booked 2 rooms since oct2019.we asked that the rooms are close to each other,they confirmed.even advised them of late check in and again was noted they said.when we arrived none of these were granted.took long time to check in,I asked why and said that they were not informed!I began to be irritated when I heard that!gave us room keys and noticed the room numbers are very far,I asked are u sure these rooms are close to each other?front desk said yes, ended up, the rooms are end to end of the floor! diappointing and irritating, liar!good thing the bell boy was nice tried to help.promised us to move the ff day.but the next receptionist said they were not told about it! these people should be sent back to the training centers!
We've booked thru agoda. And given it was the new year, there are plenty of guests. A line build up on the reception. The reception was very accommodating, they even gave us free calendar and free cookies (talk about hospitality) it was my first time to experience these kind of freebies in a hotel. Kudos to that! When we got to our room it amazed me. It was huge. Talk about "sulit"!!! The breakfast was delicious also. I enjoyed the spa/pool was great also I will definitely go back here
Overnight stay in December was enjoyable. We got the 2-room suite and the check-in and check-out process was painless. Make sure to prepare money for the cash deposit when checking in. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities were complete - comfortable beds, ample toiletries, wifi access, smart TV (caught up on my Netflix list during our stay). We enjoyed cooking a simple dinner in the kitchenette. The only downside was that we were located at the end of the hall and we had to to walk all the way near the elevators to refill our water pitcher. Best to have several water dispensers in the hall, or bigger or more pitchers. Our package included free breakfast and access to the water spa for 4. We enjoyed our breakfast - ample fare, assisted seating and responsive wait staff. Kids also enjoyed the water spa services.…
I have checked in at this hotel for more than 3 times already. Staff is consistent from the front desk, room boys, security, and food servers or wait staff. Kudos esp. to Mr. Eric Jimenez of the front desk and two other front desk staff (sorry I forgot their names), for always being attentive to my needs and attending to my concerns, as soon as they could address it. Will always consider this my default staycation or check-in place whenever I'm in the area. And if I may say so, their breakfast buffet is really good. Better than some of the higher end hotels in Manila or abroad.
We had a nice time during the 2 days that we stayed here. We had a great time at the water spa. Had nice food options at the breakfast buffet. Also went to the KTV and sang our hearts out. It also has a stunning view of the different areas around the hotel at the Sky Bar. With regards to their customer service: the guards, front desk and hotel staff, water spa staff are all attentive and welcoming. We have already booked another couple of days this Christmas and we are hoping that we'll all have a great time.
