My first impression of this hotel was that the hotel staff were extremely friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant to the shuttle drivers. Admittedly, the room was a little dirty, including slightly stained bedding and several mosquitoes inside the room. A big improvement could be made with some brighter lights in the room, as it is dark and musty feeling in the evening.

There is a good little restaurant inside the hotel, which in convenient if you need something to eat late at night. A large supermarket and a few restaurants are only about 2 km down the road. You can walk there but the hotel also provides free shuttle service, which is a very nice touch. Other nice features include a decent fitness center and a collection of relaxing foot paths that meander through the hotel's grounds.

Overall I would stay here again, on the strength of the friendly staff and nice hospitality. Thank you!

The rooms are nice. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean. When I checked in, I had to ask the front desk to vacuum the carpets as the accumulated dusts formed into small bits already. You should start shampooing those carpets.

The mosquitos I read from another review are still there.

The staff were all helpful and very pleasant.

It was Maundy Thursday and good Friday, so understandable that the menu isn't complete. But the free breakfast is terrible, this is Tarlac, the Tocino is supposed to be good. You can't break that tradition by using a commercial off the shelf Tocino. Some of the food I ordered during the day were good though. So I now have the impression that the good ones are the ones you pay for.

By the way, there was a dog (puppy) crying and wailing the entire night. It was noisy. Why?

We stayed at central park hotel on april 18-20,2014 and it was a peak season due to holy week so the hotel and carpets are not tht clean and the used plates etcs were at hallways of the hotel. the given room to us was ok but you can smell the old carpet and the bathroom tiles were old but we were informed that both are already due for renovation/replacement. they have gym and u can use it anytime, pool that is 4 feet deep from 8 am to 10 am is wide enough and clean enough and has cover so you wont really get sun burnt but have to wear proper swimming attire. they have garden grounds suitable for weddings and parties and function rooms. they have birds and canteen which you can eat outside. they also have drivers and maids quarter which is P500 per night electric fan only dorm type with two showers and one cr and nno breakfast. deluxe room costs about P2,600 per night with free 2 breakfasts. their breakfast meal costs p170 pesos. the parking is enough to accomodate guests. overall we enjoyed our stay there. most hotels in tarlac dont have the facilities that central park hotel has.

its location is strategically located at the luisita park, about 2 hours from manila , exit to sctex and a few blocks away from mcarthur highway. the staff there are kind. you can have your reservation online.

Had a two night stay a few weeks ago. At first I had some qualms about this hotel because of its location, but then again, you have to experience it to believe it.

If you prefer a quiet, secluded place for privacy or simply to rejuvenate, then this is the place for you. For P1,275.00 you get a single room with the following:
1. Wall to wall carpeting.
2. Queen sized bed with SOOOOOOO CLEAN sheets and pillows.
3. Decent sized toilet and bath with constant hot/cold water and a bathtub. Mind you, the towels smell sooooo clean too.
4. Mini-ref.
5. Hot Water Kettle.
6. Wi-fi
7. 40 inch Flat Screen TV

Amenities include slippers and the standard toiletries.
Among the low points are:
1. Cable channels are limited.
2. Aircon is a bit noisy.
3. The door buzzer is tape-mounted on the wall and dislodges every time a visitor pushes the buzzer button.

Nevetheless, this is offset by their 20 x 10m swimming pool (oh so nice to simply float), wifi is free on the lobby with P50 charge in the room. Set breakfast has a lot of choices and big enough. They also have free limousine service if you want to go out to Luisita Mall or nearby.

If you have official business in Tarlac City, specifically Luisita Industrial Estate, I strongly recommend this hotel.

This is probably one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at. I'm usually in Tarlac twice a year because of work and my team usually stays in Microtel. This hotel smells like a freaking DOG because of the carpet that only God knows when it was last cleaned. Everything feels itchy inside the room. The wallpaper is nice and all but everything else is just trashy. Even the food is unacceptable.I understand that it's a low-cost hotel but man, I swear it smells! Microtel is soooooooooo much better, the food, the people, and the rooms. The hotel service is just as bad :) We had no choice but to book here since Microtel is fully booked for the week. At all costs, avoid this hotel. Don't say you were not warned. CANT WAIT FOR THIS WEEK TO END. And btw, there was no wifi so we had to stay in Starbucks or use our data. Good luck, folks.

While entering in the room, it looks very good but the quality of cloth on the bed, Furniture and hygiene of the room have lot margin for improvement.
Hotel staff is very friendly. Resturant is decent. Rest of the facilities are also between good and very good.

Worth staying here but could have been much much better..

Nicest hotel in the area(my own opinion)! Located inside an industrial zone. Quiet environment, nicest accomodation, friendly people(staffs), great food, free breakfast package, affordable prizes, with swimming pool, function rooms, service shuttle, VERY clean air conditioned rooms w/ mini bar & VERY clean restrooms & shower w/ bathtubs, laundry services, cable tv's, wi-fi's...

Terible hotel! Avoid this at all cost

I tried staying here at first in May. Since my preferred hotel is fully book ( Microtel) and it will be just for 1 night I opted to stay in this hotel since it is close to my work place.
Impressions:
> parking is okay
> front desk is just okay
> internet is okay
> room smells dirty!
> Carpet Feel sticky and itchy!
> Window type aircon is very very noisy!
> Heater does not work!
> toilet shower is dirty
> Shower area lacks lighting
It was a terrible stay! But since it was just one night i just let passed by.

On my second travel in July last week since Microtel is again fully booked, I booked for 2 nights and asked if they have a premium room. But they offered only the deluxe room and with bath tub.

Impression:

> since it was raining parking is flooded. Be sure to have extra shoes or remove your shoe or else it will be soaked in water!
> front desk is just okay
> internet is okay
> room offered still smells dirty!
> Carpet Feels still sticky and itchy!
> Window type aircon is very very very very very noisy!
> Heater does not work again!
> toilet shower is dirty!
> Shower area lacks lighting
> land line does not work. You have to go to lobby just to ask!
> there are no tissue upon using the room.
> I stayed two nights but you will never
See someone clean or vacuum the carpet! Or hear any vacuum. Who knows if they even clean the carpet or when?!

Here is the worst part:
Upon check out Friday, “SHIELA” in the front desk did my transaction for I paid through my credit card. And she encountered an error (receipt didn’t print). So I left my card to and told her I will be back (I got something from my car) I came back and she said everything was okay.

Upon arriving home I just noticed that in my credit card statement there were two (2) transactions done. So I called them back and found out that she made a mistake on swiping the card again after the first attempt. She could have voided the first transaction BUT OBVIOUSLY she wasn’t trained to do so. There was no supervisor or manager to assist her at that time as well. BUT WHY DID SHE NOT TELL ME BEFORE I LEFT!!!
Now i kept on chasing the refund from them. “SHIELA” Even mentioned they do not offer refund anymore.! WTF! It was not my mistake if you charge me twice! WTF supper stupid! She offered me credit for the next stay only. And I refused since I will not be staying in their hotel anymore! I have to wait Monday before I got proper update. I was able to receive my refund Only until Thursday August 5!

Another issue is that the refund received was less than the actual charge! Credit Card Charge was 3436! Receipt was 3406! The refund was 3401.64! See how stupid!

Mahirap lng ikaw pa mag fofolow
Up sa kanila para e refund ka! Parang gusto nila ako pa mag hahabol sa ginawa nilang kamalian!

I know this is a low cost hotel but all services you get will also be low cost! This is the most disappointing and frustrating in my entire travel experience! Negative 5 rating for this hotel!
