Detailed Reviews
The staff that I met was kind and helpful and the balcony view of the mall of asia was wonderful to watch the fireworks but the room itself was damp and had some mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. could have used an exterminator for the bugs that came out at dark. kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Our stay was wonderful due to room in the 12th. floor and has balcony that open on the mall of Asia. In the room you feel like in your home with free wifi. No housekeeper or someone make up your room, you've to arrange everything by yourself and you may put the thrush outside the room and there's a guy who take care of that. Everything in there like washing machine, TV, cooking stuff, oven ... etc.
I loved it and enjoy it .

Stayed here for 3 days, The apartment is a short walk to the Mall of Asia, apartment consists of small bedroom, living area, small kitchen area and bathroom. In the bathroom is also a washing machine. Which is a great bonus!
There are plenty of stores and restaurants to be found on the ground floor exterior of the condo units.
Also a taxi rank outside so always taxi available.

I booked this room because it was close to Mall of Asia for shopping and eating and also not too far from the airport. When I came to check in, I had to wait at leas an hour until the person managing the room can be contacted. 1st, they had one trolley for the entire building so I had to have 3 other ppl to help me with my 6 luggages. When we got to the room, the gal who manages the maintenance of the room had someone with her gave us a piece of thin (Plane thin) blanket and made sure the WiFi password was working then left. The room is good for 4 people and she only gave us one extra blanket?! There was also a pull out bed..... literally a mattress that you pull off the floor underneath the main bed. No sheets were given for it and I had brown stains. The couch/day bed had a divot in the middle so it was uncomfortable. The pillows also had brown stains and was just covered up by the pillow cases. There were also only two pillows to be shared. Luckily it was just the two of us but the room is good for 4 and there are only two pillows?! The wall by the main bed was moldy and had cracks with paint coming off. The cooking ware provided were rusty and one pan didn’t even have a handle. The dish soap was watered down. The washing machine in the bathroom was unplugged and had standing water in the middle of the bathroom. The shower curtain also has black stains on it. We were not given any house rules so I was surprised when I got a knock on my door about a bill for hanging a pair of pants on the balcony. I was fined 500 pesos. I refused to sign the fine and was told to go to administration to appeal it. Which I did, but they were not waiving anything so I had to pay it anyway. I didn’t feel like I should pay since I was not given the house rules. Which I later find on the back of the front door of the room. It’s also interesting that giving me the fine was faster than my actual check in time. I’m sure other units are better off as each unit has their own person maintaining it. This unit, however, 635F, was awful!!!!!! If I could only check out a room and able to pick, I could stay here again if I was able to check out the room first. But I can’t so I don’t want to risk staying here again and having an experience like that. I would give this hotel a negative review if only it was allowed. I had pictures but I lost it as I lost my phone.

Stayed for 3 days in Homebound at Sea Residences, serviced apartments, staying in a Deluxe room.
Room was basically a condo unit with basic but functioning accommodation. The view from the room was of other apartments, and a partial bay view.
Facilities in Deluxe room which costs around 2500php per night (booked through an online booking agent) includes, basic cooking facilities, flat screen cable tv with a good selection of channels, washing machine which was an unexpected bonus!
Bed was comfortable but you are only provided with a sheet, so can be cold at night.
The unit collects a deposit of 3000php upon check in.
The condo tell is a few minutes walk from the Mall of Asia, and quite close to the airport usually around 15 - 30 minutes depending upon time of day and traffic conditions.
The units have excellent swimming pools and for kids a play area, available to guests, just outside the units are a range of stores and restaurants, many open 24 hrs.
The free Wifi is good,

Good location near mall of Asia , nice big pool, clean toilet snd shower , it's not a regular hotel so there is no reception as such to check in , someone will be meeting you at the lobby which in my case the person in charge to meet us is late , lucky I bought a SIM card at the airport and able to contact her , we book 2 room but the family got separated building accomodation , there are about I think 6 big buildings , the paper work of the accomodation is not prepared when we arrive , so I have to run around with the lady that meet us from building to building , one room got microwave and the other don't have , we ask for microwave , they said ok but it never arrive , room is standard got kitchen facilities but they also have open sauces (variety of them) in the cup board , must be from previous guest that left their sauces when they check out , not a 4 star status , not even close , I would rate them 2 star , good for budget traveler , we have to buy our own comforter and pillow , the living room throw pillow is stained , the system of the the management is very poor , in asking s simple extra towel takes a day to arrive do we bought our own at MOA , the best attraction is the pool
