They got some really affordable packages with complete amenities. Not to mention, good quality service of their staff 👍its in a good location that has a great view of the bay! Very clean restrooms too!

Millie's initially confirmed our request for a function room but it turned out that it was not actually available. And they kept referring us to other branches (UP Technohub etc). What a waste of time! DO NOT book your meetings in Microtel.

Wonderful staff... from front desk - i think it was Jam and Paolo (?). ....They helped us on Friday morning, August 5 and Saturday, August 6th check-in and check-out.. arranging for a van to the airport (You have to pay for the airport shuttle which was different from what was advertised. They stopped the free shuttle service when the pandemic happened so be ready to pay extra for that), leaving packages for family to pick-up and all....... the bell boy was so nice and polite and awesome... which I forgot the name..... the restaurant staff at Millie's were also so friendly and attentive to our needs....I would have wanted to stay at Conrad but for its price, it was just so steep... this is definitely a more economical alternative but you won't be disappointed with the room's…

We booked a 3 day 2 night stay at Microtel by Wyndham for the ACX convention. We were satisfied with this hotel andnplanning to comeback for a longer stay. We are also planning to try and stay to all the Microtel Wyndham branches to compare its services.

SM Mall of Asia being a few minutes walk away and everything is so accessible there. You have restaurants and ikea and shopping malls nearby. Recommended place to stay especially if are female traveller. I felt safe.

The location is perfect if you are to wander around the bayside area of Manila. Very close to MOA and a short distance to the airport. We stayed here to explore Intramuros, Dolomite Beach, MOA, Rizal Park and Malacanang area. Easy access to all amenities and malls around the area.

Location is perfect, room style is mediocre, breakfast is blah, ala carte items in the menu for lunch and dinner are mostly superb. One thing that I will never forget is that how bad we were treated by the Front desk lady, we were really offended on how she spoke to us and explained to us the rules of the hotel as if we were in a dormitory that we need to comply and understand. She was raising her voice and frowning, in short, not accomodating. We truly understand that they are just doing their job, but pls know that choosing the right words and tone can can make a big difference in how your customers feel! There is always a nice way to say things and not sound offensive. Good thing the Hotel Manager Jermaine Tunggol made the effort to approach us and address the situation.…

Thank you to all the staff of Microtel everyone did an amazing job.thank you Mallows for giving us the nicest room. We enjoyed our breakfast and the pool area. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. This is my 4th time definitely will come back.
