Savoy Hotel Manila garners praise for its inviting atmosphere and stylish rooms equipped with modern conveniences, although some guests have noted noise disturbances. While the rooms are often described as somewhat small and occasionally lacking in cleanliness, the service compensates with its professionalism and warmth. The hotel's location is a hit for its easy airport access and nearby attractions. However, opinions on the hotel's value for money are divided, with some guests dissatisfied with additional costs. Amenities, especially the food and housekeeping, are frequently lauded.

10/10 – Room & Bathroom: Always clean and comfortable. The housekeeping were also accommodating to our needs whenever we requested for a new towels and bottled water. Very generous! Fast Wifi too!

10/10 – Pool: The staffs were kind enough to assist us too, Sir Lucas even assisted us to the pool area and accommodated our questions! Very reliable and he always keep the area clean. But the pool was cold! It’s too cold to stay hoping for a heater soon!

8.5/10 – Food: Very good but what we do not like about this is the fries – it’s very very savory and meaty! Maybe not our taste.

10/10 – Staffs: All kind and accommodating, very approachable and decent. Professionalism is observed and a warm welcome too.

If you’re looking for a hotel near the airport specifically Terminal 3, this is a good choice and near to the mall and very accessible too.

They also have a K-9 Dog which is so cute! Too cute not to pet! ☹️♥️

The accomodation is excellent, the room is clean, the bed is comfy. The facilities are new and modern, it offers a delightful accommodation experience, combining convenience, comfort, and modern facilities. Its prime location near Ninoy Aquino International Airport, particularly Terminal 3, makes it an excellent choice for travelers in transit or seeking accessibility. Many guests appreciate the ease of walking to the hotel from the airport, enhancing their overall convenience.

The hotel's contemporary ambiance and well-maintained interiors contribute to a pleasant stay. Guest rooms, while compact, are meticulously clean and feature comfortable beds, ensuring restful sleep. The modern amenities, including a gym with updated equipment, an outdoor pool with a poolside bar, and relaxation facilities such as a dry sauna and steam room, add to the charm of the property.

Dining at Savoy Café is another highlight, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. From a breakfast buffet featuring both regional specialties and Western dishes like laksa, congee, and pastries to à la carte meals including pork ribs and salmon pasta, the culinary experience is truly satisfying.

With its attentive staff, strategic location, and excellent amenities, Savoy Hotel Manila is a top choice for travelers looking for convenience, quality service, and value for money in the heart of Metro Manila.

Savoy hotel in Manila is an absolutely amazing hotel. Here you will meet an incredible staff, always helpful, always smiling and doing an excellent job. The room had everything you need, a comfortable bed, tv, safe, mini fridge, coffee and tea, fresh bottled water, a sofa, a desk if you need to work on your laptop and a good restroom/bathroom with toothbrushes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. I was here for 2 weeks with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed every minute of it. A special thank you to the lifeguards Sunny and Bong for always being there and being extremely helpful and patient with teaching my girlfriend to swim. And to the security guards and staff at the main entrance for always keeping a watchful eye on everything still with a smile and a heartwarming greeting. I can really recommend to book a stay with the breakfast buffet, it has everything the heart desires and everything tastes amazing. Thank you Savoy for a wonderful stay in Manila, I will definitely stay with you the next time I go to the Philippines.

PROS:
Pool area is good. The buffet breakfast, specially the taho is outstanding! The breakfast ambience and courteous staff is exemplary. The location from the Airport is really advantageous.

CONS:
The check-in process took 30 minutes. I guess this is what everyone complains about this hotel.
The welcome chocolate crinkle cookies with slices of strawberry is welcoming, however, unless we follow it up with reception, I guess it will not be delivered to our room. The toilet is something we didn't expect. The shower curtain causes wetness on the floor., in instances you pointed the shower head to where the shower curtains are. It must be pointed always to the you or towards the other side (wall). The hotel management can replace it with a glass divider so that it can be separated with the toilet bowl area.
The rubbish bin can have cover so that used toiletries (napkins, etc..) aren't exposed. The room is small, and the hallway is too dark.
For the quality of the room it is expensive (P5,000) for the price we paid for it.

Generally our stay was ok. We booked two rooms, one room for a night, and another room for two nights. We booked the Sampaguita package and it comes with free massage, drinks & sampaguita polvoron.

Upon checkin, our key cards were given to us without telling us where, when, and how to avail the complementary drinks and polovoron. After putting our things in the rooms, we went back to lobby and saw that it's where Zabana bar is located. Then, I inquired if we could avail the drinks, and the bartender prepared them. However, he had no idea about the polvoron. He just said it would be delivered in our rooms. Then on our first night, I called the frontdesk and told them about the complementary polvoron, and the one on the other line said they would send the polovron to our room. The first day/night had passed, there was still no polvoron.

