We stayed for a night in Microtel and we are very satisfied with all the service, cleanliness, value, location and room. We also had their buffet breakfast were all the staff are warm and nice. Also we had a few request that they are willingly accepted. I'm sure to come back for another stay. Thank you Microtel 😊

The staffs are very kind. We appreciate that they are very understanding even we request things past midnight. Plus points that every staff greets us whenever and wherever they see us. The location is the very nice and convinient for us and the view is stunning. We stayed at microtel 2 times and I can say that this is a great hotel.

We loved that at checkin, the staff provided us with a complimentary room upgrade with a great view of the Manila bay in front of Mall of Asia. The front desk, door men, and cleaning staff provided excellent service. All staff we had encountered were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The elevator was not busy in the duration of our stay, and we were in and out multiple times. At checkout, the front desk even booked us a Grab ride to the airport. We will definitely stay here again when the need arises again.

A very good location, also walking distance from Mall of Asia and MOA seaside. Our room was very spacious, and the hotel itself is very clean. The service is also good, and the staff they always greet the guests. And thank you to Mr. RALPH from housekeeping he is very helpful with our concerns. :)

Always our first pick accommodation but after this it wont be. It took us past half an hour for room 402 to be ready. The receptionist didn’t offer us any option while waiting for our room to be ready. The manager on duty made excuses as if our is our problem.

Large room confortable with large beds. A very beautiful view on the sea. Very good dishes in the restaurant. I ask for special linguine and prawn for me. Mitch helps me very kindly. Very good services. We will come back !
