it still has a potential to be one of cheaper and beautiful hotel if reno occur, a bit outdated... rates is ok, we stayed 5 days here, we use the same linen and towels for that days... they didn't ask or offer us house cleaning, so i always ask for trash bag and i broom, im the one cleaning our room...

The staff are very friendly, the room was decent. Enjoyed our stay there. It's near the SM Mall 10 minutes away depending on traffic. There are always taxi's outside the hotel. Also I think it's a 20 minute drive (could be less depending on traffic) to the Ninoy Aquino airport.

I liked our stay at this hotel. It cost Php 3200 for two rooms. It has 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single bed. There were 4 of us. My husband and 2 kids aged 15 and 14. It is air conditioned and there's a big bathroom. There's also a TV and room service was great. It's near Baclaran and we got to buy some cheap stuff. My mom even bought cacti and succulent plants at 3 for Php 100. From here we went to MOA and we only paid Php 120 pesos for Uber. I would stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Manila. You should book online though because rooms are not always available.

My fiancée and I stayed here after arriving in Manila from long flight, and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very quiet, basic rooms, firm mattress, refrigerator nice and cold, t.v. needs updated, bathrooms very dark if your needing to shave, but overall for the price it was what I would expect. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any problems. Being by airport and Mall of Asia, it's a good location for travelers. I recommend this hotel for thrifty tourists.

This hotel, in Pasay and a 20 minute walk from Mall of Asia (MOA), is safe, clean and with friendly and helpful staff. My room was basic with a functional bathroom and a non-functional TV (which didn't bother me too much). It is quiet at night but being so close to the airport the planes roared overhead during the day when they used a particlar runway . My spacious room was sparsely furnished with 2 beds, a small table and some chairs. The hotel is popular with Filipinos because it caters well for groups and for tourists in cars - car parking is available. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the EDSA and TAFT Ave train stations which is a better way to travel around Manila.1 This establishment is run down and a little old-fashioned but is still functional and a bargain for

PPH has been accomodating us excellently, from the period of reservation up to the time that we checked out. With a big group like us, the sales coordinator has been very kind to deal with. We have been given privileged of paying our reservation upon arrival and a consideration of the time we've been checking in and out. So we've been thanking the hotel for being there as we attend the Y4iT every September.
