Stayed for 1 night on the way out. Wanted somewhere close to the airport and as I was just planning to sleep cost was more important than Quality.

The room was good, spacious, included a good airconditioner , fridge and toiletries. Was disappointed there was no kettle. Wifi was slow. Tv was good reception with a wide range of channels.

Staff were ok, checkin and checkout no hassle. They have room service but I did nt avail.

The area is seedy and run down but Mall of Asia is close if you want to visit there. There are some fast food outlets in easy walking distance and the location is fairly good for getting around Manila.

Came here about 5am and since this was near the bus terminal, we decided to stay here instead of going somewhere far. The staff in the morning was nice and very accomodating.
Room is just average. It does have the basic amenities but of course you get what you pay for. Location is also fine as it is near to most eateries.
HOWEVER, on my departure day I decided to go and just get something printed out and I believe this guy is the bell captain based on the nametag. Jaypee his name? I’m not too sure and he was incredibily rude as he was just giving a sour face and speaking to his colleague in tagalog asking to get some money from me as I am wasting the ink. It was a blessing that I do understand tagalog but the supervisor who was printing it was very helpful and friendly. I would not mind paying for it if you knew how to ask nicely! I guess not everyone practises basic customer service but in my humble opinion it should be especially if you are working as front liners in any property you work for, from 5 star hotels to budget.
Anyways, kudos to the rest of the team who were very accomodating and friendly!

We decided to book here since this is one of the budget hotels near the event that we were attending to the next day. We just need a room where we can sleep and dress up. Looking at their page it looks decent and nice. Before coming here we called several times to confirm if they have a hair dryer, the operator confirmed that they do. When we got there we ask again if there’s hair dryer and they told us yes but it is for request, hence we requested for one but they told us there’s no available hair dryer at the moment and that they’ll bring one if they get a hold of one. We have requested multiple times throughout our stay but to no avail I didn’t get to use hair dryer so I have to get up really early to air dry my hair before ironing it. Additionally, when we came in the room, it reeks cigarette. The bed is really hard and the blankets and towels have stains in it. Worst thing is the toilet is clogged!!!! The only pros staying here aside from its cheap is that their ac is really cold.

I am dead tired because of traffic congestion and need to take some rest after a long flight with my family. I need to find a hotel to stay for the time being. After dinner we need to check in but apparently the first hotel we went in has no family room available so we need to look for another hotel and found Winston Hotel just near the airport and beside a bus terminal. We were so greatful for the hotel staff for their service and they are very friendly. Kudos to your friendly and very accomodating staff namely Jaypee for he is very helpful to carry our luggage and some stuff. The family room we check in was really nice and clean and everything was perfect easy to catch sleep and take a rest. Even the food was delicious and affordable.

I will definitely recommend this Winston Hotel to my friends and relatives. I highly commended thier sevice and staff for being accomodative with fast service guaranteed. Thank you Winston hotel for great service in affordable price.

Warning, this is a sex hotel. You can rent the room for "5 solid hours" if you wish. Wasn't aware of this as no reviews had mentioned this. There is also free porn on the TV with a remote covered in plastic....close to mall of Asia and airport however there are plenty of other hotels close aswell which we would have preferred to book.Warning!

Initially I thought this hotel is a cheap kind and only for those who want to do short time (if you know what I mean). Out of desperation bec. our preferred hotel has no available room for us, my husband and I tried this hotel during one of our trips and we were not disappointed. not only it was within our budget, the staff were so helpful, the hotel was fairly clean and they have room service in case you do not want to go out anymore to dine. they have the basic amenities like a/c room with own T&B, flat screen tv, telephone for local use, and wifi. they also have car service if you need to go some place like airports and malls at affordable price. i gathered from one of their staff that the owner inspects the rooms by himself to make it sure that they are well maintained. this is a sure winner type hotel for us who just need a good night rest and to shower for your next day's travel and adventure.

We tried this hotel this time because we were so disappointed in the nearby hotel we stayed last February. We were looking for a place to stay on one night for our flight the next day and this hotel is close to the airport. I thought this was some kind of hotel for a "short time pleasure" but my husband and i were pleased when we enter the room, the toilet is clean, room and bed are big enough for 2. There was no problem checking in even we arrived in the morning. Everything was fast. I would say they are reliable because they made a "wake up" call for us for our flight schedule the next morning. We would go back to this hotel once we need a place to stay in Manila.
