This is a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Basic amenities provided, but no hot or cold shower (which is very basic to me). Near to Mall of Asia, City of Dreams, PICC, star city and NAIA airport. Staffs are nice and allowed us to check-in early. Wifi available in the lobby. Not too many restaurant nearby, but since it is near to shopping malls, you can go and eat there before going back to the hotel.

The hotel is really good! We were upgraded to the AC room. It was a long day for our team and we wanted to rest but as we were just starting to settle in our room one of the front desk officers knocked and confronted us. We reserved a room for 3 pax for 2 nights and what was given to us was good for 5 pax. First night only 2 pax stayed in the room and 2nd night we were 3. The staff made it a big deal considering that we paid good for 3 pax for 2 nights, he started raising his voice and argued with us which is very unbecoming of a hotel staff. Hotel staff should learn proper manners in dealing with their guests. What goes with the budget rates are poor customer service, limited parking space, pillow case with hair strands (good thing I had my own pillow and blanket).

spent 5 days here since it's only 5 minutes from World Trade Center in Pasay which is the venue of Worldbex 2017. We stayed in one small room, considering the location and the price, i'd say it's a good deal.

Metro Deluxe has very accommodating staff, their services are customized and personalized according to the needs, wants and request of their clients. Even though, our group has made a lot of revisions, the management of Mettro Deluxe adjusted to us and made it possible for our group to have a comfortable stay. They even helped us arranged for the food and the transporation needs of the group. The manager has been very accommodating for all our requests and it made us feel secure that the group will have a good stay in this hotel. Thank you so much Metro Deluxe!

it's located in a poorly lit backstreet, surrounded by abandoned carts and cars with flat tires. Nearby establishments cater mainly to transient guests or bedspacers. Consequently, lots of shady figures on the street in evening and night time. The motel itself is located in Metro, that's true. But it is nowhere near Deluxe and definitely not a Residence. First we were encouraged by seeing the sign for the motel on a new building that had nice gates, windows, warm paint and gave a homey impression. Unfortunately, that is the long-term-rental part. The rooms that are available through booking engines are located just across the street in a smelly dump that we discarded on previous sight as a building site. However, the guard directed us there to check in. The "front desk" is the chair of the security guard. It took him a while to find our booking because it is not computerized, somebody only jots the bookings into his logbook in handwriting. The room itself sparse, aircon noisy but working, wifi quiet but not working. The hallway poorly lit, dirty white walls and definitely not a hotel as the price and the name suggested but more likely a place of last resort.…

Trip Advisor said they have kitchenette which we know would allow for us to cook meals. We planned for it but when we go there we found out we cannot. Manager was not helpful, whoever talked to the manager overnthe phone lacks customer service... We tried to call travel book to verify but we cannot reach their local number... Metro Deluxe just lost a would be repeat customer...

Good only for overnight stay.. there was no water available if u take a bath or use the cr from 6:30-8:30am...no available cabinets and dresser...staff are not service oriented...we attended a national convention with my colleagues for about 4 dys of which the venue was near to this lodging house...it was only walking distance to the phil trade training center...

I am writing on behalf of other guests that have been inconvenienced by the guard who seems to have lack interest about his job. Guard on duty (in 42 metro deluxe) was not so accommodating to guest's requests. One guest from 35 Metro Deluxe went down from the other building to inform him that there was no water in the dispenser but did not bother to assist the lady at all. Another guest approached him to request replacement of blanket but was hesitant and told the guest that the laundry shop is already closed. He's kinda rude when talking to guests. Where's the customer service??? Me, being in the hospitality industry for quite some time, guests do not deserve that kind of treatment. To the management, just a suggestion.. choose the right person for the job. You might lose a lot of guests because of his attitude.…
