The front desk staffs you have are well trained. It was a busy lobby, all are lined and waiting for their turn to checked out. Ms Ace Santos (yes a girl with a nice smile. I was amazed by her name later on found out it was her nickname cool!) she was patiently waiting for the housekeeper’s feedback for the minibar items i consumed. Out of nowhere, a chinese guest went thru the desk and handed over their keycards cutting the lines. Very unprofessional. She informed the guest to fall in line first but I don’t think they understand what she said and kept on pointing out his keycards. Mr Montano who is also assisting a guest take the keycards and handed it over to the guest and point out the line. The chinese guys looked back and understand and waited at the back.

I also raised my concern regarding the taxi who ripped me off travelling from the airport going to the hotel. Ms Ace apologised which clearly isn’t her fault offered hotel transportation but the price is too much. she then suggested another transpo which she reminded me to download next time is actually similar to uber, for the next time I’ll travel here to avoid rippers like that. She booked one for me, the price is cheap and wrote the informations of the driver and the car on a small piece of paper in which she also handed over to one of the concierge staffs whom gave the paper to the security. The safety of the guests is very important to them they are well trained to keep you accommodated and make sure you are safe going in and leaving the hotel.

The lobby is great, receptionist at the restaurant is also good. There is a lot of selection at the breakfast buffet. My suggestion for the rooms is to be renovated bath tub takes time to be drained. Shower temp isn’t consistent. You need to renovate because if you don’t your guests will fade as fast as you do but with a service like your staffs, I will surely come back. Great Job Heritage!

We stayed at Heritage during my bday week. As usual we have a very memorable stay and we felt at home here. Although the hotel is quite old and needs a make over, it still has its appeal - primarily its location and the staff.
The front desk, Miguel, was very helpful during check-in. Although we were not able to get our preferred room facing the pool but we got a 7th floor which was also ok.
I want to commend the pool attendant, Danny, as he was accommodating and very responsible. He immediately informed us not to use the 3rd floor staircase going to the pool as it is closed for the meantime and to use the entrance via the restaurant. He also made sure to provide us with towels to dry ourselves before returning to our room. We love the pool at heritage and we always feel safe here mainly due to the lifeguards/pool attendants like him. 👍
I also want to mention the house keeping staff, Jasmin, although she only helped us clean our room for a day as she was originally from 3rd floor (i asked her 😊), she was always smiling and help us with our requests.
Also, Heritage greeted me on my exact bday and gave me a complimentary cake. How sweet! Its definitely a nice gestures coming from them. We will definitely come back as i already made several bookings for this year. 😊

Upon arriving at the hotel,we receive a warm welcome by the staffs. As for everyone's safety, our luggages we're sanitized and our temperature was checked upon entering . The process for checking in was fast, we we're informed about their safety protocols and was guided accordingly to our rooms.

I was amazed by the room, its spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean. They provided electric kettle and flat iron which we needed the most since we are on quarantine. The internet was fast also that gives us joy the most.

For the staffs, everyone was being helpful especially to kuya Joerick, Josh and Rodel. Kudos to these people for giving me extra hand for my needs. 😊😊

We stayed overnight for a family staycation prior to our flight back indonesia. Hotel rooms are generally spacious and well equipped. Although facilities and amenities are really old and needed updating. But what we really liked is the food which was really tasty and well priced. The location was also the primary reason why we booked this hotel, 5 mins away from moa and 15 mins away from airport.. generally, we enjoyed our stay and for the price we paid, it was worth it..

Chose this hotel for a 1 night stop over in Manila since they had a cheaper rate than my regular place in Makati. Unfortunately my arrival day was the day that the Taal volcano decided to erupt and flights in and out of NAIA got suspended for a time so I arrived way behind schedule around 1am so it was pretty much straight to sleep then back to NAIA in the morning for another flight so I never really had time to try the hotel services. Check in and check out was efficient, the room was comfortable and clean and the WiFi worked fine. Since I had a room only rate I decided to just pop out to McDonalds for breakfast which was like a 2 or 3 minute walk without having to cross any busy roads. Hope so stay longer next time.

During this pandemic, it's difficult to look for a place/venue that will accomodate our group for our events. Luckily, two of our friends recommended us to The Heritage Hotel & Ms. Dhai, who went above & beyond to provide us of all our requests. She even replies to my message late at night (Apologies for this). But I'm truly greatful for the quick replies! She's an asset to the hotel & also gorgeous! They make sure to follow the health protocols & prioritize the health of their guests. All guests are fully vaccinated & did our contact tracing form. They make sure that the venue is sanitized & disinfected. They provide the best & quality service. The menu/food was amazing! We celebrated our District Halloween Party & all the Rotarians who attended the event agreed on how good the food was! The event was a success! We had a great time! If you are looking for a venue for your party/event, I highly recommend the Heritage Hotel & look for Ms. Dhai! All in all, Excellent! We'll definitely be back for our future events!

We checked in to a regular room that has a malfunctioning air-condition and TV signal is not good (you can hardly see the picture); worst the room doesn’t smell good. I called concierge we got upgraded to a Junior suite for free which is bigger and much decent looking but you can still see from the tiles and walls of the bathroom how old the hotel is. Pool also needs major renovation. Buffet breakfast is pretty standard and takes time for them to refill some foods.

This is our first trip to the Philippines since the start of the pandemic, naturally I was looking for a comfortable and clean hotel to stay for 9 nights. Made reservations with 2 5 star & 2 4 star hotels thru phone, was sent confirmation emails from all. My son who’s traveling with me chose 1 of the 5 star hotel so I reviewed, called the hotels again to make my choice.

I decided to cancel the other 3 hotels and go with Heritage Hotel since I was very impressed of their customer service especially. Ms Angie Vicencio, Assistant Director of Sales whom I talked twice, she’s very warm and accommodating .

Kudos to Ms Verna Soriano, Reservations Manager who readily confirmed our stay and made the changes when our flight was moved from July 2nd to July 9th, to Ms Evelyn Bactung, Credit & Collections Manager who instantly confirmed my online deposit which I made 3 days prior to our arrival, to the Front Desk Personnel (sorry, forgot his name) and to the entire hotel staff who made our stay here very comfortable.

Housekeeping were very good, very quick actions to our requests, am a clean freak so I do inspections througlyand was impressed of how clean the room was when we first arrive,. The food was good and very generous serving. Our A/C stopped working on the late afternoon of our 5th day, called front desk, they sent their maintenance guy 30 minutes after and fixed it (thank you ).

Excellent customer service indeed, front desk called our room everyday inquiring if we are comfortable, whatever we need or are we having a good day, etc.
But I have just one suggestion,, carpet in the room we occupied needs shampooing.
Will definitely stay here again and am recommending this hotel to my friends to stay here when they come to Philippine.

Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa .

Great food but outdated rooms. The lines are clean as well as the toilet. The toilet has no bidet. Water heater is functioning well. The room is smelly though like you can feel that it's an old room or building. The breakfast buffet is great. They have salad, bread and pastries, drinks, Filipino cuisines, dried fish (anchovies), porridge, etc.

As soon as you walked out of an elevator on 3rd floor it smells like someone is smoking. We stayed there for 3 days iyhe smell remained the same. We checked in for 3 people in a room & all set ups like towels, toiletries, coffee cups are all in twos. We made them aware & stayed there for 3 days. It's not til the last day when they finally got it right. When we call & ask for stuff they take a long time to bring it up. The hotel has a shuttle to mall of asia but its every 2 hours interval so we ended up taking a taxi instead.. will not stay here again.
