Upon arrival, we opted for a short $5 Grab ride from Terminal 3 rather than wait for the hotel shuttle, which can be a hit and miss in wait time.
Our one bedroom suite was huge in size, clean and simply furnished with amazing views of the golf course!
The highlight of our 30th anniversary stay had to be the hotel management and the associates in the executive lounge of the west wing. The lounge has to rank up there with one of the finest global lounges we have experienced in travel though some 70 odd countries
We experienced fine staffs though out the hotel, however particular gratitude and recognition must be given to the the exceptional group of associates in the executive lounge who went over and above to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.
Our heartfelt thanks to Carlos, Terrens, Christine, Daniel, Shine, Jazz and the rest of the team for making us feel welcome and valued with every interaction daily.
Not only are the staffs in the executive lounge a cut above, the food prepared for breakfast and the evening social hour are a gastric treat to the pallet and we also the acknowledge the fine chefs who prepare the tasty delights daily.
The gym is well equipped and spacious and the roof top pool is perfect for swimming laps or just lounging about. The spa treatments are not to missed.
We thank each and every person who made our stay special – We would return in a heartbeat and we will sometime soon!

I stay at this property often and I have to repost another review as this dual building property with superior staff and amazing restaurants on the property make this my must stay when I come to Manila on business. The proximity to Terminal 3 and to Metro Manila and MOA (Mall of Asia Business Area) makes this location paramount.
This visit brought high level officials from my company and they too commented on the outstaying service and attention to detail.
I have to recommend Man Ho Chinese Restaurant locates at the West Wing of this Marriott. The authentic cuisine and service is amazing. Roy the Manager ensures that his staff and he cater to their guests in an amazing style. Same at Cru Steak house. It’s not just for steak the grilled fish dishes are equally amazing.
I want to also mention my room attendant Elmer. He has attended to my room in the past and his level of professionalism efficiency and knowing his guests put him far above most in his field. I never take for granted superior service (5 star quality) and this is what I’ve experienced with Mr Elmer. He is not an honorable mention but a star among few in his field . I would be remiss if I didn’t mention his service as those mentioned above.
I’ve come to know the outstanding leadership at this property is guided by Mr Angeles you can see the attention to detail and guidance he provides to his staff who emulate this to their guests. Well done !
This property is located by the airport but accessible to the city. Traffic is fierce in Manila. Leave early for meetings in Metro Manila. But you can’t beat this property and staff.

I was thinking of writing one general review about Marriott hotels and just copy the name of the city in. The standard is very high wherever I am in the world. My compliments for this and your understanding of customer demands/wishes.
I like to book the Marriott especially after long flights, because I know I can recover fully from that stress in the comfortable beds/rooms of the Marriott. So, it was this time in the Marriott in Manila, which is very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus which brings you to the hotel in no time.
Welcomed by very friendly staff. I am happy being a member of Marriott bonus program which gives me upgraded on my room every time since I reached Gold status. The room was big with a perfect comfortable bed, table, coach and a modern bathroom. I love the rain shower showerhead. The amenities are of very good quality. Same as the tools and bed sheets. It was always nicely quiet in the hotel. We used the pool in the morning to relax before driving to the beach. The pool is small; more for children but you have a nice view from that rooftop and can even get some drinks or snacks.
The breakfast was so fantastic that I miss the right word to describe it correctly. There were so many different choices of Asian and Western food plus fresh Coconuts that I could have stayed their all morning. They even had 3 fresh sorts of cheese. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
This hotel clearly explains why you need to pay more, if you want high quality service and a great hotel.
Well done and Thanks a lot!

As a Marriott Platinum Elite member, we had access to the hotel's huge Executive Lounge in the western building. It far surpassed anything in North America in terms the service, food selection and choice of complimentary alcoholic beverages and cocktails. Truly outstanding! While I had selected an Executive Suite with my Suite Upgrade Nights, which I thought was confirmed ahead of time, we ended up with a Junior Suite in the main building. The room was enormous and had a main bathroom, plus a powder room. Even though it was very nice, we had hoped to be in the west building due to it having the Executive Lounge on the 2nd Floor and the better pool and health club on the 15th floor - The views from the cardio equipment in the gym and the rooftop pool of the Manila skyline are breathtaking. Tip for other travellers: Download the Grab app, which works just like Uber or Lyft. Using the app, the driver met us right in front of the lobby within 5 minutes and our transfer back to the airport cost only PHP 126.

