a nice and quiet place to stay if you're in the city. you can dip in the pool before going to your business appointment or before hitting the sack. some neg points are very limited choice of breakfast items and very few available TV channels.

If you are looking for a budget place to stay then this is it. It is right off MacArthur Highway and just a few blocks away from the La Maja Rica Hotel. It is close to the city center and several different eating spots and sight seeing areas. We chose the King Size Room and have enjoyed our stay here. The pool is very nice and is under cover so you won't get sunburned during the day when you swim. The café they have has a nice buffet during week except on Monday's.

Nice and affordable, close to almost everything, malls, market and other things. Food for breakfast is good especially when there’s a buffet, rooms are ok, but AC are a bit noisy, swimming area is also nice.would definitely comeback😊

We checked in for our Nov 12-14, 2017 booking but after the first day, we decided to check out since we have already visited all the interesting places we wanted to visit in Tarlac. They did not charge us for cancellation fee. We stayed on the first floor because my hubby and I brought our 80-year old mothers with us. We requested for separate beds for them but there was none available on the first floor. We were told that all rooms on the first floor only had 1 King-sized bed. I suggest they provide separate single or double beds on the first floor as well. An hour after we left the hotel, Zara Penalosa from the front desk called on my cellphone to inform me that I accidentally left my bag at their lobby. I forgot to pick it up after we had our picture taking at the lobby with some of our friends from Tarlac. It contained all my cash amounting to more than Php10k. I asked my friend to pick it up for me since we were already on our way to Subic by the time Zara called. My friend deemed it necessary to count the cash inside my bag in front of the desk officer on duty. I was super thankful that not a single centavo was taken away. I am super grateful to the person who found my bag and gave it to Zara for safekeeping!

We booked this hotel online and we saved in discounts. They have a large pool with a roof on top. Food is average but not that good especially their breakfast buffet in which there is not a lot to choose from. Room is quite clean with a superb ac. Not so hot shower and a towel that has been abused for quite some time hehe. But hey for a 1 thousand pesos a night with free use of the pool and free breakfast twas not that bad! Im just here for the pool =) Staff are courteous too. I would probably go back if my reason is to use the pool.

Clean and pleasant place to stay within Tarlac City. Affordable rates w/ very clean rooms and bathrooms. Suggestion to improve on the facade entrance area, so It won't be creepy if you arrive late at night.

We already considered this hotel as our home in Tarlac city but we were so disappointed the last time we went there. We were hoping to get a room with king size bed like we used to, but the receptionist insisted that we have to pay for an extra person for my daughter who regularly stays with us. We DONT mind paying for an extra person provided we get a room on the first floor which we don't think were all occupied and the receptionist informed us that they only have an available room on the third floor. We've been a regular customer on this hotel and my daughter actually grew up staying here every time we go North. YOu cant even give us a little consideration to give us a room on the ground floor. Hope you could improve your service most specially the front office staff.
