Just a few steps to Ilocos Sur, this hidden gem offers authentic Ilocano cuisine and other Filipino food. It has a swimming pool where you may cool down from a hot and tiring travel from Manila. Accommodations are also available if you want to spend a night or two. I love their concept and theme so cozy. nFood is great and easy on the budget. Their staff are friendly. This place even has a pasalubong center wherein you can buy authentic Ilocano Inabel, homemade longganisa, sukang Iloko and other souvenir items. I will surely visit this place again.

I stayed here a few nights off and on when I visited the Philippines. Always had great service just sometimes the language barrier but I had my fiance with me so she could speak the language. Probably one of the best places to get food in this area. The rooms are basic but they have air conditioning and they have hot running water. The beds are hard but they worked. It was a little hard for me to get used to not paying after every meal they total everything out when you get ready to check out.

The place is located at the northern most part of La Union. From Manila, just a few steps before La Union-Ilocos Sur Bridge (Amburayan Bridge). The whole place is simple but extraordinary. Upon entering the place, it feels like you are in a time machine. It is like a museum-resto wherein it is like they’re taking you to the old time. Appreciated the good nature-look. The rooms are a bit simple. Nothing is special. But for a simple family like mine, it won’t be a problem. Their staffs were kind and easy to deal with. The thing i want to commend to them, is the food they are offering. The authentic Ilocano and palatable dishes!! Because of their foods, this place is a 5-Star hotel for me. I must be biased because I am an Ilocano, but if you tried, you’ll definitely agree!

With our good experience last year, we decided to stay here again for this year's La Union field work and it seems that this will be our regular annual La Union stop over. Additional decorations were made particularly their wall decors in the dining area. Food are as good as before, we keep coming back for their pork sisig, the ampalaya with shrimp is also our favorite, you'll barely taste the bitterness of the ampalaya. Good internet connection. The place is good for business, family or friends or even for a lunch or dinner if one doesn't intend to stay overnight.

Place is ok. Service very bad. Staffs are untrained and rude. Do not make a mistake of going there. We booked for 3 days but cancelled on our first night. Suggest to find other hotel/resort in the area since north luzon is known for their hospitality with exception of this place.
