the refund from them. “SHIELA” Even mentioned they do not offer refund anymore.! WTF! It was not my mistake if you charge me twice! WTF supper stupid! She offered me credit for the next stay only. And I refused since I will not be staying in their hotel anymore! I have to wait Monday before I got proper update. I was able to receive my refund Only until Thursday August 5! Another issue is that the refund received was less than the actual charge! Credit Card Charge was 3436! Receipt was 3406! The refund was 3401.64! See how stupid! Mahirap lng ikaw pa mag fofolow Up sa kanila para e refund ka! Parang gusto nila ako pa mag hahabol sa ginawa nilang kamalian! I know this is a low cost hotel but all services you get will also be low cost! This is the most disappointing and frustrating in my entire travel experience! Negative 5 rating for this hotel!

My second hotel in this area chosen as an alternative to my first visit last month. Slightly more expensive and worth the extra. Staff are friendly and attend to requests and problems immediately with satisfactory results. Great food prepared daily to order at at very reasonable rates. I will stay here again on my next visit in 2 weeks time

I flew into Clark, Philippine and caught a Victory Liner bus from Clark to Tarlac for 100 peso. The bus arrived to the bus stop in Tarlac about 9:30pm and put me out on the road with my golf bag and suit case. Bus would not at the Luisita Central Park Hotel. I was force to take a tricycle from this location back to the hotel.

The hotel isnt new but the staff is commendable. They respond to additional requests courteously. Bathroom seems newly renovated, and it’s clean and big. The carpet, i think needs replacement to make the floors more appealable. They have a restaurant with a big kitchen. Food tastes good! The hotel has a 100 meter covered pool, a nice garden with greens and blooms. The gym facilities are new and of high quality. The place is inside vast sugarcane plantation, with enough security men who roam around. The place is ideal for weddings and family celebration. A new structure is being built as a hotel extension. Would definitely come back to see that and expeience anew peace and quiet and quality family time

When my Aunt from States visited us on our city, we chose the Luisita Central Park Hotel recommended by a family friend. We're very pleased with the quality of Hotel and the service we received. All the Staffs are friendly and very accomodating. I really had fun playing with my children and niece on their playground beside the swimming pool. I love the peaceful atmosphere. My Aunt really had a great stay as well. The quality overall was great!

This is probably one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at. I'm usually in Tarlac twice a year because of work and my team usually stays in Microtel. This hotel smells like a freaking DOG because of the carpet that only God knows when it was last cleaned. Everything feels itchy inside the room. The wallpaper is nice and all but everything else is just trashy. Even the food is unacceptable.I understand that it's a low-cost hotel but man, I swear it smells! Microtel is soooooooooo much better, the food, the people, and the rooms. The hotel service is just as bad :) We had no choice but to book here since Microtel is fully booked for the week. At all costs, avoid this hotel. Don't say you were not warned. CANT WAIT FOR THIS WEEK TO END. And btw, there was no wifi so we had to stay in Starbucks or use our data. Good luck, folks.
