From the booking reservations to check out experience, everything went smoothly. Peter and another lady from the reception were kind enough to pencil book a double room for me the last minute and Peter even gave me a discount though I know they are already almost fully booked. The double room is perfect for couples or two people who just needed a place to sleep for the night while in Pasay City. The place is just walking distance to a shopping place called Cartimar (like Greenhills) and also near to the SM Mall of Asia. The rate even includes breakfast for two! Check in time was 2 pm but we arrived as early as 12 nn and we were accommodated right away. They don't require a security deposit. Stayed for a night with my wife because we had a Christmas party at their function room (which is also a good place to spend group events as well). Located in a pretty crowded area in Pasay but surprisingly, the place was really nice, clean and all staffs are very hospitable! The woman who welcomed us (whom I believe to also be one of the owners) is very hands on into serving us. Room was nice, cool and clean with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and all linens including the towels feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was a blast and is no doubt the highlight of the stay! Would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends!

The staff is really really nice and helpful! We arrived late and the lady at the check-in helped us finding a place to eat and everything else we needed. The room was clean and nice, although smal. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good!

i have been staying there with my partner for 3 nights. Hotel is good, looks new. It was our first time we traveled there, and i was a bit disappointed with place: after clean street (Roxas Boulevard) our taxi turned on the dark streets, which looked dirty. But when we arrived - fears were in vain. We stood in delux room and everything was good: tv, wife, soft bed, aircon and hot water. On the roof floor there is special sitting place, so u can breath fresh air, read or do small view around the city =) Staff is kind and ready to help you, Especially i liked kitchen on the ground floor. Don't be shy to ask food you like to eat, because even they don't have it in menu they can prepare it for you. Special thanks to cookers for yummy and delicious dished they prepared.

Had good AC and it was comfy. The room was a bit small but I didn't think much about it. Breakfast was good. I had rice (it was starshaped) and some egg and hot chocolate. I went to the rooftop and the view was really nice toward the city.
