We stayed in those hotel last September 2013. I think it's a good hotel for an overnight stay. They don't give discounts for walk in clients. They will ask you to pay the full price. So even if we are in front of them we still need to book a room through Booking coz it's cheaper. Even if you tell them that they are on promotion on their site, they will still tell you to "book it from our site then!". Incroyable! I'm a receptionist too in Paris but we never treat our clients like that.

What I like about are the rooms, they are very spacious. They have huge bed as well. 1900 php is cheap (when you book online) for a night with breakfast included. But their normal price ranges from 2200 - 3000 php. We asked them if we coud check out at 5 pm or 8 pm due to some errands we needed to finish but they were charging us 1500 php. I think that's insane! So we just booked again for another night and payed 1900 php.

The hotel is near SM Mall of Asia (biggest shopping center in Asia).

Their orange juice is fake. It's not french orange juice. berk!

No wifi in the room. But you can use their computer in the lobby.

One of the night receptionist guy plays christian songs at night. I think it's wonderful. :)

Overall, i think it's great for few nights stop over in Manila.

Stayed here with my husband few months ago. I think not all taxi drivers know the place, but they know the address. The location is not that bad, its quiet once you get inside. Staff are good as well, when we arrived they gave us a room with bad aircon, we complained and good enough they transferred us to a newer room near the reception area. Thanks so much for that! Its cheap and clean. Not bad at all. I think they should improve with the breakfast menu and the dining area...

Dusty room. Stains on the bed sheets. A 10x25 hole in the bathroom instead of the window giving easy access for mosquitoes. In the dirty unplugged mini bar I would be afraid to put even my shoes. AC was not blowing cold air and making helicopter noise. Paper walls and no isolation at all from external noise, lucky if you manage to sleep few hours during the all night. Room furniture probably from 60's. They're advertising wifi but it did not work at all. Difficult to get even "Hello" from receptionist.
I'm trying hard to find something positive about this place and the only I can think of is the location, close to the airport and to mall of asia. However be aware the area is popular for strip clubs and hookers. Will never come back there even if paid

The hotel is more a motel. I stayed there for 1 night with my wife. We got the deluxe room with jacuzzi for 3600. but nothing is deluxe there. Its dirty and rotten. You will be afraid to get into the jacuzzi because there is lots of mold all over. Then the warm water is very slow. To fill the whole jacuzzi it takes one hour! Bedroom is very simple tv very small. The inkluded breakfast is all cold and does not look trustworthy.
Half price would be ok because of the central location but never more!

we stayed hopefully only one night at this hotel! The aircon was not cold. We complained and offered us 2 other rooms to move in but same problem. Their aircon were all old, noisy and not maintained, despite what the hotel "expert" told us.
The room was old and not renovated! We pay 2400 php (dec2012) which is expensive for the area!

Terrible place, AC sucked, cracks and holes around windows, TV was crap, couldn't get anything to work. Refrigerator was dirty, smelly & broken, no control knob. No buttons on TV, menu on TV was all in Korean and no one could set it back to English. I think we paid about $40 a night, it was worth about $10. Place was built in the 60's or 70's, looks like they haven't done anything to it since. Save your money and head over to the SOGO across the street, much better place for less money. We have strong reason to believe this place is nothing but a place hookers bring their clients to.

a very good "pamilya" friend is in town only for one night..he need a place to stay closs to the airport for around 2k a night with high speed net access....so I as a good friend did all the searching and looking for a nice affordable hotel in and around pasay...via the net...well, after reviewing several hotels...except this one(i wish I had read the reviews..)i didnt and it was my fault for trusting the hotel for its name only...we checked the rates directly posted on their website...2200 inclusive of fees n taxes for a superior room...so I sent my friend there together with my sister and lo and behold...they ended up charging them over 3k for the same room posted on their website..when I heard about it..i told my sister to just leave and go somewhere else...but our friend just wanted to have a rest and be done with it. one thing I can guarantee the management of this establishment that We our family and friends will never ever stay on this place ever again!!!!

Very disappointed with this hotel. We stopped here twice in 7 days on stop overs in Manila. The first room was dirty, the air conditioner was noisy and had a broken front cover and had no refrigerator. The second time the room as dirty, had a refrigerator but was in such a poor condition and dirty that we didn't use it, Our airport pick up was not there when we arrived and our paperwork for the hotel booking had the wrong phone number on it. After talking to airport staff they contacted the hotel and then it took them 1 hour to finally pick us up. The breakfast was very basic Filipino food with 3 choices and would not be satisfactory for most foreigners. All up the only thing going for it is its location. For what they charge you can get better in the same area.

The place is simple, clean, and affordable. It is near and has a shuttle to the airport. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The property used to be a cheap motel until owner became a born again christian and converted it into a wholesale family/ travelers hotel. They lost a lot of revenue but gained a huge testimony!!!!