Very poor staff attitude, long wait time for check in, delayed response to requests, and erroneous ad
Checked in at once after hotels.com ad indicated airport shuttle as community lockdown and public transportation were put in place due to COVID 19. On check in,only very limited amenities noted. Requested a rollaway bed and staff said to wait (an hour late and staff had to be reminded that we were still seated there. Once in the room, rollaway bed not there and waited for 2 more hours and after several calls.BTW upon check in staff said that airport shuttle is no longer available but can pay car service for P2040 or an equivalent $50 for what appeared to be a 5 minute car ride from hotel to my airport terminal.
I understand that room dining and bakery were the only services available. On departure, we found out that my son whose terminal is farther from mine but 1 hour walking distance from mine was not part of the deal. My sons terminal may be another 25 or 10 minutes from my terminal as there were streets thus no traffic. I begged the car service and that I will pay a little bit more. He called the hotel staff and put me on the phone and staff said no and that I had to pay another $50. Because of such insensitivity, my son said NO and he would walk that distance.

This hotel is my favorite. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport, terminals 1,2 and 3. With the atrocious traffic, I stay in this hotel the day before my flight since it is so convenient. You don't need to wake up early and rush to avoid the traffic. Being Marriott, this hotel embodies the true brand and offers the consistent friendliness, cleanliness, service and value for which Marriott is known for. If you plan for multiple stays in this hotel, buy the Club Marriott. The booklet has certificates for: 1 night free stay, 1 Sunday stay for 5,000 photo, 2 certs for 50% of rack rate, certs for 50% off dinner for a party up to 12 people, etc. Good value.

This is our 2nd trip and stay here at the Marriott Manila and this time we stayed for almost a month. Everyone outdid themselves in making us feel like royalty especially the staff at the 2nd floor Executive lounge. We were welcomed by the charming and beautiful smiles of Ara, Marynelly and Christine. Ashley was very accommodating in showing me the computer room. Both chefs Richard and Alejandro went out of their way to prepare Filipino daing and Bulalo. Eli was extremely gracious in always preparing our morning coffee and sweet mangoes for dessert. Marynelli was a delight all the time smiling and making sure the confernce room was ready for our meetings.I cannot name everybody but the whole staff was magnanimous and super hospitable. I would especially mention our Room Attendant MJ of the 9th floor who always kept our room clean and made sure that we don't run out of tissues, toilet paper and soaps. Thank you again Marriott Manila! You will always be no. 1 in our hearts!!!!!

We love everything about this hotel. Good food, great service, comfortable rooms, and location is great. We loved the fact that the hotel did not have the feel and smell of a casino unlike the other hotels along this area. It was great to stroll in the connecting malls and hotels and come back to a restful place. We also enjoyed taking photos at their displays inside and outside the hotel. The rate is pricey but it's well worth it. We may just do this again at the end of 2020. Lovely experience!

Dined with my boyfriend last February 15 for the dinner buffet. Place wasn’t as big but wasn’t too congested as well. Wide array of food choices were offered. The crabs we ordered never made it to our table despite the multiple follow-ups we did. Even was served a wrong order which was quite unbelievable knowing full well our other order made it to us. However, the service of Miss Diane was superb. We’d usually feel intimidated at restaurants like these but Miss Diane served us really well and catered to our needs. She treated every guest she served with the same amount of genuine care and enthusiasm.

Terminal 1 us so far away from a Marriott and last I know from December 2022, there’s no shuttle that services T 2 to Newport where Marriott is. Grab car us your best bet and you can be charged by about Php 200 give it take.
Dear zeroneigh...,
Greetings from Manila Marriott.
Please be advised that the complex wide complimentary shuttle service is temporarily unavailable. The cost to operate the complimentary shuttle service is very challenging for us to sustain at the moment. For airport transfers, we have a third party transportation provider offering this service and I will be happy to assist you with the booking and offer you a good rate in case you you will need one on your next visit to Manila.
Please feel free to reach out anytime.
Sincerely,
