We arrived in the hotel at around 7am, we don’t have any booking, and we were charged an early check in fee of 2,000 pesos on top of the room rate. We were given a room with one double bed and a single bed, we pushed the beds together as we are sleeping with a child. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Microwave and safe were provided in the room. Shampoo and conditioner are totally useless so just bring your own. There is a 24 hr convenience store down the building, and a 24 hr jollibee right next to the hotel. They don’t do room service (food). Hotel is walking distance to Mall of Asia. Buffet breakfast is simple but okay. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t try it but it seems clean. Walls are thin, I can totally hear everything from outside. If not for the noisy housekeepers talking loudly in the hallway I would rate this 5 star.

We stayed at this hotel in early March, the location is perfect, close to the airport and walking distance to one of the biggest malls in Asia. The staffs are very friendly, especially those at the front desk. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. And the best thing bout this hotel is that it is quite budget-friendly - a lot cheaper than the fancy hotels around the area.

Let me tell you that i wasnt looking forward for quarantine! But this hotel made my quarantine a breeze. I love that the room dnt smell. The room is simple and the smell of the room smell clean and sanitized. The air-conditioning is definitely cold that I have to turn it off. I also liked that there towels is so white and so soft. They provide you all amenities you would need the smell of there shampoo and conditioner and soap smells good not ordinary. Simple but smell fresh. Most of all, the most important is that The staff were all approachable. Hotel 101 staff were so friendly and accommodating from the time I check in to the time I’m in quarantine. I would like to praise nica and Fatima that check me in. The bell man and security guard that was there during my check in was very friendly and helpful with my luggage. The staff Pauline and MAY that provided such an extra ordinary costumer service. Most of all, hotel 101 provides breakfast, lunch and dinner they always includes fruits with your meal. Let me tell you food tasted good it didn’t disappoint me and they provide you good portions amount. In addition, the quality and taste of food is also not bad. The hotel provides you 2 big jug of purified bottles water, you will definitely be well Hydrated during your stay. The room also includes mini fridge and microwave. You can also order in there menu and there prices are reasonable. The staff attitude, food amount provided, the services given by this hotel is definitely worth your money and worth checking out. They also provide transportation from airport to hotel with reasonable price. If you want a great quarantine experience with good price hotel that includes food and friendly staff this will be the hotel for you. They made my quarantine the best experience ever! I will stay here again in the future.

My company booked us room accommodation at Hotel 101 Manila. Room is big enough for a double bed and a single bed.
It’s comforting to know that the hotel is strictly implementing social distancing set by the national government. Social distancing is being observed at the hotel entrance, front desk, lobby, elevators and inside the room. It is also good to know that the hotel security has laser temperature scanner to take the body temperature of all the guests that is entering the hotel premises. I also observed that alcohol and tissue / sanitation area is available everywhere especially in the lobby. Not to mention, Hotel staff are wearing personal protective equipments such mask, gloves and face shield. Its weird at first since its not common for hotel staff to wear such things but I do understand that they’re job is talking to hundreds of customers in a day so wearing those PPEs will not only protect themselves from getting the virus but will also protect me as a guest.
My overall stay is great with little misunderstanding at the start since Hotel 101 at first is not allowing 2 person inside the room. Kudos to their duty manager Allan who explained politely the guidelines and protocols directed by DOH and DOT.

I really had a great stay with this hotel. They really ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned so guests will be comfortable with their stay. Also, staff were very courteous and attentive to my requests. Thankful to everyone who assisted!

It was a good stay! The food was excellent and fantastic staff, great room, excellent wifi and spotlessly clean.
There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about this standard of hotel. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk and also carried my luggage to our room. Highly recommended.

What I like about staying in the hotel is that they are flexible in providing the needs of their guest. I experienced a slow internet connection due to the location of my room but what surprised me is when they bought a Globe Prepaid portable wifi just to address my concern since I am attending online training. The hotel’s customer service representative will never stop finding a way to help solve the concerns raised by their guest until it was solved, just like they did to me. That was highly commendable.

Ms. Anna, who is working on the 2nd floor is very friendly and always smiles. She is hardworking and dedicated to her job. She is super fast in delivering the needed amenities when you asked her.

I always love coming back in this hotel. It’s worth the stay!

I would like to express my utmost gratitude to all the staff that helped and assisted all throughout my stay during my quarantine period. The standard health protocols for each individual is surely met and even exceeded it. The room is regularly sanitized and dissenfected which I really loved the most! I felt I was just having a vacation rather than having myself in quatantine. I will surely be back to check in and have my other family and friends to experience the excellent service of this hotel!

Hotel 101 Pasay, Manila is in a good location with plenty of shopping malls and fast food outlets within walking distance but its way overpriced for the poor quality

The hotel has an uninviting foyer however all of the staff are very friendly and professional.

The hotel itself seems to be slapped together and is made up with a lot of cheap fittings and very dated decor, making it appears that the rooms and hotel and about 50 years old and it fails in so many areas it just simply is not worth staying here

The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable, so are the pillows which are lumpy. 

The air conditioning units are a very cheap nasty addition and are just small and inadequate window fitted units which are noisy and not suitable for the job. The first room that I was in the air conditioning was so noisy they had to move me to another room which they did with no issue, however the air conditioning in all the rooms are noisy and unpleasant.

The rooms are a standard size with a small desk, and they provide dental kits, slippers, tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, and a small bar fridge, and two bottles of free water.

The bathroom has poor lighting, and ridiculously there is no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower has less than average water pressure which i would give a 3 out of 10.

There is a large LCD TV with a good selection of English channels, however on my evening of the 2nd night i was there all of the TV stations lost signal throughout the hotel which continued throughout the majority of the next day.

Thise hotel is in a good location, the staff are very polite, but the hotel was cheaply put together to save money and doesn't have much in the way of positive things to say about it and it is not worth the money. There are plenty of other better options in the area. 

I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel101 is a great deal especially if you are looking for a hotel near attractions. Mall of asia is just 10minutes away and there are a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance.
The lobby is minimalist and staff were all nice and accommodating.
Rooms are spacious enough for 3 person and bathrobes are provided in each bathroom.
There is a swimming pool where you can relax and you will be welcomed by the most sincere pool attendants.
They serve breakfast from 6am to 10am, although the variety could be improved, taste is likable and worth it. There is not much of a variety but syaff at the restaurany were all accommdoating.
The lobby guards, bellmans and front desk were all nice. Beds are comfortable enough.
There are no function rooms in the hotel tho but it is perfect if you are looking for a weekend staycation
Overall, i will definetely reccommend this hotel to my family and friends.
