It's my second visit to this hotel.
Check in was a breeze and we were allowed to come in a lot earlier than standard time, with a minimal fee. Got the room at 20% off for several nights. Great!
Housekeeping department was fast to attend to our needs of extra pillows and hangers. Making up of room was also quick but not squeaky clean.
Last time , we complained of the yellow urine-colored water coming out of the faucet. It happened again. Said it was a scheduled water system maintenance. Perfect timing! We have observed this again on last morning of our stay.
There is also a noisy on-going repair at the rooftop and the music lounge is closed.
Complimentary breakfast is now served buffet style but still not excellent. Anyway, its free.
On room service, meat is not tender at all yet pricey. A lot room for improvements.
Wifi connection is very slow inside the room while Globe has only 2G network in the area.
Free shuttle service is a very helpful feature of this hotel.
Location-wise, its the best in the area. Staff are courteous and apologetic for whatever shortcomings they have.

My Fiancee said that she would not wish this place on her worst enemy. Old, not maintained, leaking shower, leaking toilet, plywood over the windows. Tiny pinholes in the doors that allow you to see in to the room from the outside hallway. Breakfast was terrible. They litterally gave us plain canned tuna on a plate. Beds not comfortable. They don't even have blankets. Just a top sheet. No digital keys, they have actual lock and keys for the doors. We were suppose to stay 8 days. We stayed two and found other accomodations down the road, and our stay has been so much better there. Travelers be warned, the photos of the property and higher booking price is a scam. This place is old and looks nothing like what you see online.

I got the standard Deluxe Room for 2,300 pesos. I is really small, to think that I have paid that amount. The room was filthy and dirty.

The tv was not working and there are no channels. They charge 250 pesos for extra blankets which is highly un reasonable. First and last. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Booked one night a the LSquare Hotel, unfortunately my wife got Covid, so 2 days prior to arriving we changed our booking to the following week. You can't just ring up the hotel to this this..no. You have to go through Trip com. So we did that and thought our booking was changed according to email from hotel....but no. Luckily we found out the booking wasn't confirmed. So, on to the phone to Trip.com.....sorry sir non changeable no refund. Really??....and when were you going to inform us of this?
Atrocious corporate greed, NEVER use this site to book anything

Extremely bad experience. Why?
The room was facing the street, it was impossible to sleep from the noise of bikes and trucks.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows hard as rock, had to sleep without a pillow.
The room was light up all night due to a window facing the hallway in the room.
The price was not worth it for this so called “superior” room.
The tv has 4 channels and they barely work. The WiFi is not working.

I stayed in their business suite.

The good.
Helpful staff. Quick response to concerns.
Near the city center.
Aircon/ref cooling is strong.
Good coffee/espresso.
Breakfast is ok.
Near 711.
Not hard to arrange for official receipts and other documents.

The bad.
Charges additional fees for early check-in.
Front desk has no aircon.
Some staff are unfriendly and unsmiling.
Hot water is difficult to control.
Location is right beside a busy highway.
Area is a bit far from malls and nicer restaurants.
Noisy rooms. No sound proofing.
Rooms are spartan and lack polish.
Dusty rooms.
Rooms don’t have privacy signs for the doorknobs.
Drains are clogging.
Uncarpeted floors.
Wifi is a joke.
5g LTE is weak in the room.

It's a very uncomfortable hotel. Rooms were small. Airco was noisy. Small shower room. Shower is very bad, no water pressure at all and it was very stinky. Saw spider webs so that just meant the room was not cleaned up. Staff were so and so, they don't greet you and they don't even smile at you. Just typical provincial style of service.

No hot water shower, housekeeping staff needs more training in replying to guest queries. Light level inside the room is on the dim side. In a twin share room, air con controls are above one of the beds. You will need to step on the bed to change temperature controls.
