I’m going to give them a two. We have stayed here three nights already and there’s a party going on tonight I called the reception the lobby guest services and no one answers the phone. It is now 11:30 PM. They are playing karaoke in the room. their kids have been running around the hallways, the last three hours and no one here seems to care.. we had a good stay until tonight. We’ve been here for three nights but management can’t seem to get their act together The 10th floor has been out of control for 3 1/2 hours. I’ve asked three times for someone to come up and get this under control. I’m thoroughly disgusted with this facility and their lack for respecting other patrons rights.
Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The staff was so friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean! Oh and don’t forget to visit their bar and penthouse! Overall, is a 100/10!
Key card didn’t work the moment we got there. It had to be replaced several times. We were locked out at one point since the lock was dead- couldn’t read the card. Had to use the stairs to go to the FD since elevator takes too long. Wasn’t able to enjoy the facility, nor have breakfast since staff had to fix our door. Staff was apologetic and did what they could in their level but the Manager needs to work on his empathy, setting of expectations and how to make it right by the guest. He made me feel that his time was valuable and mine wasn’t. I expected more since I paid months in advance-no promo or discount. It was my 1st time at Lime since it was recommended. Sadly it was a letdown, hence I asked for a refund.
was crowded when we stayed friendky staff i requested for the best bay view but the room was with partial view and staff said it was the most sought after room because of the seascape food mall view… but i want bay view because of manila bay sunset… we had to go to the rooftop bar to enjoy the sunset view. value for money with the buffet breakfast included rooms are cozy but quite small even for 2
We dined at several buffet restaurants and found Bayside Buffet at Lime Resort to be the best by far. All the staff, most especially Darwin, exceeded our expectations. He assisted us from start to finish. He is very courteous, efficient and approachable. Food selections are also top notch. To summarize it all, it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!
Do not stay here. We had a lousy experience. Nearly every time we left our room, our keycard wouldn't work upon returning, so we constantly needed to go down to the front desk and renew it. The hallways were never vacuumed. They were disgusting. We complained about it a few times to no avail. The bathroom has a large swath of mold on the ceiling, and there is black mold in the inside edge of the shower. I actually let the cleaning guy know when he was cleaning my room, but he did a poor job of cleaning it. I was given a massage appointment at the spa for 10:00 AM the next day just to be told they don't open until 1:00 when I arrived on time for the appointment. I ordered a club sandwich for room delivery and it was lousy. The bread was not toasted and was rubbery, they put scrambled egg on it and it tasted nothing like a good club sandwich. The only plus was the restaurant staff was very attentive at breakfast buffet, but that's the only reason I gave it one star. It is right on Manila Bay, which is an open sewer and stunk! To make everything more difficult, there were only 2 elevators and a "service elevator" that were very tiny, about half the size of a standard elevator car. Many times, I had to wait for another car because it was too full. They also do not provide towels at the hotel pool. Many reasons made this hotel sub-par.…
The room smells like damp wood No hanger in the clothes compartment Room key stopped working the moment we got to our room Room key reader died 4x We had to be assisted by the building engineer when we got locked out of our room for the 5th time No avenue to file formal complaints No manager on duty We were promised full view of the bay, we only got a partial view with a very limiting angle to the fireworks display TV remote had not batteries and we had to bring this to their attention as well No sense of urgency from the staff Hotel buffets were overbooked. Hotel guests were not prioritized.
This is a new hotel on Manila Bay and unfortunately there are a few issues that spoiled our stay. 1. The swimming pool water was cloudy which is a worry so we did not swim. 2. The elevators are small and slow, also one of them had broken down during our stay which made matters worse. 3. The food at the breakfast buffet was cold.
No more bay view because the "view" is reclamation area. If you're planning to do some overlooking with bay shots, sorry but the reclamation made it so ugly. However if you're for the experience of checking in a hotel and just enjoy the staycation, this is it. PROS: - newly opened = new facilities - with gym area - there are 3 places for eating and drinks: penthouse resto, bayside buffet, and their club outside - walking distance to Seascape Village where there are restos, coffee shop, and 7 eleven - overlooking pool - very friendly staff - delicious bayside lunch/dinner buffet. 1290 per head. CONS: - no more bay view. Just get a standard room. Don't get balcony anymore. Not worth it. - elevators takes quite a while. Avoid taking the elevator during rush hours. - breakfast buffet is a flop. Don't expect too much. Came to this twice already. It was much worth it BEFORE the reclamation started. When the reclamation already has taken up the shore, I'll not consider this again.…
This is my first stay at the Lime Resort. I had a good experience overall. The staff was helpful. The front desk was busy most of the time but were courteous and helpful when needed. The Premier Room is a good size for a couple with a variety of toiletries provided. I did enjoy the buffet breakfast. It was heavily on the filipino side than american. The only problem which is inevitable is the fact that the elevators are always packed and crowded. Getting from the lobby to the ground floor and vice versa was definitely not an easy task. The location is great in regards to being in Pasay which is close to the airport and near MOA (Mall of America)
