We stayed at the hotel for a change. It was overpriced at a little over P10k. Room was old & badly needs renovation. There was even a big cockroach in the bathroom. Shower heater was not functioning. Saving grace was as usual the servers especially Edwin & July.

We booked a 2-BR Villa, Edinburgh 3115 for my FAMILY. Broken locks for the sliding doors. Dark and inadequately lit rooms. AND, YOU ARE SURROUNDED WITH CHINESE NATIONALS EVERYWHERE, I MEAN EVERYWHERE. I FEEL VERY UNSAFE. Didn't bother to spend the night. Chose to transfer to Widus and shell out extra money. They didn't even bother ask why we're leaving while we just checked-in. A dump and cesspool, shouldn't be called a "hotel".

The room should be available at 2pm, it is now 9pm. Tired. Staff doesnt seem bothered at all by the predicament that we can't get inside the room. Service is just poor to be rated. Should i return here? Maybe not. Their hall even smell of damp fungus, their tissue holder is just on the verge of falling and their mics are turning off on their own. Maybe this was a grand place 10 years ago... but now, its just one old slob of a place.

The place is so quiet and peaceful. Buffet breakfast was excellent.The staffs are so accomodating from my inquiries of hotel ammenities, activites, and they are friendly even of too much questions specially Ms.Zai and Ms. Cha I will surely recommend Fontana!

I got a reservation for a 2-bedroom villa with pool. From the very entrance of the resort and at the front desk, you can see such big difference from how it was years ago... it is as if if they've already stopped taking care of Fontana. The villa is so ugly with all its rusty fixtures, old paint on its doors and walls. The scent of chlorine is so strong as if you entered an old public hospital. The shower heads and faucet are rusty, the cabinets are filthy. I will never go back. There are lots of nicer villas with pool that you can rent in Pampanga. No more Fontana!

I should have read review carefully... I stayed at this hotel for 3days and so disappointed. It’s just waste of money. 동남아 4성급 리조트에 창문이 없을수가 있다는걸 처음 알았어요.. 아침이 되도 문밖으로 나올때까지 날씨가 어떤지 알수조차 없는... 나머지는 돈을 더 주고 방을 바꿨는데 발코니도 있고 방은 좋았어요. 그런데 청소를 안해줘요.. 외출후 돌아와서 프론트에 전화해서 얘기했더니 원하는게 뭐냐고 물어서 쓰레기통 비워주고 수건 바꿔달라 했는데 수건만 주고 가네요.. 조식은 주말만 뷔페이고(뷔페도 먹을거 없어요.) 다른 요일에는 알아서 주는데 이틀내내 똑같은거 주더군요. 너네 조식 쿠폰은 american breakfast라며.. 수영장은 리조트 수영장이 아니라 수영경기 규격 수영장이고, 직원이 명령처럼 들어가려면 옆에서 샤워하고 오라고 그래요. 그럼 옆에 샤워기가서 몸이랑 머리 적시고 가면 됩니다. 45분짜리 700php 마사지를 받았는데 투숙객이 없어서 그런지 투숙객을 돈으로 보는듯.. 마사지사가 마사지 끝내고 팁 적으라고 종이를 내밀어요. 잠깐 머뭇거리고 있는데 100php 적으래서 적었는데 1000php 냈더니 잔돈을 150php 주내요. 뭐지?? 그냥 그거만 받고 왔어요. 편도 20분 걸리는 관광지 가볼까해서 drop&pick up 서비스 문의했더니 그건 데이투어이기 때문에 5000php달라네요.. 안가고 말았어요. 워터파크는 투숙객이라고 할인되는건 없고, 온천은 운영하지 않아요. 워터파크도 엄청 낡았어요. 수영장 바닥이 까끌해서 신발 신고 다녀야해요. 볼트가 튀어나와서 아이들놀기 너무 위험해 보이는곳도 보이더라구요. 투숙객이 거의 없던데 그 이유를 충분히 알 수 있는 경험이었습니다. …

Stayed here for one night and the place is a bit run down. Everything is outdated but still had fun with the family.. we booked a villa and good thing is they don’t really mind bringing in more guest to sleep over . Went to the water park and each person cost 300 pesos each . That should of been included with the stay. Casino is closed .. but there are a bunch of casinos 5-10min drive outside the resort . Not much to do here but swim and golf with a cost.. but if your looking for a getaway with the family and just relax.. this is a good place to relax.

Fontana has been a great place to stay years ago. Not anymore , for value for money. Stay elsewhere. They are strict with their house rules, yet their villas looks like needs major renovations. Good thing here is the cold aircon, comfy beds.

We rented 3BR villa Zone B10. (ample space, seems well secured). No st. lights in the streets, AC not working well until tech'n fixed the fan motor of compressor.TV signal very bad. The faucet in the bathrms are loose. One of us got wet when the faucet (lever type) was opened. Water went to his body, not in the sink. The elecric kettle is out of order. Looking at the roof, you can see the villa is not well maintained

Villa is very old, not worth the expensive rate... The only amenity is the swimming pool but closed for an event. Check-out is time consuming, you need to wait for min 15 minies because they need to check the terrible place that you stayed... I don’t usually make negatove comments but if you are here just to relax or for a weekend stay with fam, better find another place.
