I was going to check in my brother dropped me off I have luggages and the guards are ridiculously nasty. They don’t allow you to park at least to unload the luggages from the car. You have to argue first before they will allow you to at least park a few minutes. I’m sure the guards are just doing their job. There should be some exemptions like that. There’s so much parking slots available. The elevator stinks like canal. Looks like exhaust is not working properly. Every time I showered, the first water that drains down, stinks same as in the elevator. The only plus is the price. And some employees are friendly and courteous.

✔️ Room rates is very affordable for a hotel that has a swimming pool and a sky bar/restaurant where you can overlook the city ✔️Some spots inside the hotel can pass a millenial's taste ✔️ I like that they have lighting under the bed ✔️ Food from their restaurant is very tasty ✔️ Near to SM MOA, MRT/LRT stations, convenience stires & even sari-sari stores ❌ Customer Service approach was kind of unprofessional ( although they we're not totally rude) For example, I called to advise that we're going to check in a few minutes late, and the lady just said "it's okay" and was about to hang up when I asked if she could at least get my When we arrived, the lobby where we need to check in was very unorganized. No one was ushering the guests so guests with their baggages were everywhere. When I asked during checkin, if a reservation is needed to go to their sky bar, ( This is the only reason we checked in. We wanted to see the firecrackers during New Year while dining in their resto) I was told we didn't have to. We ended up not being able to eat on New Year's eve because the tables( the resto staff said) were already reserved. The tables inside the function room were okay to use however, there were no vacant. ❌ We opted for the Deluxe King with a window. To our frustration, the window is fogged and intentionally closed so you couldn't see anything outside. ❌ The water from toilet bowl has a foul odor. I needed to just open the comfort room door when I flush it, so my clothes won't stink as the CR is too small for the odor to evaporate. ❌The sofa bench is damaged that you'll have to carefully sit down to not damage it even more as they may charge you for it. It's already stiff to sit on because the foam were already torn and ir's cover undeneath were torn too in big holes. They uncarefully covered the sofa bed with a bed sheet ❌ The only free you'll get is a roll of tissue, toothbrush with a toothpaste and bath towel. There were cups & kettle for coffee but no coffee & cream sachets. I couldn't believe there was not even a pair of slippers. They did gave me when I asked though. ❌ The mirror was placed at the back of your room door where there's no light so I had to ask my husband to turn on his mobile phone's flashlight and hold it for me when I want to use the mirror. ❌ NOT EXAGGERATING but our bed at home is way softer than their bed. It's okay but it wasn't comfortable I ended up having body pains. Their pillows are those that bounce or fights your head too. ❌ THE ROOM DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL THAT I WAS ON A STAYCATION. See the photos. There's a protruding comfort room pipes, tube wirings that are very visible and missing lighting marks.

Best accommodation ever! The location was just a ten minute ride (which they kindly arranged) to our Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) National conference PICC venue! And after the tiring five day and night lectures, the hotel has a restaurant which helped us unwind. Modern day conveniences were packed in their very comfortable rooms. Attentive and responsive staff completed the deal for the best relaxing stay.

Comfortable, relaxing vibe. It has hot and cold shower, clean room and also you can just chill on the roof top where you’ll find the pool area, the staff in this hotel served us well. There’s a 24 hours front desk that is really responsive, polite and helpful. Definitely worth it. 🙂

Should have listened to reviews here at trip advisor. We were offered the loft type, cheaper version from the ones you see on booking.com (costs only 1300). We were advised that bed is too closed to the ceiling (which is true cause I always bump my head but okay since if was mentioned). Love that they informed us beforehand that some are doing quarantine in the place. But the things I didnt like outweighed it all. Bed was not just uncomfy, pillow has a strong weird smell. So disgusting to the point I was searching for another place to transfer to but my partner is already asleep. Another thing is the comfort room, my gosh. Smells like poop. My guess? The pipeline above is connected to toilet bowls. Smell is sipping through (I hope, just the smell). Maybe +1 because they offer free half gallon of mineral water that is sealed? But yeah, first and last visit.

1. They have a smart TV but not compatible with Netflix (they’re also using the old version of browser w/c is also not compatible with Netflix browser). 2. Very poor internet connection. 3. Awful bathroom smell (particularly on their rooftop). 4. No refrigerator, while their chiller is defective. We need to buy a bucket of ice for a few times (20 pesos/bucket) which is very inconvenient in our part. 5. Their restaurant menu is incomplete. Location wise, it is the best. Selah Pods in near MOA, Ayala Center, Harbour Square, Star City, etc.

bad service and worst hotel in manila. Rude staff. May waste your money and time. Theres no assurance if you have room even if you paid for it a week ago they might transfer you to other motel beside their hotel that cost you same.