Around 10am of day 2, I went down to the frontdesk to checkout the other room (5027). I informed the attendant that the polvoron had not been delivered yet. He made some calls and I just told him that they may just deliver the polvoron to our room (5026). I went back to our room and accompanied our kids to the pool. When I went back, my wife told me that there was a delivery of 3 pieces of polvoron for rooms 5027 & 5026.

I saw in Zabana bar that the three-piece polvoron costs 180 pesos. This is not about the cost or the free/complementary stuffs, this is about your package and your commitment.

Beyond this setback, other aspects of our stay was ok. I would like to commend the guards, bellboys, resto staff, and pool staff for their attentiveness and service. i would like to give special credit to the woman housekeeping staff who extended extra help to us. The complementary massage was good and relaxing.

The food in Savoy Cafe for buffet breakfast was average and somehow lacks variety.

Dear Mr. Nico, Greetings from Savoy Hotel Manila! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. We appreciate the time you took to provide both your constructive comments and the positive experiences you had. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery of the complimentary Sampaguita polvoron included in your package. It is disappointing to learn that the information about how and when to avail the inclusions was not communicated to you clearly upon check-in, and that there were delays in fulfilling the delivery. Your point about our commitment to delivering on our packages is well taken, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure better coordination and communication moving forward. We are grateful for your kind words regarding the attentiveness of our team and the exceptional assistance provided by our housekeeping team. It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the complementary massage and found it relaxing. Your feedback regarding the breakfast buffet variety is also noted, and we will work with our kitchen team to explore ways to enhance the options we provide to ensure a more satisfying dining experience for our guests. Thank you once again for your valuable insights and for highlighting both the positive and areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a seamless and enjoyable stay in the future. Best regards, Savoy Hotel Manila

This hotel is in Newport City adjacent to Nino Aquino International Airport, Terminal 3. It is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Audie Puato, Guest Relations Officer, was fantastic and calmed my fears of checking in early in the morning prior to the usual check-in time. Our flight from Cebu arrived early in the morning and I would have been content to have the hotel to store our luggage until check-in time. But a room was available and she waived the early check-in fee. There was a slow drain in the shower and within 4 minutes a staff member was there to fix the problem. The food in the restaurant for breakfast was good with a wide variety to select from. The room was comfortable, with a safe, firm bed, and a view of the airport. Noise was not a problem.

Smiling and professional welcome. The hotel is very clean and its location perfect for 1 night of transit. The bedding is a little firm but everyone has their own tastes... The bathroom is impeccable with welcome products such as shampoo, soaps, toothpaste and toothbrush... Kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and water available . All these attentions make it an unmissable hotel considering the price for the night. You will also find a very nice little bar with a bartender who knows his stuff. The restaurant serves a sweet and savory buffet breakfast... and also à la carte lunch or dinner. We recommend this hotel if you are passing through Manila and looking for proximity to the airport.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night as getting on a plane following morning. My recommendation for anyone taking a taxi from the airport is to book it with the hotel before hand. Because I was unsure about the time as I had to do a couple of things in the airport, I didn’t book my collection on arrival. I took a taxi from the airport and I was charged €27 for a 5 minute ride. On the way back I booked with the hotel and, including my tip, I paid under €5!!!! Big difference. The hotel was better that expected. Didn’t make any use of the swimming pool but, it look good. The room was well equipped and bed was very comfortable. It was clean and bright. Aircom in working condition and the curtains were blackouts so, able to sleep on in the morning. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money. Last, the staff was very friendly and helpful and made my check in and out very fast and efficient.

Whenever we got back to the hotel, the rooms were fully cleaned, clothes were all tidied up into a neat pile, and everything was always replinished. very accommodating staff as well. Even the security politely helped us outside when it was raining and our luggage was heavy, and they guided us to the waiting area.

not much to complain about, clean rooms, good price for rooms (compared to some of the other hotels in newport city near terminal 3), all amenities you would need (kettle, free coffee and tea, mugs, hair dryer, shower, toothbrush , soaps and shampoos, air conditioning, TV with about 50 channels). you also get a nice blanket instead of a thin sheet that some other hotels provide. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, and the rooms that face the highway will hear car horns and sirens pretty frequently, but its not that bad.

Mark Chan is a superb barkeep and i would go to the zabana bar any time he was serving drinks, just a really good guy and he made having some drinks much more pleasureable.

overall a good place if you want to be comfortable but you dont want to spend 12 000 pesos per night

Sorry, we have always just taken a taxi or private car to the hotel, have never used the hotel shuttle service. It is very close to the airport, taxi & transport is cheap & I would imagine much faster than a shuttle.
