Parking: Parking was limited in the actual hotel but security and their staff was very helpful in guiding me to a parking slot. I was lucky to get the final slot in their lot. Otherwise they would give me a spot in the NU tower parking which is right beside the hotel. Check-in: My wife earlier checked in for us and I had no problems retrieving the room key that she left at the front desk. The front desk personnel were courteous and efficient. After giving me the key, staff was very helpful in directing me towards the elevator. Staff: As mentioned above, the staff was very helpful around the hotel. We met up with some friends for a concert that doubled as our annual Christmas party. The room was large and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. You could take a hot shower if you wanted to. Millie's, located at the lobby, provides tasty, reasonably priced cuisine. Easy access to Ikea, Mall of Asia made it ideal for a stroll. The front desk attendant, Paolo, was extremely kind and accommodating, particularly when I asked for a spare key to my room. If we were in the area again, we would return without hesitation.

Booked a room because of its proximity to the venue of a concert we were watching. Very pleased with the service we received from the hotel staff, especially from Paolo of the front desk, who patiently assisted us and answered our questions, even with the big volume of guests they had to attend to at the time (hotel was full with concert goers). The room was much better than we expected—comfy, very clean. Food at the restaurant was simple but reasonably priced. Will definitely consider staying again for future concerts.

a hotel that won me over for its location, but it's really run down and not even old. it only felt bearable by the nice staff. I would describe the breakfast as disastrous and creative and lukewarm. clearing tables was not the forte of the overwhelmed staff. Too bad. @wyndham is not earned. don't know what went wrong.

We will never go back at this hotel, we had our worst experience here, especially when we went down to eat our breakfast, there's a dresscode in that breakfast buffet area (you can't wear slippers, pajamas or any kind of sleepwears). We are in our sleepwears that time, so we need to go to back and get dress. And when we got back, there are people who are in their sleepwear, eating. It was really unfair and we felt discriminated.

Overall I like the location of the hotel, the convenience that is near MOA and others. The room is good with two queen size bed. The only bad part which ruined my whole experience is the Breakfast. Me and my family were wearing our sleeping wear and as soon as we approach the desk to asked and inquire we were denied because of what we wear and was asked to change clothes if we want to eat there. So we comply with a bit of annoyance. After changing our clothes to a more presentable clothes. We avail for sits and as soon as we enter, we saw a bunch of people wearing slippers and shorts and some are wearing sleeping wear. Like why let them enter the premise with such clothes. Microtel is much, much better than it shows on the website, it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The view from our room was great. All the staff were so helpful and courteous. The restaurant staff who prepared an amazing breakfast, both receptionists worked so hard dealing with the customers and housekeeping were great too. The hot and cold water machine was so handy. The door staff and Moa service was so useful. Wifi was always available. Grocery next door and great restaurants across the road by the bay too. I enjoyed it so much, I forgot to check out the swimming pool upstairs, which means I’ll have to stay there again!

Disappointing experience. Booked 2 nights stay for eight room's in advance and already paid for but were given 7 keys only. Manager did not listen to our complaints. They issued room keys to already occupied rooms. This happened twice. Didn’t honor free breakfast and we paid additional for all the breakfast taken. Poor customer service especially the Manager.

It is with concern to read the issues you raised as they do not reflect the true Microtel by Wyndham hospitality. Please know that, as much as we want to strive to make your stay as memorable as possible, it is beyond our control that you experienced dismay, especially when you thought initially upon arrival that 12 rooms were reserved for all of you, but sadly, based on the confirmation, only 8 rooms were booked and paid for. We understand your point of view, nonetheless the eight room keys were handed over to one of your companions, who acknowledged and told us that he will be the one to distribute them to each respective party. We only learned about the concern regarding one room not being utilized when it was raised to us by one of your guests on the evening following your group's check-out. We would also suggest that, in order to avoid future misunderstandings regarding your booking, please feel free to let me know directly so I could personally look after your reservation. We had a good stay at the hotel. The location was great as it is located at the Mall of Asia complex. The room is clean and big with a nice view. We haven't tried using the pool located at the rooftop. But it was nice and cozy. Internet connectivity can be improved.
