We had stayed here overnight and the room is clean, beds are comfortable and customer service are excellent, they provided us what we need and they have friendly staff. The facilities are always clean and sanitized. The location is also excellent because malls, coffee shops, restaurants are just walking distance from the property. I really recommend this place. Am staying at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas for so many months now. It is like a home while at work. My team members ask why I prefer to stay in JInJiang Inn Ortigas, and why not in other hotels? My usual answer, "Jinjiang Inn is a place where I am so comfortable- the staff and guards are so accommodating, friendly, and respectful. The facilities are simple and just enough. I always love lying in the soft bed with huggable pillows, which give comfort to my tired body after a day's work. Everything is kept clean and sanitary, thus no worries. Thank you very much.

We have stayed and celebrate special moment yesterday. This hotel is really a great place to stay with your family! Very clean and a place like home to enjoy. Highly recommended since this is located near malls, resto, bars and other places you can go. With great customer service among all staff! Visit the hotel to have unforgettable experience!!! Had a very good experience with the suite room. Great value for the price. The reception and all staff are very attentiveand organized. They are very accomodating. Did not charge for extra bottles of water and also allowed me late checkout (my flight was in evening). The internet is 40 Mbps and you'll it in case you want to work online. All you need while overseas are these small things to be taken care of. The Mega mall is at a stone's throw away if you want to spend your evening. Will stay there everytime when I am in Manila and recommend for all.

As a regular traveller to Metro Manila, I must say this is probably the best "no-frills" hotel I have stayed. Clean & bright, extremely friendly staffs, functional room, comfortable bed, good water pressure etc. Don't let the external appearance (a bit dated) of the hotel put you off, they are very well maintained inside. If the location works for you, I strongly recommend. Nearby are restaurants like McDonald (24 hrs), KFC (24 hours), Subway, Pancake House etc etc.7-11 is just a 30 secs walk away. Megamall and Shangri-la are 5-10 min away. For sure, I will be back.
