It took us more than 2 hours just to reach this resort. The main road on the way to the resort was closed, so we had to reroute. Google maps was giving us different locations and we reached in a deadend inside the subdivision and much worst in a dumpsite! If only there were some signages along the way to see if you are on the right path/way going to the resort, we could've save some time and gas. The resort was amazing, well maintained amenities though.

Upon reaching the resort, I have spoken to Ms. Lovely, their staff about my sentiments.
It seems, we were not the only one complaining about it. Hoping the management can spare some dime to put some signages and directions on the way to their resort since the main road is closed for a longer period.

My Filipino family and I greatly enjoyed our day visit to Villa Alfredo's Resort. This is a very large resort with numerous swimming pools, birds, fish and animals to view, and many types of little villas and other places for families to gather and enjoy the day, or stay overnight. For us, it served well for a day visit. It didn't look as inviting for staying overnight or longer, however, since the villas are quite basic with very limited amenities. The swimming pools are a lot of fun - especially for children, and there is a large wave pool too. Overall, we found this to be a very nice place for a family day outing.

My family went here to spend the summer of 2015. At first we were planning to just do a day tour but because it's 3 hour away from us, we decided to stay overnight, and we're so glad we did.

Place:
It is huge with 12 pools that has different designs/feels.
It is sorrounded by beautiful, well kept landscapes.
It has a small zoo with monkeys, owls, birds, iguanas and fishes in aquariums
It has an Aviary where you can have close encounters with many bird species like the cockatoos and colorful macaws, to name a few. Altho with an extra charge but so worth it.

Rooms:
Check in was a breeze. No prob whatsoever. We were there 130pm and they led us to our room right away.
We got Mike 2. This is nearest the gate/reception area which is a very good spot considering there's no inroom phones to call for service. It is also far enough from the day tour cabanas and pavilions with loud videokes.

Our room is on the 2nd floor which is also an advantage as it has a veranda where you can hang wet towels. It has 2 Queen/King sized beds that fits perfectly for 4 people but can still comfortably squeeze in 2 more.

Bed is really soft, pillows only 4 but u can bring your own. Sheets smells nice and fresh.

AC - at first it was noisy and not too cold so we called the attention of the crew and they immediately replaced it with a quieter and really cold one. Even lent us an electric fan in case it's still aint cold enough for us but we didnt need to use it.
With LCD Tv, no remote but working well.
It has a dining table with 4 chairs

A kitchen counter with sink where you can prepare your food. Every electric appliance you bring will be charged an additional 100 each but, electric/induction stoves are not allowed. We only brought our rice cooker. We cooked, reheated and boiled water with it.

Huge ref.. Very useful. In our case,we cooked our meals at home and stored them in the ref and just reheated when needed.
We didnt want to waste time cooking, but if u have a helper with u.. U can bring a portable butane/gas stove and have your meals freshly cooked. Grillers are available by request, not sure if they charge extra for that. Bring your own charcoal of course, altho there's a small store by the gate which
might sell that. we bought tube ice there for 10 pesos per plastic.

CR is big enough altho shower space is quite small but enough..

Shelves for your things, under the tv but no cabinets.

Sockets, a little far from the bed so bring extension cords.

Overall, the room is squeeky clean and smells fresh. And can still fit and extra single bed if needed. They are not strict with regards to the number of occupants in a room. Our neighbor which has the same room as ours has 12 peeps in it.
** small, tamed dogs are allowed but only in the room. Not walking around nor near pools. We brought our shih tzu and let him do his thing at the parking area. We just carry him if we wanna bring him along.

POOLS
The wave pool is a blockbuster. There's an announcement 5 mins before the wave will be turned on, so people from different pools will come running to the wave pool. It gets really crowded in the afternoon so we tried it the next day, at 9am. So fun! Biggest wave on the right side.
So many wading pools for the little kids.
There's Jacuzzis also
There's shipwreck style too..
There's a pool in front of our room which is one of the deep pools and we love it, it's so convenient.
But my favorite is the bucket splash which is where the high slides are also.

There are 3-4 lifeguards on duty on each pools. 10 in the wave pool. You'll really feel secured.
Clean pools, there's always someone who'd free the pool from leaves, insects and other floating things... Always..

What i dont like tho is the sharp smell of chlorine. I think they put too much of it. My hair smells chlorine for 2 days even with shampoo and conditioners.. Also, in their house rules, it was stated that sandos are not allowed. But i saw a lot. I even saw a lady wearing a 3/4 sleeves with red stripes shirt and white maong shorts which i thought at first will only sit by the pool but she swam and the lifeguard did not care.

Rates: our room cost 2,500 plus 200 per person entrance fee. (I think this is why they allow unlimited occupants in a room for as long as they will pay 200 per head on top of the room rate)
180 day tour; 200 night swim

Service:
No problem with service at all.. Friendly and fast..

Overall, this place is simply one of the BEST! I will consider going back during off peak season so we can have the pools to ourselves.

Our group of friends had an overnight in Villa Alfredo’s Resort. We had a big villa that really accommodated us. Very secured and clean. Once you roam around the resort there are lots of picture perfect areas. Pools are everywhere so you have options to enjoy a swim. Another highlight in the resort is their wave pool. We super enjoyed our stay.

