First of all we couldn’t sleep well after a 18 hour flight because the music from the pool bar was so loud, it felt like there was a party in our room. Towels were dirty and the room was filled with insects. The agency we booked through organized a dinner for us which was paid in advance and they made us pay again 2370 pesos. The food quality was also very average. It took them 40 minutes to get a carbonara done. Elevators take ages to get there. The staff were nice but the problem is the management. We will definitely not be back in this hotel.

The person in charge is rude and unfriendly attitude during our stays. Request being ignored and don't even care of answering the calls and enquiries! Room was not being clean daily despite request at the counter. Stain marks everywhere on the bedsheets and towels !

Booked for our honeymoon trip. The resort was fairly new and was suppose to have magnificent view. Parking - entrance signage is barely noticeable and the parking itself is hard to navigate. Steep ramps with sharp curves and limited space. Check-in and Check-out is fast and easy. 3. Pool - Has a view of the ugly land reclamation which is making the whole place stink like dried poop! 4. Rooms - Booked a executive king and it was freaking on the 1st floor facing their pool where they were blasting music. We were tired from traveling for hours and end up in such a noisy room was big HELL NO for me. I had to reach out to the front desk regarding this and they advice upgrading our room for a price. I told them I wouldn't mind having the same type of room but a quieter one which apparently they don't have. I had to pay an additional 900 php just to be moved to a quieter room. The upgraded room didn't look so bad found the housekeeping's wet towel on the bed side table and the air conditioning was making a loud racket! 5. Staff: They were nice but they need to provide a prompt service. Waited almost an hour before they could move us to our upgraded room. Had to keep calling them. 6. Price: With all the issues on the rooms its not worth the price. Might look fancy but facility wise it sucks!

We stayed at Lime Resort for the New Year's eve last Dec 31, 2023 to Jan 02, 2024. The higher floors have the greatest view during the New Year's eve fireworks that happened in Manila Bay reclamation area since it was facing our balcony room at 9th flr. We super enjoyed the view! As for the rooms, it was high tech, the card badge provided us with a little entertainment opening the curtains upon arrival, although another mattres cannot be provided because the twin deluxe room was too small to accomodate another mattress. Our then room neighborhood were having the best night of their lives last Jan 01, 2024 but their noises were drowning in our room next to them. We don't like that. Their ground floor was dedicated for the buffet meals. We checked in with free breakfast for 2 adults but we need to pay half the price for our 10 yr old daughter who is a slim picky eater. Theit breakfast buffet is not what I expected it should not be the same meal everyday. They should prepare different meal options aside from the ones they always guve to their guests. I was a little disappointed there. The phone line was always connected to the guest manager and he/she was always there to answer the phone. We liked it! Kudos to that!

Room Tip: Bring extra money since their buffet is a bit pricey. Their pool is great and clean and not that...

The hotel is close to the airport , close to restaurant and bar, nice swimming pool and breakfast is reasonable. The staff are quite helpful & reasonable. The hotel is quite new and modern. They have a reasonable gym for those who wants to maintain their fitness. Drawback insulation of the hotel is not so good as you can hear the people next door.

Staff at Lime Hotel are excellent and they totally made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help us. The food in the Penthouse cafe is truly excellent, amazing pizza, pasta and quesadilla. The Bayside Buffet also excellent, but be warned to book if planning to eat at the weekend or during peak season. The beach bar is a really great choice for sundowner cocktails... They make a fab martini. The pool was clean and quiet. A great choice for a mid price stay.

It was a pleasant experience, though the checkin in was a bit delayed due to the system downtime and the miscomm for the price queries was wrong but it fine for the sake of improvement which why i brought it up so the mngt could improve on this also should have something for for celebratory coz compare ti abroad they do things differently so something to add on next time. Lastly, the staff are all helpful, requests are taken care of and ying nagassist samin si ej (cute sya hehehehe) overall goods Thank you po!

We are truly happy and satisfied with our stay at Lime Resort Manila. Amazing customer service, all the staff are kind, respectful and very accomodating. The room are neat, clean and the beds and pillows are sooo comfy that we had a good night sleep. The view at the pool especially the sunset are magical. The breakfast is fantastic with lots of variety to choose from. The frontdesk are so thoughtful that they gave us a mug as a token and we appreciate it. All in all we had a wonderful experience at Lime and we cant wait to be back again.

The room is superb and very comfortable. I hope the reclamation project wont block the view!!! You have to organize the parking as well as the buffet to make more enticing to your guest but overall experienced was great!
