This one is really good. However, I don’t think the 2 queen size bed I was expecting is a real queen size bed. It’s only a double size bed.
Room attendants are fast and so quick and really helpful and staff are very accommodating.
Will surely come back but I know what to expect with the beds :)

Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. Given the restrictions of this pandemic Sheraton made us feel well taken cared off. The room was extra clean, you can see and smell that it was neatly sanitized making sure that we feel homey and worry free, all our request’s was granted such as extra pillows and towels that means a lot for they made us feel that they do care to our needs. Staff’s are extra friendly and always on top. Pat from the reception was welcoming as well as Leon (or leo) the Manager was very helpful and kind to bring us to our room and made sure to let us know that he is there when we need anything. Glen from housekeeping was a star! Always on top of our needs, very friendly, welcoming, happy and always smilling staff! Staying for 4 nights felt so fast that we are really looking forward to come back again not only to have this kind of service and facilities but also experience this 5 star treatment from everyone! Goodjob!!

Stayed for Xmas staycation on the eve of 24th Dec as it recently opened , the food was great ,room was extraordinary with the full view of airport and all modern amenities . Housekeeping staff kept bringing water bottles as I drink a lot of water and my wife requested for it . The buffet was awesome, it’s just you can add Singaporean style crab to your menu and Rockefeller style oysters in sea food station it would be wonderful .All our cutlery requests in room were met promptly as we had invited some friends for gift exchange and champagne! Thank you Sheraton for making it a wonderful Xmas especially for our 7 year old .

I came to the Philippines for a backpacker trip and as I also work for a Marriott hotel in Germany I have decided to stay in the Sheraton. Especially because it is so close to the airport that I could even walk with my backpack and did`nt have to spend extra money on a transfer or taxi. I stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and the last night of the trip. I came into the hotel with my sweatpants and a backpack and probably looked horrible after such a long flight but still there was no difference in service than with other guests so I felt very welcomed. They also recognized me as an associate and gave me a very nice room with a view to the pool and everyone was so kind, especially Jared from the reception and the guy from the gym/spa who was always smiling. It seemed like everyone in the house knew my name and always called me by name, just amazing! Also when my friend arrived in the second night, everything went very smooth. The only thing I didn`t like so much, is that there was no cozy place to smoke a cigarette (which I know now is normal on the Philippines) and they recommended me the big, very cold (because of AC) and crowded casino, but soon I found out that it is also allowed in a backstage area at the pool. There was a great buffet dinner on the first night with cooking stations and a great variation. For me personally it was just too much, but the food was good! Also for breakfast there was a great variation and the waiters were all great! After our trip through the Philippines I came back to the Sheraton 3 weeks later and Jared immediately recognized me at the reception. On my way to the airport in Siargao Island to Manila I got very wet because of the rain and all my stuff and the backpack was totally wet, but Jared and the Concierge Services helped me so much and put all my stuff nicely in front of a blower to let it dry over night, so that I won`t get sick on the long flight back home. I was so happy and thankful about it! My stay was in february and march 2020 shortly before corona was a big topic. But I still talk about my stay sometimes to friends because it was just amazing and I would definately recommend it! Thanks again to all the kind staff! We stayed in Room 1110 last October 7, 2023 in this hotel, far from the hotel elevator. This hotel is located right across NAIA Terminal 3 so quite convenient IF you have to take an early flight at T3 the next morning. The room is well designed with spacious shower area in the bathroom which gives one the feeling of more space even if the floor area is about the same as nearby Marriott Hotel. Both dinner and breakfast buffet have many choices and attending personnel were very friendly but quality of food is not so good for its p3,500 price per person.

We stayed at Sheraton Manila Hotel for a night because we have a flight the next morning and the airport is very accessible from the hotel. This is one of the pro's why we chose Sheraton Manila Hotel. Check-in was great, the front office staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even let us leave our baggage while we went out and ate lunch. The room we got is very spacious, clean and peaceful. It even has the airport view which is quite nice. The environment feels very safe and properly disinfected even if we stayed here during the pandemic. The food as well is very good and we love the pool area. The hotel is also near restaurants and stores which is also great.

I booked 2 separate nights here really as a quick overnight stop with a flight that arrived in the evening from the uk and then staying again for my morning return flight home.
I was blown away by the warmth of the welcome, level of service and quality of the rooms we stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble, and on our first stay we were upgraded to a suite and our second to a king size deluxe room overlooking the pool. Both had the wonderfully comfortable beds that afforded us a great nights sleep before continuing our journey.
Staff at reception, the concierge, and those who delivered our room service were consistently helpful, friendly and charming and we could not have asked for better. Some of the Marriott/ Sheraton hotels in the Uk should take lessons from the team in Manila, who certainly provide an excellent role model for exemplary customer service. Thank you for 2 most enjoyable stays.

Had my first hotel stay after march, 2020 lock down and it was fantastic. I was allowed to check in by 12 and checked out 4pm. Check in counter was so welcoming by Ayen and Therese and the room was unbelievable. This new hotel gave me a family room with a loft, king size bed and two twin. Service was also awesome with room breakfast and served cocktail in the room, all observing pandemic protocals. Was so pleased, I booked another stay for holoween.

We stayed at this property to celebrate my parent’s anniversary. We booked 3 rooms all with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival, I notice that the lobby is not too big and tends to get crowded during check in and check out. There were only 4 check in counters available and I just feel that there should be more staff available to declog the people waiting during check in. A nice touch I would say is that they give out these bracelets for kids to make them feel welcome. Our rooms were located at the top floor facing the swimming pool. The room was very spacious and the beds can probably accommodate 4 adults comfortably, since I am with my family the beds were cozy enough for one adult and one child to sleep on each of the queen size bed. The rooms given to us also have a Nespresso machine for our caffeine fix. One thing I did not like is the lack of privacy when using the bathroom, the bathroom door is a textured glass sliding door, the silhouette of one’s naked body can still be seen and as adults we need to cover up immediately specially when we are with our children. The pool is probably the highlight but also my minor complaint. The pool is huge but it is also shared by Sheraton and Hilton thus it gets crowded at times. I like the pool for the reason that it is somewhat heated as you can feel in some areas warm water coming out underneath the pool. The middle section of the pool has a floating separator probably to denote that it is meant for people who wants to do laps, unfortunately it is difficult to control people crossing in and out of that area and at times I get to bumped into casual swimmers that are not aware the area is for laps. I commend the life guards for telling people not to jump over the edge of the pool to go in but I also hope that they also tell people to get out of the lap area as it disturbs the momentum of people who wants to swim. Another thing that I did not like is that the pool is sort of elevated and that means that lounge chairs are located lower than the pool which in turn makes people go over the wall instead of going around to get into the pool. Breakfast is also included with our room, I find it adequate but not as satisfying in terms of taste compared to their sister property Marriott Manila. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay but there are still things that can be improved on

John Paul and Teo are the best server that we had. They’ll go out of their way to help. Nice, food are fresh and the best thing is they serve detox juices for healthy conscious person like me. The ambiance is fancy to look at. Excellent choice at all!

I used my credit card to book my reservation. I used my bonvoy apps to book and called their room reservation to make sure of my reservation particulars. My best staycation so far after pandemics.
