The rooms were very clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. good for 1 to 2 day stay.for quarantine hotel I would not recommend because the internet was so slow that making normal voice or vidcalls were impossible, super hard to work from hotel using internet. There's no landline in the room, and it takes them hours to respond to your message and calls during the day. There was no electric kettle as well.
I used this hotel for my quarantine stay ,the room was small but very comfortable bed ,very good air con , very good wifi , and very good daily price. Only down side the food package was expence for what it was not sure if this is set by the government , would like to see the oppsion to have food brought in or a in house food list I would have paid more for good food . But I do recommend this hotel
Hotel is clean and cozy. I had a great stay while on Quarantine for 5 days Staff are courteous and helpful. Water is strong ong. Wifi is sometimes weak. It lags. Housekeeping staffs are always ready to respond. Only during night time because you are under staffed and understandable. But overall, it was very good.
Great customer service and friendly staff even the guard and utility were all approachable. And thank you for giving me a free coffee every morning😘. Highly recommended to those who wants a best hotel to stay for quarantine at lower price. I only pay $140 for the whole 5 days of my stay.
Housekeeping should offer room cleaning and change of linens at least once a week I experienced this in other country. It helped maintain the cleanliness of the room as well as the quality of stay of the guests.
There so many tiny cockroaches. And barely change their linens and towels. Slow and inconvenient internet connection. Haven't swept my room for weeks. On the other side, it is wide inside. Good lightings good water service. Nice bathroom. Nice bed and pillow.
Overall, I love my stay in the hotel and would highly recommend for the others to stay. I will just recommend to have a pest control for cockroaches. The room is neat provided with newly beddings, blanket, towel and kit for disinfection.
I wouldn't settle for anything less next time specially when the stay is more than 5 days. Though the price is cheap, I still expect good service abd thorough cleanliness of the area specially the rooms. The in-house food provider is always late in delivering the food, I need to follow-up at times. There's no phone in the room to communicate to the reception. The hotel apps are being used to communicate but you have to login and reconnect from time to time. Fast wifi is not true, I have to bring my own broadband to use especially to communicate through the apps. Disappointed that I found cockroach and ants in the room which I told the staff but they didn't do anything about it.
Good experience, is it because of current health situation that there is no complimentary bottled water, toiletries, TV remote control missing, in general i rate my stay 3.5, for a short stay contented.
Thank you for the wonderful day I spent in the hotel. I feel safe and nothing to worry for the good service and for cleaning the room promptly when needed. I wish I could spend another time someday in the hotel.
