The hotel is clean, centrally located, and reasonably priced for short to long term stays. Thankful for the staff, from security to reception and housekeeping, who were all attentive, friendly, efficient and helpful, which made our week-long stay comfortable and easy. Particularly, the reception staff were helpful in booking us our Grab whenever we asked them to, and namely Tess, who is part of the housekeeping staff, was immensely efficient and thorough in tidying up our rooms, all the while being incredibly accommodating and friendly. A small drawback would be the lack of a kettle and a mini-fridge; however, since it's centrally located, there's a bunch of nearby restaurants. Other than that snag, would definitely recommend!

The hotel is great. The lobby, the hallways, and the rooms were clean and pleasant to the eyes. The staff were great from the security, reception and room service. The room is spacious enough, nice interiors and comfy bed. The bathroom is also good. Location is just within Ortigas CBD so everything you mostly need from restaurants, malls, shopping areas and others are within reach. Really nice experience.

We stayed four nights in this is a very basic but clean hotel, with excellent reception and room service staff. Check in and out was very smooth and a word of thanks to Katrina of the room cleaning staff always polite, smiling and efficient. Breakfast is not provided but McDonalds, KFC and 7 Eleven are close by.

Hotel opened just 7 months ago, so furnishings are new. Room is spacious and clean. Amenities are limited -- 2 bottles of water, fresh towels, a roll of toilet paper and body wash in a dispenser. You need to bring your own slippers, shampoo and dental kit (which is eco friendly as single-use plastic trash is minimized). There's no hot shower and no water kettle. There's a bidet, though (very important). The limitations are okay as the room is very reasonably priced and would be ideal for long-term stays. Location is very good. It's along San Miguel Avenue along the stretch of many other hotels within walking distance to Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Megamall and Podium. It's easy to book Grab and MRT is within walking distance. The area is very quiet and some rooms have a good view of greeneries within the SMC complex. Check-in and check-out was fast. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Housekeeping is available from 9am-5pm, and does the job well. Linens are so fresh. There's no intercom, but front desk has a viber channel which is attended fast. Security is good as elevators require key card access. The area is also relatively more quiet than other areas in Ortigas. Wifi is fast. TV has digital cable, but does not support casting. There's an inverter aircon on each room, so temperature is well controlled. I just find it inconvenient to keep the bathroom floor dry as only half of the shower area has a glass panel. Bathroom may also not be suitable for seniors as there's a wall corner directly in front of the water closet (at least in my room). There's also no flat iron available for rent, so consider bringing your own if needed. Overall, I found my stay very comfortable and I would definitely booking again.…

Stayed while overnighting in Manilla. Basic hotel but clean with a very good shower and comfortable bed. Very good for the price we paid. Good location and easy access to airport and most other sites. We arrived at night and left early the following morning so not sure of the facilities around the hotel.

I stayed for 4 days with my daughter for business. The beds and towels were white and clean. The room was ok. The only thing that inconvenienced us was the absence of drinking glasses. It is a minor thing yet it could have made the guests’ stay more pleasant.

We love it. We love the staff especially all the security guards as they were very polite and accommodating. We felt secure. The rooms are very clean. The shower/bathroom is really good and there is a blow dryer. Well lit rooms. My son says it looks fresh. Perfect location. Check-in and check out is a breeze. Parking is free. Triple lock doors and rooms has a safe. There is also wooden hangers available. We will definitely book again! Thank you!
