I spent a few days at Microtel Luisita last week, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here during my stay in Tarlac. During these times, you want to be sure that whereever you go, everything is kept safe, clean and sanitary, and that's what Microtel offers its guests. From the entrance, you will be greeted by their security guard who will check your temperature and instruct you to use their footbath for your shoes and to wash your hands in their handwashing station. The handwashing station is something you don't see in a lot of places these days, but Microtel definitely has one at their entrance. At their front desk, there is a plastic divider separating the guest from the staff to help enforce social distancing guidelines. There are markers on the floor directing guests where to stand as well. I never felt unsafe or at harm's way during my stay since they followed the health guidelines and they always made sure that all guests and the premises are safe.
I would like to commend Nicole and Arian, who were very hospitable and alert when attending to my requests during my stay. I'd also like to commend the housekeeping staff, since they always made sure that my room was clean every morning. They even wear PPEs when they clean the guest rooms, which I appreciate a lot. Their rooms have been recently renovated, and the facilities and fixtures are new. I'll always check in to his hotel whenever I am in the area, thank you for making my stay great!

I went home to the Philippines for a vacation last March and I stayed at Microtel Tarlac for a mandatory 7-days quarantine. All I can say is that the hotel room that I stayed in was visibly sanitized and complete with amenities! The food they served was quite satisfiable and good to my tasting. Their front office personnel were quick to assist me with my requests everytime I order from their snack/chips items, they even conducted courtesy call from the day we arrived just to make sure my stay will be as comfortable as it should be, like asking if I’m allergic to some kinds of food, fortunately I’m not. As an OFW who works in a hotel, my expectations were exceeded given the fact that the purpose of my stay was not to chill and relax. Kudos to them all!
I will surely be back to have a staycation at this hotel when I’m back in the Philippines and hoping that this pandemic will come to an end.

I book a room on november 28,2019. We arrived at the hotel on that night. The checking on the front desk went smooth, however what i saw on the first room that they gave us was not good. I went inside the comfort room and i saw a strand of pubic hair on the lavatory. I called the front desk to have the cr disinfec however when I went to the shower and shaw another strand there. I called the front desk again to transfer me to another room. And again same scene was there. Pillow and bed sheet has stains of i dont know what. It was our wedding aniversary, i spoke with the manager he was approchable but i am stil very disappointed about what happen. Please double or triple check your rooms before you sell, to make sure no pubic hair in lavatory/comfortroom

Everything here is great! The staff, the place itself. They clean up our room regularly, give us new items like towels, the view is good for muni-muni moments and outdoors are perfect for a quick morning walk. The staff is very accommodating. There's this sweet lady who makes sure we get our breakfast stub as we go home from work, and another sweet lady responding to my calls when we need the shuttle to take us to the office. The shuttle drivers are also fun to chat with. Lastly the free breakfast is sooooo good! I can't leave a bad comment actually 😅 top notch experience all in all.

We stayed six nights this time and were pleased to be given a renovated room. The bed is comfortable and the placement of the TV is much better than before (it was sitting on closet before). We like the location of the property and it was good to be able to enjoy a much better cooked breakfast than what used to be a very mediocre buffet in the reception area. Staff are very friendly and although we had hot water issues in our room, we overall enjoyed this stay much better than in the past.

We recently stayed at the Microtel Hotel in Tarlac, I can confidently say that it is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.
The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms themselves are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. Microtel is near Luisita Industrial Park and food establishments and thus the traveler will not experience the hassle of traffic. It is also near the Aquino Museum and dampa sa Tarlac. The staffs and guard are friendly and professional.

Thank you for sending us your query. The hotel is open for walk-ins, however, early check-in / late check out requests depends on room availability. Check-in time is at 2pm, while check-out time is at 12 noon. Guest may check in early with no additional charge should their designated room was ready upon arrival. However, if the room is not yet ready upon arrival, guest may decide to leave their luggage first for safekeeping.
