We stayed in March 2022 when the hotel was at full capacity. Suprisingly, everything still worked like a well-oiled machine. We stayed in a 1-bedroom and the space and amenties (full ref, kitchenette, laundry especially) are definitely worth the difference if traveling with kids. Entire unit was immaculately clean, the bathroom fixtures in particular are in excellent condition. Nothing's sadder than a hotel room with a run-down bathroom! Contrary to other comments, we enjoyed their food - we had their breakfast and in-room service. Lots of dining establishments withing walking distance as well. Staff are all alert, courteous, spiffy. Kids loved the pool. Gym also very clean and well-equipped, no stench of stale sweat. As mentioned, they were at full capacity, yet our stay was without a hitch. My one regret was we didn't have time to try their spa which looked like they had great offerings. We had a wonderful time at Citadines Millenial. We highly recommend!…
Very decent and clean room. Staffs very responsive and polite. The “Obento” food in box are delivered in room is served hot and delicious. It was a wonderful stay. I will definitely recommend to any family and friends.
The security personnel were rude. The reservation was for two people. We requested our friend (3rd person) to come up quickly to exchange gifts. Granted that it was the company policy that only two are allowed but it was related to us so rudely. First of all, they wanted our friend to get off the car before allowing us to park. That was 11PM and they wanted her to get off the car at the entrance of a parking lot. Establishments were closed and it was not safe. Second, the head of security raised his voice unnecessarily. Third, when we pointed out that he was raising his voice, he was unapologetic about it. We didn't push through staying there anymore even if the room was already paid for. This was a really bad experience, especially from a hotel! We were treated as if we had ill intentions even if we were transparent about our activities and saying things politely. We hope this is addressed. This will be the last time we are interacting with this hotel. We suggest that you don't go here as well. Note that they don't even allow reviews on their social media account. That says something, too.…
TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATION FOR STAYCATIONERS. TOO STRICT. NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL. 822877844 Bad ratings for Citadines Millennium For staycationers, their holding area is the back door and instead of a receptionist greeting you, the guards will stop you from going inside the building. You are not treated as guests, you are treated like an INTRUDER!! Not a good experience at all. Maski maghatid ka lng ng anything, bawal basta max na ang number of heads in a room inside. You can’t even step inside the building kasi nga the guards won’t allow you. Even if you tell them the room is under your name. (Nasa Camp Crame ba ako???) UNBELIEVABLE. Such a pathetic protocol for a hospitality business! Sana they allow guests to at least come inside the reception area, and speak to a receptionist — NOT WITH THE GUARDS OUTSIDE THE BUILDING!!! We stayed there killing time. And the supposedly happy bonding turned sour. Medyo mkkabadtrip ang treatment. I hope they learn from the 5 stars hotels in the country. THEIR PRIORITY IS THEIR QUARANTINE BOOKINGS! Who would have thought? NEVER AGAIN. DEC 21-22, 2021…
We've stayed in Citadines Millenium Ortigas before, so when I needed a quarantine hotel, I decided to book it. I got a studio room. It is more spacious than a typical hotel room. It also had a full kitchen, with microwave, induction cooktop and a small ref. There is complimentary internet, but the service was erratic. Nobody was allowed to come inside and clean the room, but they replenished supplies as needed. Bed, pillows and sheets were okay. The bathroom is also roomy enough. The water pressure in the shower was okay. One night, there was water dripping from the air conditioner. They immediately sent a repairman (wearing PPE) who was able to fix the issue. Since I was on quarantine, the room rate included 3 meals a day. The first and last few meals were okay. Most of the other meals were bland. There was also too much carbs - one meal consisted of rice, pancit (noodles), and the viand was a few slices of sukiyaki with a lot of noodles. The food was the major source of disappointment during this stay.…
