We had a great stay at Savoy Hotel. The room we had was great and clean. What made it less perfect was the breakfast which was mediocre at best. I think the offerings and selections are good but the taste is below average. Coffee is not good. You're better off with McDonald's roast coffee. Other that this breakfast hump Savoy is a very good hotel to stay. We would actually wouldn't mind returning.
Great location -- so near Terminal 3. Lots of transportation choices (some free) also if you want to get around Newport City. Breakfast buffet was fairly good with a lot of choices. Staff service was good with all of them touching their hearts when they greet you.
The hotel was great! The food was great!! It was my first time in the Philippines and Manila was a great place to visit. The SM mall of Asia was huge!! And the people was very friendly!I look forward to going there again soon!
The hotel was busy yet at the same time organized. The room was enough for us to stay in. The beds were soft. Some point to consider is the work table, although we just stayed for a night it could have been better if the work table was a bit bigger so we can properly place our things such as laptops and what not. Nevertheless our stay was fun and the food was good. Thank you.
I searched online when I was in Bicol, and found this hotel, main reason, close to the Airport. I must say the stay was excellent, the room was very comfortable, every convenience to meet your needs. I love the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone were just so friendly, I met one of the security, Ellan Repal, such a nice guy, and while we were having our breakfast, Aubrey keep checking on us to see if we were ok. Thanks to the staff for making our stay at Savoy a memorable one, seeing we had just gotten married and it was a kind of a semi honeymoon. I would recommend Savoy Hotel Manila to any traveler who is passing through Manila, and I will definitely stay there again when I am in Manila.
This hotel, located in front of Terminal 3 of NAIA, is a good hotel with a sense of cleanliness for every visitor. I have been using this hotel every time I visit Manila since before the corona pandemic, but the glasses prepared in each room are no longer provided, and the ceramic coffee cups have been changed to paper cups, the services were changed a little after the pandemic. But considering the economic impact of the corona pandemic crisis, these are within the acceptable range for customers. Of course, it's more expensive than the 2★ or 3★ hotels in the neighborhood, but it's absolutely not the Savoy Hotel that has cockroaches crawling on the floor. The breakfast buffet is another advantage of this hotel, as many reviewers have said. I've stayed at this hotel for the longest three consecutive nights so far, and I think the appeal of this breakfast buffet is the abundance of fresh vegetables and the menu that changes every day. I am elderly and a little visually impaired, so when I made a reservation, I requested a room facing the bright airport, but I have only once been refused that request. Apparently, on that day, the female staff member in a black jacket was in a bad mood when I checked in (laughs). But almost the porters and restaurant staff are smiling and have a good impression. In the past, when I returned to Manila from sightseeing on another island and ended up being taken to the hospital by ambulance by the water I drank and got sick, the staff took appropriate response and good care of me even though it was midnight. As a helpless foreigner like me, they were very reliable. These are the reasons why I recommend this hotel. While there are other hotels that are comfortable enough to pay more for, the Savoy Hotel is reasonably priced, well located and clean. I will stay here two nights in this week, we love this hotel.…
We enjoyed the room upgrade given during our stay. We have a 90 degree view of the airport. We will definitely be back. The staff are attentive to our needs. The front desk officer did a great job for easy check in and check out.
This worth the try! Great wonderful experience during my 4 working day meeting in one of the function rooms! Great and wonderful staff and sypervisors! Very accessible to the airport and shopping malls. Grab-friendly, too!
Stag are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and lots of pillows too and we can get extra without charges! Breakfast is super yummy and filling. The location is great! I can’t say enough az we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you Savoy and see you soon!
Suggest to improve your bathroom too tight... we hardly move because we need to do sideways before we move to bath shower area... bath towels seemed to be old..need to change to new for hygiene purposes
