Our group of friends had an overnight in Villa Alfredo’s Resort. We had a big villa that really accommodated us. Very secured and clean. Once you roam around the resort there are lots of picture perfect areas. Pools are everywhere so you have options to enjoy a swim. Another highlight in the resort is their wave pool. We super enjoyed our stay.

I was lucky enough to go to villa Alfredos for my partners work Christmas party. There were a lot of well supervised pool swimming options, ranging from quiet pools to just relax, to the waterslides and wave pool! The water appeared clean and the surroundings were tidy. There is quite a bit of construction being done there, but all is to enhance the experience for the customers. The villas appeared basic but functional. Videokie was available in certain areas, so if you are looking for quiet select your room carefully. It felt as though we were miles away from the crowds in the rest of the province. Definitely an enjoyable visit.

The only reason why I would give it 3 stars is because their pool areas were clean and there were plenty of lifeguards very attentive to the swimmers... but that was pretty much all i could say with a positive note. As for the accommodations, our group had rented Bella 2 , prior to booking the representative stated that we would have 8 beds, upon check in we only had 6 beds as one room was not avail to us.. because their lack of communication amongst the staff, they were immediate to convey the lack of communication on our end. After a lengthy conversation, they finally provided us 2 extra floor beds at no charge. Upon check out, they did their usual inspection, allowing us to depart from the villa. After their inspection, they stated that there is missing blanket and bed sheet. They were confident that they gave it to us as one supervisor 'claimed' she personally saw that we were provided a complete set. After spending an additional hour going back and forth with them and a manager, one of the house keepers realized that the missing sheet and blanket was actually placed inside a pillow without our knowledge. No apologies for our convenience rather the reason why of their combative response to us. 'Sorry, mam/sir as we will be deducted from our pay for the missing items'.. overall bad customer service. When we complained about a room not available to us they did not follow up and we had to chase them to get them to resolve. It is very disappointing that a resort such as Villa Alfredo does not provide exceptional customer service. Now imagine how it would be during PEAK SEAON ...If you stay there over night - ensure your expectations is low .. have them inspect the room and inventory with you and have them have it in writing for if something is missing or broken - expect to pay ..

I rented the family villa with and was extremely disappointed. The curtains were falling off the hook, the bathrooms were dark, you are charged for towels (you get your money back when you return them), the rooms felt unclean. My kids didn't even want to swim in the pools. Our one night couldn't be over soon enough. My family and I will not return to this resort and we will not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We booked 3 villas for overnight and thinking that it already includes everything. Little did we know that we still need to pay the ENTRANCE FEE even though we are checking in. The staff were terrible. The rain poured when we visited this horrible place. I opened my door to go to the front desk and TWO security guards are infront of me with their umbrellas BUT NO ONE dared to assist me to not drench from the rain. I was so pissed. Also, there are staff everywhere but no one is helpful!!!!!!!

Whoever is in charge of the resort must not be serious in his/her job or business (only profit is in his head) I find their facilities the most terrible maintained I've ever seen. They lack shower room and if there is it's not working, they have a faucet that makes you think as your savior but its also not working. I need to fall in line for 30 mins to finally use one of the few working shower room they have with low pressure at that. I felt robbed paying 250 pesos.

Stayed here for a night with two other friends. The resort is huge and they have many swimming pools. ♡ I love that the resort is surrounded by plants and trees ♡ They have a mini aviary and mini zoo inside the resort which we also loved. For 30 pesos, you may get inside the aviary to interact with birds and a snake. They also have aquariums with beautiful fishes. ♡ The swimming pools are good and you will have plenty to choose from. ♡ They have a mini mart and a restaurant inside. ♡ We booked a room for 2,500. Two single beds. One small toilet and shower. TV (no remote control) with cable. A refrigerator. Obviously old but still working AC. On our first use of the sink, the water's rusty, so you gotta let it run for a few seconds before actually using it. At night, karaokes from neighbor rooms were loud so it's gonna be a bit hard if you wanna sleep. There's no telephone in the room and no room service. ♡ I do not encourage hanging around the resort at night because there were lots of mosquitoes Overall, I can say that we had a good stay. I recommend the resort for families and big groups.

We went there last year and I was amazed because I really love pools with slides and its too many. I was bit disappointed because half of the pools were closed. I don't know if its because of off season or it is really under construction. The staff was very accommodating. The place was good and room was clean. All in all it was great. Its just that the pools were all closed. Almost!

This resort is really great. Has many different pools with different depths. Very nice slides. The pools are seperated by nice flora. They even have a mini zoo. You can have a photo take with a Boa constrictor on your neck. 30 peso entrance for the snake and parrots enclosure. We rented a cabin for 2 nights and had lots of fun with the karaoke machine. Very nice place in the heart of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Date of Visit: August 11 to 12, 2018 Cons: - Does not accept senior citizen discount for hotel rooms. According to attendant, this is the management's decision. - Kiddie pool at the back of the hotel rooms are not clean, - No hot shower in hotel room - You need to shell out money for deposit (i.e. 100 for key; 300 for remote; 300 each for towel - Customer service is poor - Their deepest pool (5 to 5.5 feet) has no life guard Pros - very nice landscaping and architecture - different types and themed pools - Pools are relatively clean except for the above mentioned pool - All kiddie pools plus wave pool have three or more life guards - Aviary is definitely a plus. Notes - we went there when there's orange alert rainfall warning but there's still a pretty huge crowd. I think that this place is really really really crowded during summertime. - they allow videoke. There were even four cottages that are side by side, each having their own concert. Hence, if you want some quiet place, book the hotel room.
