Very average hotel. Some floors renovated , they used cheap paint and the smell doesn’t go. The study table in the room has no power board. Very poor front desk service no response for even critical service calls like water issues in bathroom etc. need long wait for lifts as old lifts and one out of three is broken. Only good is that they in business area next to malls

The hotel has a direct way at 4th floor)going to Robinsons mall. According to a staff it was built about 30 years ago ( maybe). This hotel shares its swimming pool with its neighbor hotel the crown plaza . Hotel smells of paint at the time I visited due to some repairs going on.

The place is in the centre of everything, the hotel itself is attached to the Robinson’s Galeria. Our room was very clean and nice we booked two rooms with pass through door which make it convenient with the family, the rate of the hotel fits to what we paid. Lots of parking very safe and clean.

They need to throw the old sheets and replace with new ones. Even if the hotel is old, it is IHG so they should keep up to the standard of IHG. i give 5 stars to Eddie and Japheth of housekeeping. very good service. Also to Sam of concierge. He helped us with our luggage and made sure we got what we needed. I forgot the name of the guard at the lobby and at the parking. Both were very helpful. Kudos to Christine who was the Barista at the Seven Corners. She made our drinks with a smile last October. Food was not that good at the Seven Corners. Not much viands to choose from. But at the Jade and Ruby, breakfast was awesome. We miss FAB!

Fire exit stinks. Mirror in the room is rusted. TV is outdated. 1 elevator is broken making the 2 remaining elevators always full now that it's the holidays. Key card is always broken and you always need to go down the ground floor to the concierge to fix it. Concierge on ground floor won't fix it and lets you go back and forth even if you already verified the account holder's full name. 1 plus side is their gym is anytime fitness although I dislike that it doesn't have a punching bag for boxing practice.

The Holiday Inn Manila Galleria Is a terrible old Hotel that is grossly overpriced and I wouldn't recommend staying at this horrible hotel to anyone. The check in process was slow and From the 1st arriving here until I shortened my stay and checked out early I found this hotel to be a disgrace The rooms are large but are very old dated and have terrible decor and are very poorly set out. It was like being stuck in a dated time machine. They was a very old, dated small TV Which didn't even have Provision for a USB stick to watch your own movies. The TV reception was appalling, and it was like watching TV through a snowstorm. The TV pound have been thrown out 20 or 30 years ago. The bed was hard lumpy and uncomfortable as wre the pillows. Everything was so.old and dated and how they could charge so much for such terrible rooms was nothing more than a rip off and a disgrace. The views were horrible and I was.so.disgusted with the appalling low standard of this hotel I asked.for.the remaining nights to be refunded and left in disgust. There was not one thing I could say positive about this rundown dated crappy hotel that should have been gathered and refurbished 20 years ago. There are so many better hotels in the area and I wouldn't even give this a one out of 10. Do not Waste your money or time staying at this terrible run down property. I would not stay here for half the price and I would not recommend this dump to anybody it is just riding on the back of the IHG brand and is nothing more than a poor quality sub standard low grade hotel…

The hotel was just stinking on all the floors. The ambience was quite dull and not lively at all. The lights were not working properly in the room. Did not even like the yellow lights which were not bright at all. The hotel denied to serve anything vegetarian or a vegan meal in the breakfast. Staying for about a week, still the request was not considered on any of the days. Even requested to keep something for Indian breakfast in the menu. Had a hard time in the breakfast as well. Not happy with the service provided and there was leakage in the bathroom as well

Stayed here as we did not get any other property available during my travel dates. This is an Old property, not very positive vibes. Poorly lit room. Although the staff was very cordial but was unable to address the issue reported 3 times for multiple room lights not working. There is common breakfast served along with Crown plaza guests. Although the spread is good but very little for Vegetarian or Vegan. The property has a direct connected access to the Robinson's Galleria Mall. I will not recommend this hotel. There are better options available in this area.

An obnoxious and pervasive odor inhibits breathing and makes it impossible to sleep here. The smell is so horrible we had to wear KN95 mask even when going to bed, September 28, 2022. Had to check out after one sleepless night. There is no COVID-19 social distancing in this establishment during the renovation of this hotel--the old elevators are too small for this (less than 2 meters deep/wide) and only half of the elevators are working during construction. Breakfast is in another hotel and is not free. No Executive Lounge. Make no mistake, this is an older property. see review by 'ruthandvern' for confirmation of odor problem.
