I arrived at the airport at about midnight and took a cab to the Stone house for about 130 pesos. Cab back to terminal 3 was 90 pesos the next day. I paid 500 pesos for the room and checked out at 6am. I didn't...The reason for the booking was that our flight arrived 11pm and this was quite close to the airport (approx 2- 3 km) and we had flight early morning 2 days later.

THE WORST HOTEL FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I contacted this hotel front-desk for double booking error with Agoda and issues with my room's puny little TV. No response on Agoda double booking error until I contacted the next front-desk associate, only to find out that Agoda resolution is still in progress! The No-Picture on TV resolution issue is still in progress. Apparently both Front-Desk Clerk were looking for the same Maintenance Person to fix my room TV. Both Ckerk left their shift without fixing my TV. No updates whatsoever until I went down to front-desk to find out there's no front-desk midnight shift, the Maintenance Man is DRUNK and pass-out while on duty. I may have paid dirt-cheap hotel like this one, but at least provide bare-ass customer service!! I have another RedDoorz property to stay within the following week. I will cancel that reservation NOW!…
