Disappointing experience. Booked 2 nights stay for eight room's in advance and already paid for but were given 7 keys only. Manager did not listen to our complaints. They issued room keys to already occupied rooms. This happened twice. Didn’t honor free breakfast and we paid additional for all the breakfast taken. Poor customer service especially the Manager.

It is with concern to read the issues you raised as they do not reflect the true Microtel by Wyndham hospitality. Please know that, as much as we want to strive to make your stay as memorable as possible, it is beyond our control that you experienced dismay, especially when you thought initially upon arrival that 12 rooms were reserved for all of you, but sadly, based on the confirmation, only 8 rooms were booked and paid for. We understand your point of view, nonetheless the eight room keys were handed over to one of your companions, who acknowledged and told us that he will be the one to distribute them to each respective party. We only learned about the concern regarding one room not being utilized when it was raised to us by one of your guests on the evening following your group's check-out. We would also suggest that, in order to avoid future misunderstandings regarding your booking, please feel free to let me know directly so I could personally look after your reservation. We had a good stay at the hotel. The location was great as it is located at the Mall of Asia complex. The room is clean and big with a nice view. We haven't tried using the pool located at the rooftop. But it was nice and cozy. Internet connectivity can be improved.

This place was beyond expectations. Everything was smooth with no issue. My Wife and I celebrated both of our birthdays and we also had our Wedding here in Manila. We stayed here from Nov. 10 to Nov. 21. 2022. All of the staff were so happy for us. l came all the way from New York and the Microtel felt like home. I cant express enough how much it felt like family here. Everyone was very nice, pleasant, and is always friendly. To me this is a Smaller 5 star hotel if I could say. It took awhile for me to write my review but my story is worth sharing. Microtel by Wyndham lives up to its name. When we utilized our Citibank points to stay in the Microtel Mall of Asia in the Philippines, the service exceeded our expectations. We initially faced difficulties with rearranging our stay, although this is acceptable given that the hotel is always full. Great location, wonderful meal, best view in the hotel, but what truly made us happy was the impeccable service provided by Julie and Mr. Jermaine, the Front Desk Manager. They were always willing to assist and made my father's birthday extremely unforgettable one. Kudos to the team!

I requested a room that is facing the Manila Bay to have a nice view and fortunately they gave me the perfect room that I wanted. Very near at Mall of Asia that’s why it is accessible when I need something to eat or go shopping at the mall. Highly recommended.

Quiet and pleasant stay at Microtel. Excellent service. The front desk agent Sweden accommodated our request and was very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The venue is very close to SMX and MOA where they had events for the Halloween.

The queues were long when I arrived around 2pm for check-in. It’s normal to have many guests in line but I am having a hard time understanding why the check-in process takes more than 10 minutes per person. Adding to the slowness is they made us fill out a form when we already have the booking reservation that contains the same information. I stayed here few times pre-pandemic and don’t recall the check-in being this super slow. I was told that there were no available rooms yet so I had to wait. I called couple times to follow up and it was already 3:30 pm when they informed me a room is available. I thought it was going to be quick since they would just need to hand us over the key cards but unfortunately they made us fall in line again. There were 3 people before me…

Ample parking Perfect view Clean room Aircon and Cable service made me rest and relax well Nothing fancy but Good food- i ordered my favorite American breakfast…BACON and scrambled eggs So nice of them to upgrade our room at no extra cost.
