Microtel by Wyndham Mall of Asia is located along the bay beside the Mall of Asia complex which is interconnected to the ff: Mall of Asia Arena, SMX Mall of Asia, the main mall of SM Mall of Asia, and SM By the Bay Amusement Park. The hotel is also infront of S Maison Hotel where Conrad Hotel is also located with lots of food options and lifestyle activities (The Dessert Museum, Lakbay Museo, VR Zone). The hotel is also beside NU MOA building which has great restaurant options as well, and Alfa Mart convenience store. In terms of location, it can't get any better than this! You can also walk to the SM Dept Store of MOA where you can find the free shuttle bus going to Solaire Resort and Okada Manila for more entertainment options. But MOA complex alone already has hundreds of options to keep anyone occupied, young or old.
Only downside is check-in and check-out can take time due to long lines but other than that, we really had a great stay and a great view of Manila Bay and MOA!

We usually stay here during our trip to Manila as it is close by the Mall of Asia which we usually spend our time at. It's a simple hotel with basic amenities. The staff are friendly however during our checkout, we were told to wait a few minutes for our room to be checked however in the end they forgot about us and we had to wait 30mins before asking them again if the rooms were cleared and they said yes our checkout is done. I am not sure if the staff were really busy that day. Overall a good hotel if you want to be close to the Mall of Asia.

Hi! We just spent one night here, but it was unforgettable, and we hope to return soon. Rooms are tidy (and include bathtubs), toiletries are plenty, and the restaurant's food is fantastic. I want to compliment the employees at Microtel, in particular Eduard in housekeeping, who helped us out during our stay, including our request to keep our room clean and stocked with necessities. Daryl who is in the pool area, while we loved our time swimming, Daryl help and ensure the area's safety. Jemuel at the restaurant is another; we appreciate you giving us relaxing chairs so we can enjoy our breakfast and helping us with our food and beverages! Finally, Russell and Paolo from the front desk were happy to help us with our luggage until we returned. It so happened that we had to leave our things after checking out so we could enjoy some time in the mall. These two are great at finding us cab. I appreciate you all so much! Happy Holidays!

It took awhile for me to write my review but my story is worth sharing.
Microtel by Wyndham lives up to its name. When we utilized our Citibank points to stay in the Microtel Mall of Asia in the Philippines, the service exceeded our expectations.
We initially faced difficulties with rearranging our stay, although this is acceptable given that the hotel is always full.
Great location, wonderful meal, best view in the hotel, but what truly made us happy was the impeccable service provided by Julie and Mr. Jermaine, the Front Desk Manager. They were always willing to assist and made my father's birthday extremely unforgettable one.

We will never go back at this hotel, we had our worst experience here, especially when we went down to eat our breakfast, there's a dresscode in that breakfast buffet area (you can't wear slippers, pajamas or any kind of sleepwears). We are in our sleepwears that time, so we need to go to back and get dress. And when we got back, there are people who are in their sleepwear, eating. It was really unfair and we felt discriminated.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. The experience has been good. This is a very functional hotel with great location, right across Conrad Manila. The SM Mall is within walking distance and the casino resorts are just a few minutes by car. The staff are reasonably friendly. The morning breakfast has limited assortment and offers very few choices for vegetarians. On the whole, this is a great hotel if you are touring the Manila Bay region for vacation or business. Everyhing in the rooms works. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed and a functional breakfast if you want it.

Staff are very accommodating both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Consistent in housekeeping and the hotel lobby always smells good. First time staying here, and everything went smoothly. From Millies dining to our rooms to using the pool. I wouldn’t complain anything I mean for a three star hotel the location is great. The the pool is great the food is so great. Moy, one of their housekeeping attendants always smiles whenever he sees us. He also never fails to ask us if we need anything whenever he sees us at the hallway. He is very, very accommodating very friendly always checks on us what I can say is that all of their staffs from Millies dining to the hotel staff they are really friendly. They’re really really great. I would love to come back here and maybe it would be one of my favorite hotels if they will make it pet friendly.

The shower is always clogged, I have to call for maintenance everyday we stayed here. The complimentary breakfast imwas not for all and it depends on your reservations. I offered to pay for the breakfast and the receptionist still want me to go to the front desk, and her facial expressions looks like you cannot have a complimentary breakfast here. The front desk said your room is only for promo, so what! I'm hoping to pay for my breakfast. It's a BAD SERVICE.

very uncomfortable hotel. bed is supposedly a double sized bed but in reality only 2 single beds put together. they will also give you a complimentary bottled water on your first day, considerinf that I stayed there for 4 nights
