pros
✔️ good location - it is around the city. good if you just want to unwind for a moment
✔️ sky deck resto is 24hrs available. so you can order anytime
✔️ very attentive, helpful, and courteous staff, all of them. 🌟🌟🌟
✔️ quick check in and check out
✔️ allows extension for free (we extended our stay for an hour 😊)

cons
❌ food is so-so - i ordered bolognese but it tasted like tomato sauce. 🙁 and takes too long to prepare. but when it arrives, it's no longer hot. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
❌ free breakfast has very few choices (unlike selah garden, their breakfast was so amazing)
❌ outside food has corkage fee
❌ pool is not heated, considering it's at the roof deck and it's very cold up there. 👎🏼👎🏼
❌ no shower area at the pool area except for the shower outside before dipping in the pool. and people from the streetd can totally see you taking a shower from there. 👎🏼

Superb service. Staff are all helpful. Value for money is great. Only down side was the clogged sink and the bath amenities were not that enough for 1 use. Two thumbs up on how they promote sustainability. I’ve loved the bailey’s piña colada, also the mushroom soup which is actually good for 2-3 persons already. Also they have an egg station at the buffet breakfast, the roasted chicken is really tasty. Pool and bar area is relaxing. Perfect for a quick getaway. Keep up the good work especially to jayson, cyril and luis at the pool area same with nelly at the buffet reception. Will surely go back.

The room has a bunk /low ceiling with THE MOST uncomfortable sofa and tv under the split level.
This in too low for anyone over 5'4" (im 5'8")
The ladders are horrible for bare feet when you're tired. If you want to get up in the night good luck. Everything is just less than "you get what you pay for"
I moved rooms as it smelt of stale smoke & didn't want to get charged. Bathroom? Caravans have bigger spaces for a shower an using the toilet. After 4 months of hostels this was a bad finish to the trip. I asked for a 2nd sheet for comfort when i slept an they refused saying it was "not good reason for another sheet" then another staff said "we dont have any spare" hahaha. In a hotel, ok.

Should have listened to reviews here at trip advisor. We were offered the loft type, cheaper version from the ones you see on booking.com (costs only 1300). We were advised that bed is too closed to the ceiling (which is true cause I always bump my head but okay since if was mentioned). Love that they informed us beforehand that some are doing quarantine in the place.

But the things I didnt like outweighed it all. Bed was not just uncomfy, pillow has a strong weird smell. So disgusting to the point I was searching for another place to transfer to but my partner is already asleep. Another thing is the comfort room, my gosh. Smells like poop. My guess? The pipeline above is connected to toilet bowls. Smell is sipping through (I hope, just the smell).

Maybe +1 because they offer free half gallon of mineral water that is sealed?

But yeah, first and last visit.

Comfortable, relaxing vibe. It has hot and cold shower, clean room and also you can just chill on the roof top where you’ll find the pool area, the staff in this hotel served us well. There’s a 24 hours front desk that is really responsive, polite and helpful. Definitely worth it. 🙂

"Comfy and close to everything
Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of modern and chic style so its kinda is to my liking, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious.. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything,
Would definitely come back and recommend this to my family and friends

1. They have a smart TV but not compatible with Netflix (they’re also using the old version of browser w/c is also not compatible with Netflix browser).

2. Very poor internet connection.

3. Awful bathroom smell (particularly on their rooftop).

4. No refrigerator, while their chiller is defective. We need to buy a bucket of ice for a few times (20 pesos/bucket) which is very inconvenient in our part.

5. Their restaurant menu is incomplete.

Location wise, it is the best. Selah Pods in near MOA, Ayala Center, Harbour Square, Star City, etc.

bad service and worst hotel in manila. Rude staff. May waste your money and time. Theres no assurance if you have room even if you paid for it a week ago they might transfer you to other motel beside their hotel that cost you same.

Stayed here for just one night and yeah room is so cute and just so functional every corner of it, which I kinda like it. By the way this was way back January 2020. kinda overdue review already. The not so nice part is just the bidet and some railings in the bathroom is rusty, but yeah overall it is a good place to stay for a night or maybe more for some as it is affordable.

Buffet is okay. But if you order food from the pool, it's better.
