Great Service upon arrival from the Security Personnel who gathered your luggage and assisted with getting them to your room. This was a Red Eye arrival. Front Desk Agent Ms. Jessica extremely friendly and professional upon checking, My career has been as a Director of Operations for Luxury Resorts so I have plenty of experience recruiting Top Talent for the properties that I have worked at and operated over the past 30 years. Great service from Ms. Rona as well. Housekeeping very receptive to replenishing amenities in my room, for Food and Beverage I utilize for the Hotels Breakfast which was nutritious as a boxed meal delivered to your room. Because of this quarantine I had to wait the Covid test results from the NAIA Airport which is required in order to enter the Philippines if you are coming from abroad. I have family here in the Philippines and was issued a Visa by the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C.…
As I arrived in the Philippines for my vacation, I felt delighted and welcomed by the staffs from the securities to housekeepers. The front office staffs at that moment was so friendly, you can really see the hospitality in them. The rooms are elegant but one thing isn't good, the bathroom, people is very visible when taking a bath especially when you turn on the lights, cause it is a glass. They must put some curtains in the shower area. The room is elegant for the price. I will surely comeback once the COVID is done.
Due to the COVID the one night stay was very unpleasant. This hotel is ideally located for the airport, however my stay was for 1 night to visit the Malaysia embassy. Very awkward on check in as my booking did not stipulate that the hotel was only for guests that were flying in or out of Manila and no bookings for others were allowed. This was not on the ihg app on booking. Therefore I was stuck but the hotel did accommodate me for the 1 night only. The whole experience was poor due to COVID. This hotel is still good
My Family and I stayed here a day before our international flight to avoid the horrendous Manila traffic. Hotel was very busy during our stay. there is an on going convention. And this hotel is just across NAIA 3 and offers free shuttle service to guest. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk officer was very helpful during the process and let us check-in early. We got a room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Room is basic but modern. Bathroom water pressure is nice but exhaust was very bad and I hope management can fix it. Shower can be a bit awkward because glazed glass type. Beds are so comfy that all we did was lay and sleep during the entire stay. If you get bored there is a small Casino downstairs or you could just go to resorts World Casino across the road. If you want to buy snacks there is a 7-11 store just outside the hotel. Rooms staffs are helpful . No room service so if you want to order food from the restaurant at the ground floor. You have to pick it up personally " Self-Service ". Breakfast is average with very limited choices. Hotel rate is reasonable and okey!…
Bottom line: Will never go back and advise others to look elsewhere. During the few days leading up to the closure of Manila International Airport, there was little or no responsiveness by the management to ensure my safety and security in getting to the airport. All local taxi service was shut down and the hotel shuttle service stopped early in the evening, leaving anyone needing to catch a flight (as I did) with no means of getting to the airport other than to walk. I had to drag three pieces of large luggage twice through the dark streets of Manila to the airport. Worse yet, there was little responsiveness by staff to provide any means of transportation. In fact, they did not seem to care in the least. Finally, there was no signage posted when I checked-in regarding the last scheduled transportation. If such a warning was visually and verbally provided I could have made arrangements. (Intercontinental Hotels rejected this review.) …
