Came to Manila for three days to attend a concert and shop for things we could not get on another island. This is a small property facing a very narrow street. We booked a room on line for P1500 per night so we did not expect much. We were surprised with the cleanliness of the property and professionalism of the staff. There is a small resturants in the lobby, we used it for breakfast as that was included in the price, the breakfast was very good and better than some of the higher priced hotels I have stayed in in Manila. The rooms are small, but spotless. One side of the bed is pushed up against a wall, with a narrow walk on the other. The bed has only a foam mattress and a single fleece blanket for cover, we did request a cover sheet and the staff was happy to provide.

We stayed here for 3 nights because it's near to to the LRT and it's only a 20 mins drive to the airport by car. The staff are helpful especially the security guard. Kudos to him! I will stay here again if I return to Pasay.

The rates are very affordable. You can stay here if you have an early morning international flight the next day. It's near NAIA airport. You can ride an uber or grabcar to and from the airport for more or less 100 pesos. You can also request the Starlight receptionist to have their car take you to the airport (if you need to leave really early in the morning, it might be difficult to find a taxi). The staff were very courteous and friendly, excellent service! They even carry our bags to our room. There's free bottled water in the room. Sometimes it's a bit noisy at night because there is a ktv downstairs but overall I would say that we got value for money during our stay. They also serve food downstairs.

This is a decent place if you're just staying 1 night in Manila. The rooms are very small and the lift is ancient, but it's super clean and has air con. I was on the 5th floor and had a balcony with (some) views over to the central business district. The breakfast was adequate and included, but nothing fancy. For the price, I would place it as average. The B&B is located just off a busy street right in the middle of Pasay district. There are many Filipino restaurants and street food in close proximity. There is a metro station just at the end of the busy street (less than 5 mins walk). There is also a busy wet market about 1 block away, and SM Mall of Asia is only a few minutes away by jeepney. So it's a good location if you want to see the more colourful side of Manila. The
