I booked in this hotel saw the images on the websites. I arrived around 1 am and my room was not ready so I waited 1 hour at the reception when I got into the room I saw the shower break and the dirty sheets and cockroaches on the floor I will not return to this hotel

Stayed for 1 night on the way out. Wanted somewhere close to the airport and as I was just planning to sleep cost was more important than Quality. The room was good, spacious, included a good airconditioner , fridge and toiletries. Was disappointed there was no kettle. Wifi was slow. Tv was good reception with a wide range of channels. Staff were ok, checkin and checkout no hassle. They have room service but I did nt avail. The area is seedy and run down but Mall of Asia is close if you want to visit there. There are some fast food outlets in easy walking distance and the location is fairly good for getting around Manila.

I am dead tired because of traffic congestion and need to take some rest after a long flight with my family. I need to find a hotel to stay for the time being. After dinner we need to check in but apparently the first hotel we went in has no family room available so we need to look for another hotel and found Winston Hotel just near the airport and beside a bus terminal. We were so greatful for the hotel staff for their service and they are very friendly. Kudos to your friendly and very accomodating staff namely Jaypee for he is very helpful to carry our luggage and some stuff. The family room we check in was really nice and clean and everything was perfect easy to catch sleep and take a rest. Even the food was delicious and affordable. I will definitely recommend this Winston Hotel to my friends and relatives. I highly commended thier sevice and staff for being accomodative with fast service guaranteed. Came here about 5am and since this was near the bus terminal, we decided to stay here instead of going somewhere far. The staff in the morning was nice and very accomodating. Room is just average. It does have the basic amenities but of course you get what you pay for. Location is also fine as it is near to most eateries. HOWEVER, on my departure day I decided to go and just get something printed out and I believe this guy is the bell captain based on the nametag. Jaypee his name? I’m not too sure and he was incredibily rude as he was just giving a sour face and speaking to his colleague in tagalog asking to get some money from me as I am wasting the ink. It was a blessing that I do understand tagalog but the supervisor who was printing it was very helpful and friendly. I would not mind paying for it if you knew how to ask nicely! I guess not everyone practises basic customer service but in my humble opinion it should be especially if you are working as front liners in any property you work for, from 5 star hotels to budget. Nice newly renovated and big room. We love the room we stayed for five days together with my family before going to canada. Food is exceptional very delicious local and international cuisine. Staff is very accomodating and very friendly, very good service. Very important is close to NAIA Airport local and international. Thank you WINSTON HOTEL Family for taking care us. Me and my son had quick trip to the city and we needed a place to stay wherein it's near every transport medium there could be. WINSTON was a surprise because aside from the clean room and friendly people, the foods are remarkably to die and come back for. It suit my picky kid's taste buds. Super great! It's a must_try. And the location is a comfort, it's near every access points.

Room is commendable very cleaned and spacious all the more the foods.. Coming back for their caldereta and fried chicken and the array of their pancits.. Good service friendly staffs.. Most of all few steps away from provincial busses going to bicol, ilocos and visayas.. Very near to naia terminal.. Good for ofw like me.. Thanks winston hotel for the warm welcome.. It happened last August 2 when at around 2:30AM someone from reception called and disturbed us from Sleeping asking for a blower that was in the room and told someone will come and get it and so we’ve just waited for that SOMEONE and did not go to sleep yet for I dont want to be disturb again from sleeping but to much more dismay NO ONE CAME and when I called them again asking if they will still get the F*cking BLOWER they said that they wont anymore WITHOUT INFORMING US and the receptionist wasn’t even apologetic for disturbing and making us wait. Take note that was 2:30AM. I still had few bad encounter with them during that stay but wont tell it one by one. I just hope that even they were just 3 Star Hotel they will still think their customer’s comfort and not just a place to stay on. For my opinion this is not really recommendable place. Will never go back to this place if given a chance.…

My second home stayed again here because of the budget price new stylish room, cleanliness, good location well trained staff which is comparable to a many star hotel in manila and yet very affordable flat screen tv, fast wifi no encountered problem during my stay like what other mentioned here, no one is perfect in the hotel. if your looking for budget price hotel in manila pasay this is the best choice for travelers meetings or stop over this is the place for you. if you expensive one and very high class this not the right place for you. thanks to the manager and staff for taking care of me during my stay i will come back again..food is great too many servings

Clean and big room good for family of 8 persons. Near provincial bus terminal going to bicol, baguio, vigan,laoag and even visayas area. Near to naia terminal 1,2,3 and 4. 24 hours security. Ask for renovated rooms if you want new room. Nice staffs and very delicious foods. Thank you WINSTON HOTEL for good service.
