The place is very clean, the room, the sheets, the bathroom are well maintain, its a place to stay if you were a transit for another flight hence its close to the airport. The restaurant is 24hrs, serving of food exceed my expectations, at 2am we are eating, pancit bihon, carbonara, green salad, parmesan chicken and barbecue chicken and the taste is very good with a very reasonable price. There is breakfast included. Cheers Im going back for sure
Comfortable stay! The room is nice and quiet. They serve complimentary Filipino or continental breakfast. They also have a complimentary one-way transfer to the airport. A must-stay if you live far from the airport and looking for accommodation with complimentary breakfast and a one-way transfer.
Stayed five nights. 24 hour desk. Late night kitchen room service. Airport shuttle. tv channel selection ok. Fast room service. Food was alright for hotel food. Friendly help. Good value. Good experience.
I had to stay here 2 nights in order to wait for my PCR test to fly out of the country. The receptionist and hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is located opposite terminal 4 and about 10 minutes walk to the covid testing center. They also arrange free airport shuttle for drop off and pick up. The rooms were very comfortable with a/c, ref and flat screen TV. The bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately there was a smell in the bathroom coming from the drain. The price included a choice of breakfast items, served from midnight to 10 am which is great if you have an early morning flight. I ordered toast, egg and sausage for my first day and found it to be rather greasy. On the second day i ordered waffles and ham which turned out to be excellent. When it came time to watch TV there was no signal so i informed reception but the house staff did not come to fix it until 4 hours later, after a few more phone calls. Then i thought i would make a cup of coffee and found out the kettle was not working. I called reception again but it was not until the next morning when it was replaced. Meals are served in the room due to covid, and you need an antigen certificate when checking in. Would i stay here again? Well, maybe!!!…
Stayed with my PWD mother a few days ago for 3 nights prior to flying out to JFK. In order to stay at the hotel, they will need an antigen test with a negative result. There is one at PAL gate 3 for 700 pesos and the facility opens at noon until 8 the following morning. It was an inconvenience but a must so I understand. Room is clean but the back of the hotel is a slum area. So don't expect a wonderful view at the front or back of the hotel. Front desk is helpful and staff are courteous and helpful also. Lobby and the bar looks good even though lights are not all open due to saving energy and maybe not too many customers staying in. A few minutes walk and you will find Jolibee, Shakey's, Mang Inasal, Bo's Coffee shop, etc. Theres a construction going on the street and sidewalk so it's like an obstacle course. If you want a mall, good luck. MOA is not that far but you need a taxi or Grab to go there. I will still give it a 5 star.…
This hotel offers good value for money. Friendly staff and also the added bonus of a free breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I only stayed here for one night prior to travelling to the Islands in the Philippines. I would highly recommend this hotel, however it can be noisy from the airport but for the price you pay this is definitely worth the bother.
stay away from this hotel. I had booked a night with them but had to cancel. Cancellation term was up to 3days prior arrival, I cancelled a month beforehand. However the money had already been taken from my account. I tried to get in contact via several emails to several email addresses and also from a couple different email addresses in case I went to spam, messages through their facebook page, messages to the mobile numbers stated on the website...I was completely ignored! paid AUD86 for nothing!!! And that as a thank you for booking directly through the website. Will never again book directly!
Location is excellent for flight transfer with Terminal 4. One can walk via bridge over one busy street to terminal. Room was modern and well equipped, though smallish. Window to backyard provided view over local shacks. Complimentary breakfast was ok, but it takes some time to get it.
I stayed here with a friend for 1 night after landing in Manila before travelling elsewhere. It was a recommendation from a friend to stay here. The stay was fine, room was a bit warm though! I left my credit card details with reception as a deposit and when we checked out everything was fine. We hadn't bought anything extra - breakfast was included in our room and we ate at the bar the night before which we paid in cash and had a receipt for. But as I was coming to end of my 2 weeks in the Philippines, I checked my online banking and realised they had taken around £28 from my card.... FOR NOTHING!!! I rang them and they were being difficult, saying I must have eaten something at the restaurant but I said about breakfast and tea and she didnt really know what the payment was fo lr herself. I asked to speak to a manager but said I couldn't speak to the manager and they weren't in again until after the Easter weekend. In this time, I had arrived back in the UK and was emailing back and forth with them, days between each reply on their behalf. I gave them the whole story in detail and they gave up responding to me. I have accepted the fact that I will not be getting back this STOLEN money. It was very poor customer service on their behalf and I would understand if it was a mistake but they were not helpful at all in even attempting to solve this issue. I wouldn't recommend staying here so no one else has to deal with this, but if you do, only deal in cash!!!…
I was staying there for 2 days due t to the current situation. Due to the location, which is near to the airport. The price was resealable, however the room is so small, can't even keep the luggage. Very good reception and Housekeeping staffs. However restaurant staffs were not welcoming at all. Its a good hotel for transit or over night stay.
