The Roof Bar - Noce City View with Crappy Food We ordered Pizza and we end up eating a dough with cheese - sp crap you can just see the cheese breaking from its dough. It wasn't a pizza that is cooked by the Chef. Its a dough with cheese just put on top of it. We didn't finish the pizza as we can't take it longer. Taste so bad. A round of pizza coats P950 excluding tax and service charge. Ordered pinacollada but served with a pinkish cocktail with a rotten pineapple on side. No apologies from staff and as if nothing happened. Also reserved a private room for breakfast - service crew didn't really understand why a private room is reserved. The service crew aren't oriented properly what proper way to serve a Platinum Member of Accor. The hotel seems to upgrade service and food in an Accor standard apparently not how it is expected. …
Booked one of the two bedroom suites which has kitchen facilities so we could cook for part of the stay. The check in was a little busy but handled well and the staff courteous and efficicient. Covid protocols and security here also higher than other hotels we stayed at. For the room The kitchen has oven, hob fridge freezer toaster and rice cooker, china for four, saucepan, frying pan and a couple of pyrex dishes. Also a dishwasher (ours broke down during stay) and a washer tumble dryer. The bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. For both the restaurants lounge and roof would suggest you book and you should also prebook gym and swiming pool slots. Good breakfast buffet. All in all had a good stay and will certainly consider for next visit. One tip, there is a lot of construction around the hotel. So I suspect the only rooms with any real view in a years time would be those facing the Asian development bank. …
Wow. Great staff, great service, lovely hotel. The service here is wonderful, and the hotel has a really warm, friendly atmosphere. Great food, too! The breakfast buffet is really excellent, with all kinds of food to choose from, all high quality. I highly recommend Joy Nostalg for a business trip or a personal getaway.
Always a great experience to stay @ Joy Nostalg, friendly & accomodating staff, clean & spacious rooms even the kitchen with dishwashing machine & even the laundry machine is very nice (just haven’t tried it though). But I think the swimming pool area needs more lighting & improvement especially the kids pool. Overall, it’s still value for money & excellent service
The front desk officer who handled both my check-in and check-out was very helpful, always wearing a smile. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Lineth was very accommodating and entertained all my queries with enthusiasm. Front Office was responsive to our request including one for an HDMI cable.
Situated at the heart of Ortigas CBD, Joy - Nostalg Manila is a great place to relax, unwind and indulge with your loved ones, friends and family. It has easy access to nearby malls such as Galleria, Podium, Megamall & Shangri-la as well as various restaurants within the area. We stayed here on April & July 2022, first trying out a one-bedroom apartment and eventually booking a three-bedroom apartment. Very spacious, with a very luxurious feel. Staff has been very warm and accommodating, and facilities have been great. (Pool is heated so it’s great to swim at night as well.) I like the in-room dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer - very convenient.
This was a really nice hotel. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Different pillows provided. Iron and iron board provided. My room had a fridge and a mini kitchen with microwave. The breakfast was nice with a good range of western and Asian food. The coffee was also an espresso which was welcome. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my staff here and would stay again. It’s close to several large malls and the ADB so lots to do while you are here.
I like Joy Nostalg. What's not to Like? Spacious room, with a delicious breakfast spread, and accommodating staff. I arrived early afternoon for check-in and the parking was full. I was directed to a pay parking lot across the street which cost an arm and a leg and was highly inconvenient since I had to transfer my car in the evening. They did not show World Cup games in the rooms but said that you could watch games in the hotel coffee shop (the tv and the tripod screen were small) and the place closed down at night.
The room itself (one bedroom executive) was solid, clean and very big. The one issue is the super loud and bright construction site. From the side of the hotel I was located on all rooms face the construction site with all windows. The construction was almost 24-7. it was loud, the cranes were close and at night they are illuminated with neon light. I booked many months in advance, so I should have probably been placed on a better room or at least have been told that this is the situation when booking m so I can decide if that works for me. When I brought this to the front desks attention the only comment was that they are so sorry. They are fully booked so they couldn’t provide another room. I hoped to find a hotel I can come back to twice a year. I will not come back to this hotel due to the risk of being placed on that side again and also due to the lack of transparency and care.…
Food is sumptuous staff and crew is very helpful ang accommodating. The ambiance of room is very helpful since i was there for 6 days for a seminar. The fitness area is clean and the staff assigned was courteous and helpful.
