It doesn’t even deserve a single star but cannot proceed with the review without it. The room I was assigned was the stuff of nightmare !! No less than the size of a prison cell, no window and very poor WiFi connection and I’m paying for the privilege. If a fire break out at my front door then I’ll have no way of getting out - no table provided that I was forced to eat on my bed, nowhere to hang any clothes whatsoever either. Cleanliness? I will post a photo of my only view which is the ceiling fan covered with so many years of dirt and dust. The sliding door keeps getting stuck and so difficult to use that my fingers are now bruised as it keeps getting pinched between the door and the frame. Quarantine prohibits us from buying food outside and yet almost always they hardly stock up or ran out of most drinks or food. The only redeeming value are the wonderful staffs that try their best but wonderful will never equate to a decent basic stay commensurate to what they charged me. My room was part of a lobby on each floor sequestered and turned into a room by the greedy Filipino hotel operator that undermines health and safety of their clients. I booked this room through Agoda who should also be responsible in checking if the hotel passed the basic standard of health and safety as well as cleanliness. So if you value your health then look somewhere else.

The room is too small and paid 2000 pesos for a pax of 4 plus a 350 additional because we are a family of 5. I called the reception to remind them for extra linen and towel but no one came. I tried to arrange our transport from the hotel to the airport which is terminal 3(P300) & 1 (P250) the lady asked the guard and the driver if they can do it and the driver said I have to hire 2 cars since we have different flight schedule. I decided to pay only for terminal 3 which cost me P300 and the lady didn't give me any receipt and I'm pretty sure the guard and the driver seen it. We have to leave early the next day but they are all hesitant to drop us off including the driver that we spoke to the day before because the new receptionist said there's no money that was endorsed. I suggested that they should review their cctv but unfortunately no one's there knows how to operate it,but they still managed to drop us off. What they did next is that they didn't gave back to my Mum the key deposit which is (P500) because according to them she didn't have the claim stab and I didn't paid for the van who drop us off. WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE. UNORGANIZED. I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE AND NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

I arrived at the airport at about midnight and took a cab to the Stone house for about 130 pesos. Cab back to terminal 3 was 90 pesos the next day. I paid 500 pesos for the room and checked out at 6am. I didn't sleep well as I stayed in a full double bed dormitory with many snoring. It was still worth it to get some sleep.

The hotel is good and affordable considering the price and its location. We booked this hotel for the convenience of not going home wet from Hydro Manila. They have a parling for my motorcycle and some space for 2-3 cars in front of the hotel. They have a nice lobby and elevator. Room is okay although it's not that big. They have free amenities such as towels and toiletries. They also have available foods for room service but not available for room charge so you have to pay as soon as it is delivered. Its just few minutes away from MOA. If you are planning to go there by taxi or grab, it's better to take a 5-8 mins walk accross the footbridge rather than to ride a cab in front of the hotel and have a U-turn in Magallanes. The staffs in the frontdesk are not so friendly and welcoming. It took my friend to check in late as they have handled another check in for almost 30 mins. It seems like they have no system where they can identify which room number a particular guest is in. I booked the room but have to come late and my friends came in first. They left the key on the lobby and give instruction to give me the key once I arrive. When I arrived, I gave my id and ask for the key. They ask me to call my friend for them to talk to her. They should have had a record about the room under a certain name. Finally, after insisting that the booking is under my name, they give me the key of our room. I hope they should do better in keeping their guests record to prevent this experience from happening again moving forward. Our booking includes breakfast, don't expect too much, since the room rate is affordable you can't expect a buffet. Yes it's plated. It is not that bad though. The restaurant staff are not that nice as well. They didn't explained us about the breakfast (considering it's not indicated when we booked online) they just asked us whether we like tocino or longganisa. We have to ask for coffee (brewed but seemed like a black colored hot water) and tea. The housekeeping is quick and delivered our extra blanket request immediately. Good job! Overall, we have a great time considering we are all together. Will still book this hotel if we have a chance or we need to. Just hope to see improvements on the staff.

The hotel is just 3.5km from the airport and is conveniently access by grab taxis. Although if you are traveling with private car just ensure that you call the receptionist to arrange a parking for you. The hotel itself has a very small parking space. The rooms are clean and the facilities are just basic. There is an internet connection but in some rooms especially on the third floor the signal is very weak. Down the lobby, the receptionist are friendly. There is also a small restaurant where you can order food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Over all the hotel is a budget hotel with good service.

i feel good and comfortable although limited space but for backpackers it is nice and okey. I was highly recommended the place because it is near in all places you want to go; at the mall even in baclaran and divisoria. The price is affordable and the host is accommodating.

We stayed here upon our arrival into Manila from Australia. The reason for the booking was that our flight arrived 11pm and this was quite close to the airport (approx 2- 3 km) and we had flight early morning 2 days later. The hotel has a 24 hour reception, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms whilst not big were clean and adequate size for us. The hotel is located roughly opposite 5 star Terminal with attached Courtyard hostel/hostel next door and has a few shops around within walking distance. McDonald's and Jollibee not too far, and Baclaran Church also not that far from it. There is a restaurant attached which has room service till midnight. Generally they were great, although odd communication breakdown. There is a professional massage service available and after a long flight this was much relief for both of us and staff member (Nita I think her name was) does a great job. One of the security guards, Fernando was also pleasant and excellent with great advice and tips. The hotel offer transport services at good price which we took to intramuros, Mall of Asia, Airport etc. It's not luxurious but we enjoyed our initial stay so much as it was clean, pleasant and at a great price that were randomly decided to go back again and spend our last 2 nights in Manila and indeed Philippines back there again as it was safe, comfortable and easy for our needs. And they gave us the same room again on 3rd floor which had great WifI

The hotel is not the cheapest around but for the price is not worth it. Wifi is only available at lobby, TV at room is not connected, not even for local TV. The room is very cramp and small. The surrounding area is a bit not too good environment.

I stayed in Stone House Pasay for 3nights. The price is not so expensive and you will really enjoy because the location is accessible to SM MOA, BACLARAN CHURCH, and to airport as well. It’s easy to go and buy something you want because all you need is just a walking distance.