We book this Villa Alfredo for one night (meant 2 nights but out flights delayed) for 2 different type of accommodation. One is hotel type php 2500. Me and my partner accommodates this hotel room. (2 people)
*extra charge php 200. per person for admission in this place even we are booked in this hotel room even we stated that we will not be using the pool/resort or any other facilties. We are here only from 7pm till 3 am the next day as we have early domestic flight. We only need to rest /sleep.
* no towels in our room - need to rent them.
*no remote control for tv and air condition.
*no soap, no shampoos ( in which we always bring our own)
*room not clean, infested with black ants and cockroaches.
*no proper bed sheets.
*not equip as hotel rooms (which on their own description "hotel type)
* no toilet roll on the toilets.
*prices are not appropriate for this accommodation.
The second accommodation we rent is cottage type php 3500 . one room with 2 beds with air condition downstairs and the loft ( small room upstairs) mattress on the floor with fan, small kitchen with stove and fridge, toilet.
*charge per person php 200 for admission even we booked as our accommodation. My sister and her daughter in the room downstairs and my son for the room upstairs (3 people)
* the whole cottage not secure, only the rooms.
* no towels - need to rent the towels.
* rooms ,toilet and kitchen is infested with ants and cockroaches.
* toilets is not standard for this accommodation in terms of cleanliness.
*no remote for the tv and air condition in the room.
The biggest disappointment on this place is we invited our distant families to celebrate my niece birthday from here in Sydney and at the same time get together with our families in Pampanga Philippines in which we very often to see them.We organize dinner from 7pm till 11pm.When our families started coming they were charge for the php 200 per person adults or children. No exception., estimated around 30 people..These families of mine will not use any facilities in the resort like the pool/playground/resorts. They were there only to have dinner with us, in the cottage as it has 2 tables and few chairs. No lounges.
I thought to book on this place so we can patronage a place/area where I grew up and also so we can relax having the family time with our family but in turned out just absolute stress and disappoitment. These families of ours will do and agree on this reviews ( will do their reviews not only in trip advisor and to any travel blogs too) not any one of us was happy on this place.Never again and will let all our families and friends in Philippines and all over the world about this disappointment of this place. Not deserve even half a point.

We stayed in a 2-story triplex with a dining, living, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and 4 queen-sized beds (with 4-inch mattresses) and a small restroom on the second floor. The bedroom was airconditioned with a (32"?) 32 channel cable TV. There are no cabinets to hang your clothes, and no towels or toiletries provided (so bring your own). The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and an 8 cu.ft. ref (no kitchen/dining utensils). You have your own grill at the veranda. The resort allows bringing in and cooking your own food. The cottage would have been priced reasonably if not for the additional entrance fee of Php 180/person/day which you have to pay extra. Each cottage has its own Videoke machine which can be rented for Php 500/day. And because of the proximity of each cottage to one another, the noise can be quite annoying, especially if there is a big party next door. They are not strict about the number of guests in a cottage, so expect a very crowded resort. The surrounding murals, gardens and pools are lovely and well maintained. There are plenty of swimming pools with slides and animated water playground to choose from (9?), and all are child friendly with a life guard on duty all the time. The main attraction is their big wave pool, but operated only twice a day for 30 min. There is a small restaurant with few food choices and a mini-mart at the entrance. There is also a mini-aviary, a marine aquarium, and a mini-zoo. The staff are all friendly and helpful, although there are no phone or intercom to call the staff (we have to walk 500m to the office entrance).

We did a day tour in Villa Alfredos', arrived at 2pm and left at 5pm. We're on a roadtrip and wanted to pass time so we decided to swim. The place is huge and I haven't imagined a place like this in San Fernando. The entrance fee is Php200/person with a Php20 refund if you leave by 5pm. We got a covered bench with karaoke but we didn't use it for 500. The cottages look okay but too close to each other. There's plenty of pools to choose from and a big wave pool. It was a weekday so there were only a few visitors so we got the nearest pool all to ourselves. Front desk staffs were very helpful. There's a lifeguard in every pool but never saw them awake. Individual shower rooms were unlighted but clean. I didn't see the toilet. Wave pool is open only for 30mins which I think shouldn't be that way because it's the main attraction. Overall we enjoyed our brief visit and would like to experience overnight next time.

First, take note that this is a resort and not a five star hotel, so you have to bring your own towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. I've read ridiculous comments complaining about it. I've been here 3 times.
Nice thing in this resort, they clean their pools every morning very early. When you check in, you can see they are replacing beddings etc. In family villa, no aircon in living room but you can turn on all aircons in rooms and open doors then you have aircon in the whole villa, just like what we did. No heater, again this is not a hotel!!! Swimming and videoke is up to 12 midnight only, this is a big resort so folks this is for your own safety. I like this resort and I will keep coming back, staffs are courteous and very helpful.

The worst resort i have ever been to my entire life!!!!!!!!!!! The only saving grace are the lifeguards who made sure that kids without adult supervision are not allowed in pool 5ft or higher. It was the most crowded piece of hell i have ever been to!!!! No more cottages and we were asked to pay 1k for two tables inside the restaurant!!!!!!! I understand that you need to make money but please!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE if you are looking for a quiet place to spend your summer days!!!!!!!!! Dont expect clean pools as well!!!!! Dirty!!!!!

Having three toddlers in the family made us decide to come to this resort and we had really fun especially the little ones. They have plenty of swimming pools and we stayed a lot at the kids pool where the water level meter is 2.5 feet...the only issue is the water is not temperature controlled, so the kids can not stay longer as they feel chilly already. We booked Nick 4 Accommodation for an overnight stay which costs 5,000 pesos and this includes a kitchen, a living room, 2 toilets, and an air conditioned room with 4 Queen Size Beds and a spacious balcony. We also hired a videoke for 500 pesos only. We love the place because there are a lot of attractions in there e.g. a mini zoo, an aviary, a lot of pools, play ground and the place is covered with trees and plants. The employees there are accommodating and service orientated...will definitely come back!
