Servers at Salo is not attentive and we don't feel the hospitality in their service. The room is clean, unlike what i read about the reviews online, the AC is not that cold but its fine. The staff by the entrance is all good. Overall experience are the best except for the servers in Salo, they are beyond disappointment.

Two days prior to my international flight, I chose to stay at this hotel, and I must say, they truly impressed me with their service. Printing and Laundry services are offered, they offer all of these at an extremely budget-friendly rate. I also used their weighing scale, hair dryer, you just have to ask the Frondesk. Staffs are indeed, friendly. I can't confirm their star rating, but I can confidently affirm that their service quality is on par with a five-star establishment. Trust, I have worked with one. Thank you for providing me with an affordable yet top-notch accommodation option – it's made my pre-flight experience even more comfortable!

Super bad experience i try many times to call we need extra pillow they said 50 pesos per pillow so its ok to deal with that.they keep waiting they never give us the pillow i call 5 times they said we diliver into ur room nut until we check out they never give the pillow.

The hotel offered airport drop off during check in. However when I tried to book, the service was not avilable. Thats fine, Then I asked security to get me taxi since i could not book one though Grab. Found one, charged double price, thats fine too becuse traffic was bad and I need to be at the airport. Then when i got into the taxi some street thug came at me asking money he claimed that he helped to get taxi. I refused and he harrassed me. The hotel security did not do anything about it. Finally the taxi driver told the boy to leave Kabayan hotel itself was not bad but the surrounding area is dangerous, bad traffic, i think better to avoid staying in the area.

The premise is clean, rooms are great. The staff and crew are very polite and accomodating. The location is great for those who want to be near MOA and any other tourist spots near Pasay or Manila. Its also near an MRT Station.

we love our experience here at Hotel, love the service, but my only concern is that we did not receive our claim stab upon check in and we thought our beddings are automatically being changed everyday, we had to request it actually. all I can say is we had a great experience here at the hotel, all equipments are working just fine.. I check in Sept 5. . Staff is nice and food is also good . They have clean surroundings but our rooms is old, hot shower not fix, clog wash basin, lights to dim, no electric kettle and coffee . They should check inside the room or fix everything.

The pillows and bed are very comfortable, with the exception of the blanket, which is just a thin sheet of cloth. I was heavily bothered by the amount of tiny roaches that I didn't sleep well as they were crawling on and around me. Had to wake up hourly just to check and got so anxious it may enter my ears, mouth or nose. Check in and out should improve, queue gets worse than naia airport
