The entrance in the hotel is spacious, the staffs were friendly and accommodating and the room is cozy and clean. It’s a nice & relaxing experience. Im truly come back for sure for my next trip in Manila.
We found the staff courteous and professional. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities were perfect for us. Great location close to the airport and all transportation. I will recommend Kabayan Hotel to all my friends.
Stayed for 2 nights with my brother. Booked for twin beds, and got a room with two beds joined together.I was been told that the size of the rooms I received and room I initially booked for are just the same ( just only the type of beds are different).No one responding to the calls.My brother had to go down to the reception for specific requests. Loud hammering noise on the walls at 8 AM (I think there was some works going on at one of the neighboring rooms),and I recorded it.Make-up room sign was left throughout the day and no housekeeping service was provided (throughout our stay).I spoke to the Front Office Manager Katrina and the complaint wasn't handled very well. It's ridiculous being asked to change my room because of the noise.But that solution doesn't even make sense for someone who is only staying for 2 nights. I was not bothered to do that at all as I had other important appointments to attend to during my stay. I only asked them a small favor to kindly stop the construction works till we leave for check-out. I wonder if I was the only guest who complained about that noise.Points they should consider: 1. They should have not put any guests in a particular floor especially if they are aware about this construction works.This saves the hotel from receiving complaints. Why dealing in noise complaints where in fact you could've avoided it in the first place. 2. Guest should be informed upon check-in if what they should expect during the stay.Be more precise in reiterating the booking details during check-in process. 3.Housekeeping is lack of coordination.The other neighboring rooms next to us were left open (probably for cleaning),but I am surprised no one even noticed the make-up room sign I left in front of our door. 4. TV has no signal. Had to call multiple times for assistance to have it fixed. 5. Staffs are friendly though the only downside is the slow service. I understand no one is picking up the calls multiple times but they should do something about this. 6. When Front Office Manager told me they will be asking the Housekeeping team to check the works going on (at 10:30 AM),and asked them to stop, I am surprised that hammering noise was still on going at 15:30 H when I got back to the room. 7. The room is nice,and ideal for a short stay/business trip purposes. But they just need to consider in putting some chairs inside.…
Elevator and hallway were hot and smell paint at elevator. Hot water maintenance and drainage at room shower must be maintain well all the time. Suggestion:add money changer and Gcash send and claim at the hotel
Actually it's our first to be a guest at the hotel and it's a short stay. For us travelers it's very convenient for us since it's closer to the airport. Probably next visit we will stay longer to earn more experience surrounding Pasay and at the hotel.
Please make sure to update your website if you are still only accepting Quarantine Guests and to add more information. I booked for my guest to stay in Kabayan since the location is very convenient but upon arrival she was informed that it’s only accepting quarantine guests (No indication/note on booking confirmation sent to my email). This should be informed upon booking and during inquiry (I called before booking online). The staff seemed to be used to guests arriving and just learning that the Hotel is only accepting quarantine guests. Just imagine if the arriving guest doesn’t have extra cash to stay in a different hotel since their booking was pre-paid. Staff were helpful with the recommendation of another hotel and the refund process was smooth. 👍
2nights 2days stay in this hotel. Too much problem from network signal inside the room. As in no signal. Also cant accept guest. 5k not good to pay for. For a single person only. On the other side Room was pleasant and the staff are accommodating. Foods are good also.
It was good , to stay in kabayan hotel the staff is so accommodating and friendly ☺️I recommend to stay there also from the hotel it’s easier to get the rides wherever you want to go, especially when you’re going to the north the bus terminal is nearby too
Been a frequent Kabayan visitor, overall Its has always been a pleasant stay.The Hotel looks freshly built and is still going on to the rest of the floors.Breakfast is ok toilet and shower room is a plus.
hi, the Room is very nice and CR is also nice, the food in the restaurant well done, the services of the restaurant crews were so good, the receptionist entertained me well. the receiving area is quite spaces.. recommendation: please add more chairs in the receiving and waiting area. Thanks. richard
